The reception staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and kind. The rooms were cleaned every day — always spotless, nicely scented, with water and coffee replenished regularly.
The hotel grounds were well-maintained and very clean, with the staff making sure everything stayed in perfect order.
The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and made from top-quality ingredients.
The hotel offers a beautiful view from the sky bar and the pool area. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the most stunning beach in Costa Adeje.

Thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay here and would stay again! Everything was spectacular from check in and they made you feel at home. They even had a courtesy room for us to change at check-in since we arrived before our room was ready. The pool was quiet and large enough to have your own space. My only note is we did not purchase the half board (only breakfast) and were so thankful- the one night we ate the buffet it was extremely overpriced and lackluster. Most foods were cold or just bad. However, the breakfast was great.

The staff was excellent. The bartenders at the gold level Felipe and Felix were the nicest, friendliest, kindest and funniest bartenders we have ever met. They took such good care of us and my nephew who is shy took quite a liking to them because of their friendly banter. The cleaning service was phenomenal and kind. We received hospitality beyond our imagination. We would definitely recommend staying here. We are very grateful and look forward to come back.

Our stay at Gran Tacande Hotel in Adeje, Tenerife was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering something for every taste, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.
To make our experience even more special, we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Gold Level. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking – overlooking the pools and the endless ocean, it felt like a dream.

It is as place to repeat the experience. The crew members are very polite, calm, respectful, and always attentive.
The place itself is an interesting character, a combination between rustic and modern.
The restaurant crew, and food was beyond my expectations. Lots of fresh choices. Loved it.

The room cleaning is not recommended for OCD people ;)).
Overall, I have decided to return to this hotel, whenever I go to Tenerife.
