For the third year in a row, I’ve organized an event at this hotel, and once again everything was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the entire process ran smoothly, and a big part of that is thanks to Anna, my main contact person.
Anna truly goes above and beyond every single year. Her professionalism, kindness, and impeccable coordination are the reason my event turns out so perfectly. I honestly can’t imagine organizing it without her. She is the main reason I keep coming back to this hotel.
I genuinely enjoyed every moment of this year’s event, and I’m already looking forward to returning. As long as Anna is here to help organize everything, this hotel will always be my number one choice. Highly recommended!

Overall, the experience was disappointing. We'd been looking forward to this stay for a long time, especially as I'd just had a baby recently. Unfortunately, the hotel fell far below five-star standards due to poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, limited staff training on reception, communication barriers, and a safety incident.
On arrival we did receive a warm, friendly welcome by one member of staff, and the restaurant team were consistently attentive and hospitable. However, the stay was let down by worn furniture and décor, a rundown bedroom with poor cleanliness, and an unstable bed. The room had dirty grouting, limescale on the shower, a damaged valance sheet, and even a cockroach, which was especially worrying with our 6-month-old baby. The shower door didn’t close properly, and a sharp edge caused a cut to my finger. Other areas, such as the snooker table in the bar were also extremely dusty, and some reception staff were unable to answer basic questions or offer help.
I contacted the hotel after we returned home to share this feedback, but unfortunately the concerns were not acknowledged in a meaningful way. I was informed that the technical issues with the shower door and bed had been resolved and that management had attempted to reach out during our stay, though this didn’t reflect our experience.
We’ve shared our experience with family and friends, letting them know that the hotel didn’t meet the standard we expected from a five-star property. We hope the hotel takes this feedback on board, as there’s real potential for improvement.

We’ve had an incredible week stay. The facilities are great with lots of things to do. The big pool and gym were particular hits. The staff are all brilliant, a special shout out to Aramburu who made our daughter feel special during the meal service. The whole team were fantastic, always one step ahead of what you needed. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The views are absolutely beautiful. The crew at the pool bar made our experience extra special — especially Miriam and Daniela, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. Service was always fast and welcoming.
Our little son even declared that Miriam is the best waitress ever — and we couldn’t agree more! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and a great atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness every single day. Their energy, professionalism, and attention to detail made every drink feel like a special experience. Whether it was remembering our favorite cocktails or just taking a moment to chat and make us laugh, they created such a welcoming and joyful atmosphere around the pool.
It’s people like Miriam and Daniela who truly make a hotel memorable — they turn a great holiday into an unforgettable one. Iberostar are very lucky to have them on their team.
