We visited in September 2023 for a week. We hired a car, which we would recommend as the island is beautiful and there are so many lovely places to visit.
However, if you did just want to stay at the resort it is ideal too, with an easy walk to Bali beach (which we highly recommend).
Accommodation was perfect, our balcony overlooked the pool and the view of the mountains was beautiful.
Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great with lots of choice. Drinks by the pool bar were lovely.
Entertainment was good, there was just one night when the entertainment was poor but other than that we enjoyed it.
Could always get a sunbed. We did prefer the lower pool and went there mainly.
Staff were always friendly and happy.
7 months later we still miss it. Lots of happy memories.

Great experience and positive energy!
I believe we were the very first guests of the season. We arrived earlier than planned, and the staff was all busy around. Regina welcomed us with great positive energy and a smile, showed us the beautiful suite and villa, accompanied us to the pool bar for a drink, and organized a personalized lunch. She made us feel very special! All the staff are super nice, friendly, human, and professional. The place is amazing, as well as the quality of the food, which is a mix of international and typical Greek cuisine. Also, the spa experience with Dimitrios and Diespoina was excellent. Great stay!

Lovely hotel, in a peaceful location. Large room with a bath and a shower, air con, large double bed with a good size balcony.
We've never had to queue or wait for anything all holiday. Staff are quick to serve you and get you seated for food.
Cocktails are hit and miss but there is a large menu with lots of choice.
Three big pools and plenty of sunbeds, there's no reserving so you're guaranteed a bed even after a lie in!
The hotel has lots of steps to get around without there is a lift if you need it.
The shuttle bus into Bali is a great service which is put on for free!
The food is quite repetitive but it's edible and nothing that you wouldn't expect for an all inclusive.
The entertainment is okay, some very good, some awful and it doesn't start till 9pm which is quite late.
Overall we've had a lovely stay here and can't overly fault anything.

Me and my Two sisters came out for a long weekend, we just wanted to get away in a bit of sun away from the crowd have fresh air and fresh food.
But we were surprised, we did not expect the warm hospitality from the whole team at the family run hotel. The staff at the front desk to the day we hit there were welcoming and accommodating. We have two family suits, and we were located and the far end away from the family pool as they understood our needs.

The location of the hotel is lovely.
There are different levels in the resort enabling you to choose where you would like to sit. The bar and restaurant service and drink is good. Variation is good I am vegetarian the food variation was good.
The spa facilities were good the massage options and service was relaxing and value for money.
Would recommend to visit, there is a bus service yo the beach if you want a trip out.

Just back from a 7 night stay at filion for some October sun.
Excellent value for money in a beautiful setting i would definitely recommend staying here very relaxing place to be.
All members of staff from reception, bar, restaurant even the cleaners were all very friendly and helpful.
Room was bigger than we expected, with everything you need and in generally good condition and clean.
Restaurant food is fine, it's not amazing as with most buffet style hotel restaurants but was more than adequate and always found something to eat, there was always plenty and any time something ran out it was easy to have a staff member get more.
The coffee from the machines is pretty terrible but that's a small negative, filter coffee is available at breakfast from a big earn and iced coffees from the pool bar are really good.
Pool was immaculate and all sun loungers etc are clean and well maintained as is general pool area.
Drinks selection on all inclusive is good and bar staff are really good very friendly and helpful.
Well located Bali town is close by, regular mini bus there and back during the day, taxi was 10 euro each way when we went down at night
We had a late flight but didn't pay extra for late checkout, hotel has a great little luggage room with showers / changing facilities just ask at reception.
All in all excellent value for money hotel, well maintained, clean and well managed by very helpful staff.
Oh and if you fancy a dance olive night club is a good laugh they will even send a free mini bus to pick you up and then give you a lift home too! Just ask at reception!
