We stayed as family with our 3 year old one week in January 2026 in the db Seabank Resort and Spa hotel. We had a family room (poolside) with AI.
We enjoyed it very much. Hotel offers nice inside activites (Wellness, very warm indoor pools [1x 0,3m, 1x 0,9m, 1x 1,2m and a Jacuzzi], kids-playground and many more). We did not even use all facilities.
The food was very good and varied daily. Also the offered a-la-carte restaurants were really good and in January it was easy to get a table. The offering of Cola, Fanta & Kinnie and more was great, and we also enjoyed the beer and good mixed cocktails. Only the coffee could be better, but it was still fine.
The staff is highly motivated and very friendly. We had some issues in our room (heating, hair dryer), but after reporting them they were fixed promptly. We had the impression, that the hotel has well implemented and exectuted processes and is focused on a good customer experience.
The hotel is located on a sandy beach, separated by a busy road (pedestrian traffic light available). However, our room (poolside) was very quiet. The busy road has the advantage of many bus-lines stopping directly infront of the hotel. Location in the north of the island offered some nice kids-friendly activities (trip to Gozo, National Aquarium, Popeye Village, ...).
Overall it was a nice stay in the db Seabank Resort and Spa hotel.

This was our first trip to Malta and it was a perfect choice – the db Seabank Hotel turned out to be amazing! ⭐
Despite a few small issues, we consider our stay very successful and we truly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy their holiday.
The hotel is full of happy guests from Poland, and what’s even better – there are also Polish-speaking staff at the reception, so it’s easy to communicate. 🇵🇱👌

We haven’t met such great service (also for children!) in a long time – always smiling, full of energy, and making drinks with heart.

The guest relations manager, Mariam, stood out a lot during our time at Malta. Her detail-oriented approach and direct and friendly attitude made our stay much more pleasant and enjoyable.Thanks to her, she ensured that we could relax and enjoy ourselves.
It was a wonderful experience and the all inclusive plus upgrade massively improved our overall stay. The rooms were clean and it was very spacious. The service was excellent, especially Hicham who made sure my son felt appreciated and welcomed on his birthday as well as being consistently accommodating and very kind all throughout our stay. The spa was decorated nicely and the sauna especially was very nice.
However a couple things that could have been improved is the steam room which was not warm whatsoever and had a lingering smell which was unpleasant. Also, for health and safety purposes, there should have been lifeguard or a staff with first aid training in the indoor pool area and jacuzzi.

My Husband and I decided to travel to Malta first the first time. We stayed at Seabank hotel and spa, absolutely beautiful place, very clean, rooms were spacious, whether you had a Seaview or land view it was breathtaking! Many pools, jacuzzi, spa, many restaurants plus entertainment, day excursions etc,, the beach across the street was very clean and tidy, now the staff are on another level, we met China in the main restaurant and several others, the first day we arrived, she was so welcoming, helpful, lovely to talk to, hope to see her again! Then there's Michael in the many bars, he is so friendly, full of jokes my husband loved talking to him, he was great! We were also impressed with the service we received from adarsh from housekeeping we always asking if we wanted anything for our room or having cleaned! Those three staff members were our favourite, we hope to see them again, exceptional service Thank you for making our short stay memorable! Looking forward to coming back!

This was our first time at the hotel and in Malta in general and we were really impressed. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and kind.The rooms are very nice and tidy, the view we had was amazing. I can't say for housekeeping lady Rosemary nothing less then perfect.
Even if it is not the most important thing in hotel, the room was cleaned incredibily, best cleaning lady ever. We will definitely be back again.
