Don't know why all the bad reviews. Just came from there, we were half board. Food was nice, not to many choices but you will not stay hungry. Apartment bit outdated but you have everything what you need, and it's clean. Staff very friendly. Check in is from 4pm and if you arrive earlie you can leave your bags at reception and use the pool. Very nice ocean view. Pool is missing some tiles but it's nothing dangerous, you can swim normaly. There is kids poll 55cm deep, and then 1.55 m, and 1.70. There are loads of restaurants just 5min walk from hotel. There is some entertainment every night except Sundays.

Difficult one this, on one hand we went cheap and got cheap but on the other the hotel doesn’t seem to be trying to look after you as it should. The first thing, and its important, it was 87 steps up to my room, my companion and i are both disabled, we were not warned and it seems most are up lots of steps, some even higher on another level. The rooms are cheap and most of the curtains didn’t shut properly, the pots and pans and other bits supplied didn’t match at all and looked like they had pinched them from Noahs Ark. Cleaners were supposed to come in daily but in 5 days we only saw them once and they didn’t even make the beds properly. The food, food, ha ha ha, sorry, they sort of seem to be trying but really dont expect the food to be anything special, its hardly warm some days, its usually the same items day in day out, we seriously nearly walked out in disgust one night, just be prepared for it. The staff were a mix of really helpful and others that would only help if you were attractive !! Overall i feel as i said that we paid cheap and that’s what we got, its a shame because it could be a lovely place to stay but sadly its very tired and needs some investment. Would i go again, no, sorry, the steps and the food would make me look elsewhere.

The accommodation is on various levels with lots of steps, no lift.
The individual apartments are very dated and in need of maintenance. The overall look was tatty and uncared for. Surfaces were not properly cleaned and the oven looked unusable.
There was an instruction not to sleep with windows open for security reasons and a note to warn about theft from rooms!

You pay for what you get, rooms outdated ut clean, very attentive staff.....Carol is an amazing individual who goes above and beyond her role, we was placed on top floor with amazing views but due to my friend recovering from a hip operation, next due we was moved to the ground floor. All I can say is Carol should be promoted, as she made the holiday amazing 👏

AWFUL PLACE… they STEAL your property on the last night. We had our luggage taken from the hotel room. Definitely an inside job. We stayed in the room next to the cleaners staff room, able to monitor when we were in and out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS… if you look at other reviews they will tell you the same! Not worth the hassle. Told security what had happened and they couldn’t care less…Spent money on our cards for taxis and takeaways, even had the cheek to take our Chinese takeaway out the fridge. All clothes taken apart the ones we was wearing. VILE PLACE.
