We booked all inclusive. The staff were lovely and made the experience pleasant.
We booked a car and this hotel had a car park which was really handy.
We booked the car from a shop nearby. It was much cheaper than the hotel car hire desk.
The rooms were lovely with a nice balcony. They did a great job keeping them clean. There were lots of sun loungers. Three pools, one of which was adults only with a bar.
We loved Malta and would stay here again.

The hotel and especially the staff is amazing!!! And I advise you to take the VIP+
The hotel is very child and handicap friendly. For both adults and children there is enough entertainment.
The food has a wide variety and when you have a diet and you still have trouble finding something at this massive buffet, there are cooks that will help you still have a perfect meal.
If you have a rental car, then you can park it in the parking lot underneath the hotel.

Our first time visiting Malta.
Fantastic from start to finish. We had an amazing 5 days here, the only down fall for us was, unfortunately, we didn't book to stay longer.
Checking in with Karen was really straightforward. (We had upgraded to All-Inclusive Plus when we booked our holiday and it was the best decision ever made.) We waited less than 5 minutes for Marion to come along and show us around. We headed to the AI Plus lounge to have chat and a drink. We took our bags up to the room and we were blown away with how spacious it was. We booked a pool view and the views were amazing. We could see the red tower and radar station from our room too. Breakfast was outstanding, along with lunch, dinner and the snacks too. The food choice was plentiful. The AI Plus lounge was a very chilled and relaxed environment. The staff throughout the hotel are all friendly, no matter how busy it got, they had the time to speak. Especially Mohammad and another chap but unfortunately we didn't get his name.
I'd recommend downloading the Bolt app if you're not a fan of getting onto busy busses. (Bus stop is right outside the hotel, which is so handy but was pretty full most of the time and I don't do well in small busy spaces) so we used Bolt to explore.
The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained as was the room we stayed in. It was cleaned and the bed made daily and if we were in the room they would always ask if we wanted fresh towels.
On our last day, one member of staff worked tirelessly to put out the individual sunshades around the whole complex. His name is Rupesh and we felt he deserved a mention on this 5-star review. He worked so hard, all day long.
Finally, to all the members of staff, Thank you for making our first visit to Malta a fantastic one. These memories will last a life time and Malta now holds a special place in our hearts. We'll definitely be back to DB Seabank.

Fantastic.

I was going to give 5 stars, but there are a few things I didn’t like about the hotel. First of all, when we arrived, they gave us a room with four single beds, even though they knew a family with two kids was coming. After about an hour, I had to request to change the single beds to a double.
The kids’ entertainment and kids’ club were not very engaging or energetic-in fact, I would say they were very basic. The animation team didn’t seem enthusiastic or entertaining. The only thing we really enjoyed was the night show. The kids didn’t even want to go to the kids’ club because, as they said, all they did there was watch TV-there were no activities.
At the Dome Bar, there was always a long queue for drinks. Sometimes you would see three or four bar attendants, but most of the time there were only two, so the queue just kept getting bigger. I can only imagine how bad it gets in July and August, especially since most people get their drinks while relaxing near the pool.
The Pearl Spa was expensive, and we didn’t receive good service or have good therapists.
As for late check-out, if you request one or two extra hours, you have to be an All-Inclusive Plus member, which means paying an extra £25 per person. Many hotels offer a complimentary one-hour late check-out, especially for families with little kids.
Because of these issues we experienced at the hotel, we wouldn’t recommend it to our friends or family.

Beautiful location! Staff were fantastic—especially Shu Chef Godfrey who catered to my allergies with real care. Plenty of fun entertainment, loved the aqua activities and darts. The only downside was the air con in our room not working, and the promised fan never arrived. Still, a great stay overall!
