I recently stayed at the Seabank Hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with beautiful views and great housekeeping service.
The food was delicious, with plenty of variety every day — especially at breakfast and dinner. I would like to give a special thank you to Kabir and Julio for their amazing service at the restaurant. They were always attentive, polite, and made every meal even more enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pool area, entertainment, and relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. It was a very enjoyable stay from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend the Seabank Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Malta. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Generally staying at seabank was very good! A special shout out to vishnu as he was our cleaner and he did an amazing job everyday! The food had great variety but the kids food was limited. The rooms were beautifully decorated but there wasn’t many sockets throughout the rooms the fans didn’t do much throughout hot nights but they kindly gave us standing fans. All staff were so friendly especially the cleaners and workers in the food hall. Only managed to book the Chinese but was very impressed with the food.

This was another return to a hotel where you can truly relax and recharge. Every time I visit, I’m reminded that what makes this place so special, besides of provided luxury is the people – from the reception team and waiters, through the wonderful animation crew and housekeeping, all the way up to the management. Everyone works with genuine care and a smile, creating that unique and warm atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
I would like to give a special thank you to Marion, who has an incredibly demanding role – maintaining relationships with guests and handling various situations with grace and professionalism. It’s never easy to fix other people’s mistakes, yet she does it beautifully.
During my previous stay, my interaction with a receptionist Blanka, left me with mixed feelings. However, Marion showed exceptional understanding and empathy, which completely changed my impression. Thanks to her, my opinion of this hotel remains consistently positive.
In my experience, the true heart of DB Seabank is its amazing team. They are the reason this place has such a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere – one that makes you want to return again and again. Can’t wait for my next visit! 🌺✨

To be very honest the problems had started even before arriving at the hotel.
Upon booking, we were instructed to download the hotel app, so that we could book restaurants to avoid disappointment during the stay. The app didn't work, one family was able to book one restaurant and the others, nothing!!!
It was thought that we could also check in via the app to save time upon arrival, as we were arriving late at night, again, the app didn't allow check in!
We arrived at the hotel at around 11am and it took a while for us to be checked in. Upon check in, we could use the screens available at reception to book restaurants, unsurprisingly nothing was available.
Prior to arrival, we were told that food would be available at the time that we were arriving, the food that was available was a selection of cheese, dry bread rolls and some meat. The veg options were scarce. Not to mention flies doing the rounds over the food!
The room was a decent size, the bathroom on the other hand, not too bad, but the toilet bowl appeared bigger than the wash basin. We thought, it's okay, its something that we could put up with for a week. However, as the week went on, things only got worse. One morning we woke up to no electricity and the flushing system on the toilet was not working, we had to fill up the dustbin with water to pour into the toilet, so that the waste could be drained, it was horrendous! Never have we had to go to these lengths in our own homes, let alone at a hotel!!!!!
It doesn't end there, as the days went on, there was ants on the bed, one family, after a long and tiring day were met with wet bedsheets when getting into bed for the night!!!! They had to contact room service at that time of the night, to have the made up up with dry sheets!!!
We asked to make a complaint about the toilet, electricity and wet bedsheets. We were met with the customer relations manager who didn't seem bothered in the slightest, an apology wasn't forthcoming, rather just an excuse that the whole town and all the other guests experienced the same. When she was questioned as to why NO communication was made regarding the issues, she failed to respond. When asked, for a refund of some sort, she immediately said no! When asked, if we could have a free spa treatment, all that was provided was a 25min back head and neck massage. Utterly disgraced!!!!!!!!!
It was an all inclusive stay, but the food in general was a 3 out of 10, breakfast options were limited, the eggs were horrible, the same selection of food was on offer on a daily basis.
Lunches and dinners were no better, most dinners we ate outside of the hotel.
One ice cream at the hotel was 6 euros, it was cheaper to get gelato from outside of the hotel, which was also much nicer than what was on offer the hotel.
Due to a evening flight home, we left our luggage with the hotel at checkout. There was no log on luggage being kept no labels provided to put on the luggage. We ourselves had to take our luggage to a room which remained unlocked and accessible to anyone!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our week at Db Sandbank Resort & Spa Hotel was nothing short of wonderful.
I visited with two friends, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome right from check-in through to check-out.
The service was fantastic, warm, personable, and always attentive. Every member of staff we met, from front of house to the waiters, bar staff, and housekeeping, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. A special mention goes to Danjela and Ishonk, who were outstanding, though truthfully, every staff member we encountered was first class and couldn’t do enough for us.
The food was excellent throughout, the speciality restaurants being real highlights with Salia standing out as our favourite, the food was magnificent and the service was wonderful. We loved it so much that we returned later in the week as paying guests just to enjoy another meal there.
Our quad room was lovely, spacious, spotlessly clean, and ideal for three friends sharing. We also loved the All-Inclusive Plus package, which added a real sense of indulgence to our stay.
We treated ourselves to a visit to Pearls Spa. The full-body massage and facial were worth every penny, we floated out feeling completely relaxed and pampered.
This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are already looking forward to returning next year.
Highly recommended!
