Food poisoning, stay away!!!
My both kids and wife are sick because of the food.
Reported to hotel and they don’t even CARE!!
This is poor hygiene by the employees.
We also found hair on the ice, cutlery are dirty.
Stay away from here.
Food and drinks are disgusting.
Food are tasteless, drinks has not alcohol at all.
Bar at swimming pool closes at 6pm, there nothing to do on the hotel or close by.
No activity for adults or kids.
Water park it’s okay but super simple and small.
Don’t trust on the pictures, totally fake.
We arrived late on the hotel because the flight was delayed and was no food at all for us, they give a bag with a sandwich with cheese/ham and an orange.
That’s all!
Service is below zero, including the stuff.
Never again.
My both kids are vomiting and diarrhoea for over 4 days now and hotel don’t care.
We had to go to hospital because the kids are dehydrated.
Also when I reported this situation in the reception, they said never had a food poisoning before and the reviews saying that are fake.
Won’t come back here and I will leave a negative review everywhere plus report this to Canárias Sanitary Service.

Never again!
Not a 4* star hotel at all. No evening or day entertainment at the hotel. Waterpark is free entry but drinks and food are not included. Waterpark is salt water.
Hotel pool, kids are not allowed to play with balls or floats, not even allowed to slash. Pool police is always on duty! Poor atmosphere
Only day entertainment for kids is not by pool side and drinks and food not included.
Food is repetitive in the restaurant, only 1 restaurant at the hotel, poor choice of food.

The hotel is trying to extort money. We made a holiday reservation including a 3-year-old child, unfortunately it turned out that the child cannot fly with us, so through the agency portal we changed it to a child who is 14 years old. We have confirmation that all the data has been changed, name, surname and date of birth, it was our responsibility to change the data in easyJet, which of course we did and covered all the costs associated with it. We sent a confirmation to loveholidays that all changes to the flights had been made, after which the agency informed us that if there were additional costs due to the change, they would inform us about it, until the 2nd day of our stay we did not receive any information about additional fees because there were none. Now the hotel is demanding from us a payment of over 300 euros in cash because in their opinion the change of the child from 3 to 14 years old was not made, and we have all the confirmation that it was, which is completely uninteresting to them. Every day during my vacation I am harassed especially by one gentleman from the reception who is not nice, does not let me say a word and demands additional payment all the time in cash. I am wondering whether not to report this fact to the police because I feel harassed and I feel that the hotel is trying to extort money from me.
we talked to loveholidays and they categorically stated that we should not pay anything extra and the hotel staff is bugging us every day that we have to pay extra in cash

We stayed at Costa Taurito which is one of the 3 hotels under the same company in the area. (Smallest hotel)
The 3 hotels share the arena plaza in the middle which is great for kids. Mini golf, bowling, arcade, trampolines and entertainment. The entertainment after the kids show was quite boring but we could get our all inclusive drinks there.
The waterpark is also great fun and free entry (other than departure day), we went just after the half term in the week and it wasn’t very busy.
It’s easy to travel to the southern side of the island but NOT puerto de Mogán. (Have to get the bus from Puerto Rico) We particularly liked taking the no.9 bus to Puerto Rico for the night life and Amadores for the Golden Beach.
The hotel itself definitely needs upgrading. Our room had some items that were dirty and the bathroom needed updating due to some grime and bath leaks. The room doors are hard to get into and you can see where people have tried barging it open due to the keycard not working. The walls are also very thin and unfortunately for us our room was between the kitchen and a guest that liked to shout at all hours.
The pool was nice and the snack bar served chips,hot dog, burgers and drinks which was helpful. The piano bar is pointless as there’s no entertainment there.
The food was good, there was a good variety. There’s always salad, dessert and an option of 2 meats being cooked. Always pizza and pasta available. All food is labelled for allergens. Breakfast also had a good option of cooked food, pastry’s, churros and pancakes.
All staff were helpful and friendly. But the facilities definitely need updating.

I could give it 5 points for friendly and polite staff. However, the bathroom spoilt it all. We did not come here to ponder about domestic problems, but we had to due to unexplicable puddles of water collecting on the floor and around the sink We soon saw that the stronger the water stream , the better it falls into the sink and bathtub. A strange habit to be developed in a country which puts lots of efforts into fresh water production. I am adding a couple of photos. The first shows a damp hole between the tiles The second, in addition to the towel we used to collect the water from the floor, shows the door trims swollen from water. Their lower part must have been replaced often, as the cut mark shows. To crown it all, our complaint was met with a promise to clean it. Well, it was cleaned mornings, but how about water puddles every night?
