A great family hotel. We stayed for 8 nights with our 2 year old in a Superior room - it had a fantastic view. The layout of the one bedroom apartment was great as we could put little one to sleep in the bedroom and then still have the living area and balcony for ourselves. The entertainment for the kids was fantastic - special shout out to Fabio the entertainment manager. All the staff were great with the little ones, and the soft play was so helpful for chillier days - my only slight complaint would be that the board of activities wasn't always updated so we missed a few things we wanted to try. The kids mini disco was a great way to end the night too and our little one loved it. Food was better than I was expecting after reading a few reviews - always fresh and tasty. Plenty of variety with a different "special" each day. The ice cream deserves a special mention too. We didn't figure out how to get to the grassed play area, but with all the other things for kids it wasn't actually an issue. Some directions would have been helpful - a QR code to a map of the hotel perhaps.

We had an outstanding stay at La Pinta Resort in Tenerife. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, extending from the common areas to our rooms, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We appreciate the entire team's commitment to ensuring our stay was nothing short of delightful.

Our stay at Hovima la pinta was a disappointment. We did expect more from a four star hotel. The rooms have a lot of water damage and seriously need a good fixing (see photos) The cleaning is nothing to complain about but I would like that they would do the dishes in the rooms. The pool garden is crowded and hard to move between the sun beds. The pool itself was nice and clean. Now to talk about the food! Absolutely terrible!! I am a certified master chef and I am telling you that the food here is almost not suitable for humans! I did get a glimpse into the kitchen and they are equipped with top quality equipment but obviously not qualified to handle the produce. The meats were seriously overcooked and dry with no seasoning and satt under the lamps for way too long. Same is to say about the vegetables and fish, they even over baked the pizza which my sons could not even eat. I could go on about how disappointed I am but just to make it simple I recommend you to choose another hotel, there are many options available for the same price but much better.

The location is excellent.It is a family friendly hotel with excellent entertainment for children. Three heated pools and comfortable bar by the pool. The only draw back is the buffet food. The meats are constantly overcooked , made chewy and dry. The sweets are bellow average. Overall the holiday there was fantastic.

It was a nice experience, lovely family hotel. Excellent for holiday with kids 8 y.o. and 6y.o.. Nice animation for kids and good location, kids prefer to stay near the pool at the hotel, helpful that you can order food near the pool for a good price. Drinks (e.g. water at lunch/dinner) are not included. Friendly staff except one lady at the reception.
