The hotel is in a great location and has great rooms and facilities for the guests.
Everywhere is exceptionally clean and well attended.
All of the above make this an excellent hotel to visit and stay but the one overriding factor that makes this hotel.....special!! Is the superb customer service that is provided by all of the extremely hard working and committed team of staff members in every area & department.
The quality and variety of both the food and drinks served was excellent.
We have already recommended this excellent hotel to many friends and have no hesitation in returning for another totally chilled, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

People come on holidays and expect all-inclusive and stay only in hotels. This hotel may look less attractive than big resorts with tennis courts, but has other positives. The bus stop is five minutes away if you don’t feel like driving, hope in pay cash and go Agios Nicolas or Ierapetra or Sitia and stay over. Why to complain about lack of sunbeds? Have a walk on the beach and stay at a bar pay the ten euro or use your beautiful towel and swim in the beach anyway u will be back to hotel for lunch … 10 euro pd. Walk further towards Hersonissos and you can dip dive or pay for the nearby aqua park. If you go left from the hotel, walk down the road for an ice cream or pizza, rent a scooter or car or buy out a trip for Santorini or Bali. This hotel is perfect for couples, for explorers and sunbathers, if you have plenty of children a resort all-inclusive is better but if you have one or two kids older than it’s a great spot. Or an infant. Go karts nearby , MC Donald's disco night-life in Malia, Greek taverns etc etc :-) if you take the bus there is archeological site after Malia and nice beach and restaurant. Buses prices vary from a couple of euros to 10 or 20 depending on where you go, use the airline site for a discount if there is flight and go exploring. Stables nearby parachuting scuba.. Happy holidays . Interior is modern wheelchair friendly and a great view with sun shifting from 10.30 until sunset. Besides, Stalis is quite romantic, so couples would like it. Leave the less able in the premises.. :-)

I had an absolutely fantastic vacation at I resort hotel!
The staff were exceptional in making my stay great.
The highlight was the breathtaking view from the pool area. It was truly amazing.
Having a private beach right outside the hotel was amazing, you finish your breakfast and you are at the beach.
2 nice bars near the pool and the beach.
To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a better room for free, thank you!
The hotel's location was nice, with a great street for walking at the evening ,with souvenir shops and more.

“The icing on the cake” - our stay was one of the most incredible during our trip! We have spent 6 days there and I totally can say that this was the most beautiful hotel I have been yet. Thanks to the beautiful view from our room, it seems we were flying above the sea. The swimming pool is amazing connected in one line with the sea. The restaurant was full of different type of food and it was delicious. The staff was always kind and professional! Every day few activities beginning from aqua gym ending on beer pong… every night different topic of “party”… I would like to send many thanks for all the team. My stay was a pleasure. Thank you!

What started as a lovely holiday turned into being sexually harassed by the barman, with the hotel bar manager doing NOTHING about it and blaming me after we had left via email. We would advise women to think cautiously before booking a stay at this hotel.
We stayed at i resort for 6 nights, overall a pleasant experience, attentive staff and really great all inclusive option.
The hotel room on the west side (newly renovated) was lovely. I don’t think they’ve thought appropriately about the storage of the room however, as there was barely anywhere to store/hang our belongings. In the bathroom, there is no where to put toiletries.
Overall, the stay was great. However the situation with the barman really tainted our experience. It would take me a while to write out the full story. But in short, the bar man called me a ‘dirty girl’ twice when I ordered a drink (the only time I ordered a drink with him without my partner there). He made several other sexual comments during that interaction, all of which I ignored.
We complained straight away, and the staff seemed to take it really seriously which we were very impressed by. I was obviously shaken up and upset, so myself and my partner were relieved. Only to find that when we left the hotel and asked for an update on action taken against the barman, I was completely blamed for this and they said I had made the barman uncomfortable (I barely spoke during this interaction with him) and that it was merely a ‘language barrier’.
Anyone can tell you that calling a young woman a ‘dirty girl’ has sexual connotations. He told me this in response to a drink I had ordered.
So in short, if you’re looking for a great all inclusive but might be sexually harassed by the staff and blamed for it - definitely book here!
