Absolutely loved our stay at this Cretan hotel! The all-inclusive package made everything so easy and relaxing. Having multiple seawater pools was fantastic – there was always space to swim and the views were incredible. And the direct beach access? That was the icing on the cake! We could stroll from our room straight onto the sand. Highly recommend it for a stress-free and luxurious vacation.

5* Hotel with stunning views of the sea. Staff were 5* too from reception, room cleaning, food service & big shout out to Stella & Antonio at the bar/drinks who were amazing & will never forget. All dressed very smartly, friendly, considerate & speak different languages to accommodate. Attention to detail is high. Entertainment every night. Sauna, steam room & Spa. Shops, bars & restaurants everywhere around. Used room service to ask for an iron which was promptly brought to my room & to top that I was left a beautifully decorated, very tasty chocolate birthday cake in my room - what a lovely gifted surprise. Couldn’t have asked for more truly wonderful. Thank you to all staff at the I resort beach & spa. Visited April 25.

My husband and I stayed in the gold suite with own pool,we were AL +, the room was amazing,spotless,fresh fruit every day,bottle of wine delivered to our room every day also,house keeping staff are so nice and nothing is too much trouble for them,
There is 3 Restaurants,1 buffet style which is gorgeous and 2 that can be booked the day before,now I'm very fussy with food but the food every day and night I enjoyed everything we had,what a brilliant chef, the staff is absolutely outstanding, you can tell they absolutely love their job,i would like to give a big thank you to a beautiful lady called Emmanuela,she is such a asset to the hotel,treats customers like friends,she certainly loves her job,we grew very close and very friendly with Emmanuella,this lady deserves a promotion,we just loved her,also to the beautiful Christina,the restaurant hostess,she goes above and beyond for her guests,again she is a asset to the hotel,everyone from reception,restaurants,bars,and housekeeping are all wonderful,this has been our best holiday by far and I don't have 1 negative to say about the place,Stalis is full of beautiful shops and restaurants that mirror the lovely staff they have working there,I recommend you try this hotel,you will be treated like a princess (or Prince),we are returning next year for longer,

It’s was top class 5 start, counting ask or anything better really. Just as long as you realise in some countries a lot in fact what’s classed as a 5 star abroad that it would equal 4 stare maybe 4 abd half although the beach resort are above a 5 in someways but not in others. Give them time because you can see what they are striving for. Had a chat with some of the staff and they followed it to a T one or two things was not ever going to get them a 5 star unfortunately. 10/10 ten for trying at the beach resort

The staff at the hotel is wonderful. Very friendly and attentive to the guests. The room is spacious and comfortable. Amazing see view from the room. The hotel area is very beautiful.
