Very confusing resort overall but I enjoyed my staying. Different places quite hidden with lack of indication as you to go up and then go down to get into some places. I got lost couple times due to the building design.
The restaurant booking system is very confusing as well as there are some restaurants are not open in some days of the week. We were not able to try Jungle for example as it was overbooked all time.
On the good side, we have the beach very close and the bus stop is quite handy. Gym and Sauna are very decent and clean.
Most of the staff were very nice but Some staff are not prepared giving wrong indications.
Be careful on the all inclusive basis. There plenty of stuff you have to pay extra money: Shuttle to the airport have some conditions, parking is 5€ per night, if you need towels for the pool you have to pay, ice creams on the bar are payed.
Last but not least, be aware of Pool day that happen time to time where more people from outside comes in for the whole day. That day was crazy crowded including the restaurant and felt less safe. The food had more quality and more diversity on that day which make me feel they put more effort and value more people from outside than the resort guests

I stayed in July 2025 with my family.
The food was good with a fussy eater his plate was always full.
I don't like how they top up fresh food on top of the remaining food. Sometimes your food is hot and will be cold also if you are not aware of what happens.
The salads were amazing.
It is very much catering for a family. Nothing happening after 10.15.
There is a massive wasp problem, they are extremely slow in collecting glasses and never wipe down the tables, which the wasps aim for.
They also allow day passes, this results in a lot of drunken behaviour as they are only there for the day and drink as much as they can.
There was lewd behaviour in the pool in front of children of all ages and violence with hotel guests.
They also allow bookings in the evening to dine and they always get priority, serving them first with larger potions.
We enjoyed our stay but will not return.

This is our fourth time to the hotel and like all the other times it’s been amazing. From the warm friendly and very helpful front desk to the smiley chatty bartenders (Mohammed in the front adult bar to Nike and Singh in the All inclusive plus lounge). The all inclusive plus is a new addition since our last visit and it is stupendous, the snacks throughout the day were just delightful and the quiet lounge area during the day and evening was just perfect, as we are not much for the entertainment in the evenings. Rooms were spotless and the housekeeping staff always had a smile and welcoming comment when passed in corridor. Have recommended to several friends who have come and enjoyed this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect too, the beach, the walks up to the red castle and the sea view cafe. Stunning. No doubt this will not be our last visit.

What a wonderful resort. The food, cleanliness, staff and facilities were all amazing. The entertainment is fantastic, the animation team are brilliant at what they do. My favourite was around the world dance night! There is a beautiful beach just over the road and it is a 3 minute walk to the port where you are picked up for boat trips. A special shout out to Samrat and his signature cocktail! It should definitely be added to the list! Would highly recommend. This is the 3rd time I've been and will definitely be back!

Misrepresented, Poorly Maintained, and Not Family-Friendly
We booked DB Seabank as part of what was sold to us as a high-quality, all-inclusive family holiday. The reality could not have been further from the promise.
The noise at night is extreme — the bass from the music makes the room vibrate, and it kept my five-year-old awake on multiple nights. Facilities are broken or poorly maintained: the bowling alley repeatedly malfunctioned, most arcade machines were out of order (and I even lost €2 in one with no refund), and the gym was dirty with several machines broken.
Food quality was disappointing, and one evening a live bug crawled out of a cake at the buffet. Staff were often distracted on their phones instead of supervising, leaving children to take food with their hands. Booking on-site restaurants was impossible as the system never worked, and we were turned away from venues despite being willing to queue.
Many staff were rude or indifferent — doors were pushed through ahead of guests, and basic requests (like extra pillows) were mishandled multiple times. The room furnishings were worn, and the pillows were literally falling apart.
This is not a 4-star family experience; it’s noisy, poorly managed, and far from the relaxing break we paid for. Would not return.
