Definitely not 5 star hotel - Max 3 and that's why I give review 3. Not the best holiday. Animation team disorganised and discriminating and ignoring you if you're not French. Beach full of rocks Food same each day and not the best quality Double bed made from 2 single beds. If you want to visit get the car as nothing around the hotel. Middle of nowhere.

Lovely hotel. Great food . Pity about the large male groups of French that seem to take over the hotel. Apart from that lovely.

This isn't 5 star my be 3 star.the food is horrible the rooms stinky furniture are broken. We ordered 7 nights we lived after 1 nights to another hotel.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. I would say more like a 3 star. The staff work hard so not blaming on them but on the management with their poor choices. Food is nice but sometimes some food taste like the have been cooked few days ago. Drinking running out in the machines and I couldn’t get hold of the sweetener I use and someone from the pool bar was in a mood with me just for asking for it. At this time of the year there is barely not much entertainment and the pool table is not free charging 2 euros for each game. We came as all inclusive and most drinks you have to pay. The little fridge in the room doesn’t work and its dirty. I am not being harsh just being honest so people know what to expect if they book this hotel. They could do with some improvements.

As other reviews say, this is definitely not a 5-star resort. The overall offerings of the hotel are good, but there indeed is room for improvement. Food was decent, with a fair selection of foods to choose from. The rooms are OK too for what you pay for, but they could use a renovation — same for much of the rest of the hotel. The activities throughout the day were nice. There is an animation team that puts on a show each night. The animation team on-site are employed by either one Italian travel agency and one French agency. Part of their job was to interact with guests, and unfortunately, they will only acknowledge you if you are a member of that agency. That is my main complaint of this: if you are not a part of either of the two agencies that have a large presence at this hotel, you are completely left out on a lot of the experiences. The beach and pool were nice, but not enough places to sit on most days. Be sure to bring water shoes if you plan on swimming in the ocean.
