must say the service is extremely bad. When you book all inclusive, they really aren't so everything you do, they demand money. wifi costs money and does not reach the room. bed clothes very dirty. the guys working in the kitchen started yelling at some kids. They wipe the sweat with their hands while handing out the food. very disgusting. Do not book this hotel. there is the hotel next door called Hawaii which is much better.

Unfortunately the service and the team aren’t worthy to represent Egypt the mother of the world and civilizations! Egyptians whom I know are more better and classy than this staff!
I was really shocked once I arrived, I’m writing this review after 3 hours of being here….
No arrangement between the staff members, I booked from Riyadh on the phone and they confirmed my booking, but when I arrived, the receptionist told me that there’s no reservation for me!
I had to wait for around 1 hour to have a room while my little kids were sleeping on the sofa in the lobby.
There’s even no internet to look around for another choice.
The pillows are very dirty and smelly, I asked them 4 times to change them but every time the housekeeper brings me very smelly used once! 3 hours just trying to get clean pillows but at the end I had to accept because we arrived exhausted and the kids have to sleep!
In addition to mosquitoes 🦟, it is another story!
I will never come back again here because it’s not recommended at all to stay in such place.
The review might be changed after I finish my stay here to be as fair as possible….

Great resort with 9 swimming pools, 14 water slides, two aqua park areas for kids, huge main restaurant, three themed restaurants (Chinese, Italian, seafood), a beach restaurant (lunchtime only), a cafe, and plenty of juice bars. There's also a small amusement park area for small children that opens at night (Luna Park).
I spent four days and three nights at the resort with my three-year-old.
Room: 4 stars. We had one of the best rooms on the property - huge with two single beds, closet, desk and chair, boudoir and chair, sofa, TV, and balcony with two chairs overlooking the pool. The room was located on the 4th floor and accessible by elevator. The only problem was the bathroom - the shower cabin is quite small, making it difficult to bathe a child.
Resort facilities: 5 stars. Huge fountain in the lobby and two water features outside. The pools were clean and well maintained. The aqua park opened early and closed late. All of the slides were working. The restaurants never felt too crowded. The beach had a huge lagoon area, and other areas were marked off along the two hotel docks for swimming.
Food: 4 stars. There was very little variety in the made-to order stations. Breakfast was eggs, lunch and dinner was pasta, dessert was fried apples or fried bananas. The usual food was bread and pastries, salads, hot vegetables, potatoes, Egyptian fatteh, fresh carving station (chicken and beef), fresh fruit station. There was only one type of tea, and all of the free juices were powdered.
Service: 4 stars. There weren't a lot of animation activities. The staff were friendly and did their jobs well. Room service was amazing. The room was always spotless and nothing was missing.
The only sour note was the employee preparing omelets this morning (19 June 2024) - he premade 3 or 4 omelets then got angry when we guests wanted them made to order, as was supposed to be done. He complained about a fellow guest's requests in Arabic because he knew she wouldn't understand him. He then started aggressively throwing the eggs into the pan with the spoon. I was standing in line and raw egg and hot oil splattered on my hand. Instead of apologizing, he said he was doing his job. Perhaps he shouldn't work with guests, as he was quite rude, unlike his colleagues.
Overall: We had a great experience and hope to be back next year.

El Karma has a beautiful large territory with about 10 pools and a great aquapark. However, the hotel is located not parallel but perpendicular to the beach and since it is quite long, if you are in the first houses near the reception, it will take you at least 10 minutes to reach the beach. The beach is small, but nice and has a long pier, from which you go down stairs further into the sea, as it's very shallow at least up to 150m. Before entering the sea there is reddish sand; there are many stones in the water at the beginning, so you need aqua shoes. At noon the water in the shallows was quite warm, in the deep was perfect for swimming. Our holiday at the hotel was from 17th to 24th april and at that time in Hurgada the day starts in the morning at 6:30 when the sun is already shining brightly, and starts to get dark around 5:30 in the afternoon, so it's good to get up early. The temperature at noon was 33-34 degrees and at night it dropped to 22-23.
As we had expected, the food in the hotel isn't ok. It's more suitable for vegetarians. There is almost no meat other, than sheep's. Sometimes there were fried chicken wings and thighs, fish, liver, but they weren't cooked well either. No olives at breakfast, instead, there were dates every day and there was no hard cheese, but there were three types of cream cheese which were very tasty. And since the meat was disgusting (still, it should be kept in mind that meat is very expensive for them), I was satisfied, that there were zucchini, eggplants with tomato sauce, often dishes with potatoes, peas, okra, which were cooked deliciously. The salad bar didn't have much choice - Iceberg, tomatoes, cucumbers and the other salads were wilted and with questionable sauce. (The hygiene in the restaurant also needs to be improved.) Still, we didn't stay hungry, there was always something to eat (except the meat).
Our room was wonderful, huge, beds with very comfortable mattresses. They cleaned every day, changed bed linen every two days, towels every day. The room was clean, but the sunbeds that were closest to the aquapark were dirty, the rest of the sunbeds at the other pools were clean.
In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, there are intermediate meals, such as fries and hamburgers with meatballs (again sheep's), ice cream, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, excellent lemon fresh and water unlimited.
There was animation during the day like morning water aerobics. Evening: cool disco, karaoke, oriental and other dances. It was interesting and fun. The animators perfectly know how to entertain the guests and encourage everyone to get involved in the program.
Great fun for kids too.
In general, you get much more, then what you have paid for.
