This hotel is a disaster. When we arrived, we were surprised that there were not many people there. At first it felt quite pleasant, but later we found out that the hotel was almost empty due to water contamination that had occurred, and that all guests and some staff had to be hospitalized and transferred to neighboring hotels. Everything in the hotel is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. By European standards, this would be about a 1.5-star hotel. The only good thing about our stay was the food. That’s about it. Definitely choose a different hotel than this one. This vacation was completely ruined. I even saw a cockroach in the room!

Hotel right by the sea. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The staff were friendly. Special thanks to the bartender Γιώργος (Zac Efron) for the tasty cocktails. What I didn’t like was that there was no separation between smoking and non-smoking areas — people smoked everywhere: by the sea, by the pool, and even in the pool. Smoking was also allowed in the reception area. I missed having music playing by the pool throughout the day.

Great location resort is on the beach which is not a fine sandy beach .Bit there is a lovely sandy beach if you discover the coastline . It’s described as a 5* luxury resort please note - it does not fulfill the international standard of 5* luxury; although our bedroom was spacious the bedding was not changed every day . Sad old soft furnishing’s The bathroom drab but practical. The food is poor quality and for choice and definitely lacking in variety of vegetarian options in fact we were disgusted to be served meat in the A la carte restaurant even after having requested only vegetarian food . And when I asked if it was meat in the aubergine dish I was lied too . The service staff didn’t care how important it was that I did not want to eat meat . I left the restaurant feeling nauseated. When I complained at reception I was told it was an unintentional mistake. And the reception manager didn’t have capacity to deal with the complaint. Salad & chips was what we ate most days until we discovered some lovely restaurants outside of the resort . Although it was an all inclusive holiday- please note there are no fresh fruit juices available, only concentrate juices . No dairy free milk available for breakfast or hot drinks. No branded soft drinks included in the all inclusive booking . Just cheap alternatives. Would we visit this resort again ? Definitely not .

Here’s an honest real review Pros: 1. Great view and resort layout 2. Spent 1000€ for a 7 day holiday all-inclusive with flights so pretty cheap 3. Nice beach with clear water and no debris in it 4. Close to a shop 5. Has a good variety of food around 50 at a time and 10-15 of them change between breakfast, lunch and dinner 6. Receptionists were always nice, helpful and cheerful with 3 other employees that worked at the bars most of the times plus 1 great manager that was roaming the dining hall and keeping everything there in check Cons: 1. The beach was very rocky under the water and the depth changed a lot we were there only twice during our stay because we got hurt a lot 2. Although there were many types of food the food was good at best the chicken was always dry and most of the meats were chewy. The food got repetitive very fast because the food was mid so you don’t even want to try new stuff. Their fries are the most disappointing thing there they were just cooked no color, floppy and soggy even when they just brought them 3. The staff had a few nice people yet the 6 employees didn’t make enough of a difference when the rest of them were demotivated, angry, dissatisfied, disgusted with the work you could feel if. Especially some of the bartenders 4. In the 7 days we were here there was one event for “adults” that could entertain us and yet it was some kind of show with mascots. It was really disappointing to hear the resort next to us party from 8pm to midnight and we were sitting in our rooms on our phones because the only thing we had were either get fuzzy at the bar or go night swimming 5. Huge amount of stairs This resort is mostly for families and elderly but not for youngsters that want to have a good time. Overall I’d give The resort - 4 The staff - 3 with the good employees and without - 1 The food - 3 The activities - 4 for parents and children, but for adults - 0 To help this resort I’d lower the stars to 4 or to keep it at 5 upgrade the food and staff quality plus a must is som kind of after dinner activity like live music or something for young adults or adults in general.

Wrong start at the beginning, room was overbooked for the 1ste day. They helped us to the other hotel and we could still use the facilities of the hotel. Did get a compensation. Older staff was polite and friendly, the younger ones nah. Room was cleaned everyday, so no complaints. Nice pools and beach was ok. The Spa was excellent, gym was very basic. What made our stay, was the animationteam Great team, lots of activities and superb eveningshows. You can rent a car, in the hotel. Very quick fixed and nice person at the desk.
