Great service at the bar, especially I'm impressed by the work of the bartender Michael. There are beautiful rooms, the food is delicious, especially the deserts. The rooms are beautifully maintained and I am very pleased with the room service. The hotel's location is beautiful and, in my opinion, underrated. It's a 20-minute walk to the center of the beautiful town of Mellieha, and another 20 minutes to Papaya Village and its stunning cliffs. Buses run constantly, so transportation is excellent.

On the whole I enjoyed the two week stay but I don’t know if I’d stay again. I used the hotel more as a base. The hotel is very big with lots of people. I felt it needed a comfortable adult only lounge with maybe a pianist or soft music playing. I found the buffet style food mediocre and found it was best to eat early before everybody ploughed in. Many putting the serving utensils back on top of the food after handling them. The Brazilian barbecue was a disappointment after reading the information before hand. The door was open to the Dome and children ran to and fro getting ice cream, taking it back into the very noisy Dome area. The meat wasn’t carved at the table, as advertised and tended to be dry and some was burnt. The drink dispensing area was a mess. The room I had overlooking the dome and pool was lovely though and kept spotlessly clean by Riya. She’s a very pleasant lady and is always smiling. If I did return it would be during school time. The majority of the children were well behaved but you had to wonder where some parents were when children were running along corridors at midnight. One lady I met, remarked that there were children shouting outside her room at 4.30am on a couple of mornings. The hotel staff is very friendly and the majority work tirelessly.

For my first resort experience, db Seabank was incredible! We were half-board and really felt the value for money through the buffet that was served for breakfast and dinner which included many options and themed nights. As well as this, the room was very clean and large with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom. We loved the games room that had a small arcade and a bowling alley where we were well looked after by Donovan at the bar. All the staff were incredible and truly deserve 5/5 stars for their service, especially Alex during meal times who was welcoming as soon as we arrived and Irsan who was lovely to speak to! I wish I could give the resort 5 stars but the parking charge was extortionate, as well as the hidden costs for items such as dressing gowns. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a spa experience if you’re on a budget. Apart from this, I’d definitely return again for a wonderful resort experience!

Amazing hotel!
Despite being a relatively large hotel, the atmosphere feels very personal, warm, and friendly thanks to the excellent and welcoming staff. Because we booked our stay directly through the hotel’s website, we received many discounts and additional benefits, such as free airport transfer and an all-inclusive program.
The rooms are clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. The food in the restaurant is excellent, offering a wide and varied selection. Everything is always fresh, and the staff are helpful, kind, and always smiling.
The hotel also offers an indoor pool, saunas, and bowling, providing plenty of activities even during the winter season. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is great!
The food could be better, there was a lot of cumin in many dishes, but overall it was good and we enjoyed it.
We had a wonderful time at Jungle Restaurant. The food was good and the staff team, including Jonathan, Prativa, Leon and Ram, was amazing. We definitely plan to return!
Also, a big compliment to Manisha and her team who cleaned our room daily, they did an excellent job and made our stay even more comfortable! The hotel is very clean throughout.
