I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and we had an amazing time from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with a smile by the receptionist, Sven, who did an excellent job making us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and professional.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Gold facilities — everything was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The spa area was a real highlight, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was calm and relaxing.
The entertainment by the pool was fantastic. The animation team brought great energy every day and really went the extra mile to engage with guests, especially during the themed evenings and water activities.
The food was another highlight — every meal offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff were always attentive and friendly.
All in all, it was a perfect week, and we can’t wait to return.

As someone who has visited Tenerife regularly over the last 20 years and stayed in many hotels this one is by far the best. The location is amazing, staff are fantastic , everyone always smiling, nothing ever a problem and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is a wonderful experience . The cleanliness is of a very high standard and the food is amazing with something for everyone.
The hotel manager Cristina leads by example and makes sure she makes every guest feel welcome.
Well done to all at this hotel and thank you for another fantastic holiday. Cant wait to return again .

We have had a great week at this lovely hotel.
The staff are all extremely nice and helpful, friendly with children and very responsive to any needs.
The main restaurant for dinner and breakfast is a very high quality buffet with various cook to order options. Drinks are all good whether it’s house wine or something more special. We didn’t go to the sunset bar but I checked it out during the day and it looked very nice. We had lunch at the pool restaurant a few times and it was also great and well priced.
Lovely pool and surrounds, in the nice part of Costa Adeje. A calm vibe. Mix of brits, Germans, French, Scandinavian and Spanish clientele.
The room was very well sized and housekeeping did a great job.
Overall a lovely place for a Spring family break- recommend!

From the moment we checked in, the service was superb. We felt so welcome. Reception was great. We were shown to our room. Staff member took the time to go through all the facilities it offered. From housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everything was very good. Just so friendly and helpful.

We have just returned from a week at our favourite hotel in Costa Adeje. As usual from welcome to departure every one of the hotel staff at Reception, restaurant, waiting staff, luggage guys, pool staff, cleaners and entertainment staff were just wonderful and friendly. There is refurbishment work going on and the main pool is closed but staff went out of their way to deal with what must have been a difficult situation to deal with. We had a fantastic week as usual and can’t praise the staff enough, they are amazing. Can’t wait to get back in a few weeks.
