Hotel is lovely and rooms very spacious. Plenty of outdoor space and plenty to do for children. Variety of foods however was not impressed with the cooked food resulting in mainly eating cold foods. There are additional restaurants to eat in however some result in additional cost. We did upgrade to all inclusive but it was not worth it to us in the long run. The hotel is just opposite the beach but has a duel carriage way infront. There is a crossing but this is a little further up. In the busier season you would have to watch for children dashing across. We booked a room with a larger terrace and sunbeds but only got sun for probably a couple of hours a day due to its position so not worth the extra cost. There is very little to do outside the hotel. There are no pavement bars to grab a coffee and watch the world go by although there is an excellent bus service opposite the hotel which will take you where you wish to go. Buy a weekly ticket, a single ticket gives you a 2 hour return time only necessitating a further return ticket with additional costs. There is a shop on site which was quite useful. Didn't go to the gym, spa, beauty rooms or the pool area so can't comment on them. There is a bowling alley with 4 lanes and the staff in the sports bar there were very helpful as were all the staff throughout the hotel. Housekeeping was excellent.

The hotel itself is good with lots of things to offer. It has a massive outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa and fitness and entertainment area. They have themed restaurants which you can book ahead if you don’t fancy eating in the general buffet area. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Jonathan and Leon who are very professional and kind. It’s a good value for money and definitely worth coming back.

I just spent a wonderful and relaxing week with my family in this hotel.
The family room was really large, clean and functional.
The buffet food was really tasty and offered a varied selection of cold and hot dishes.
The menu was also changing everyday.
But most importantly, I found the personnel very professional, helpful and friendly whether they were receptionists or from the cleaning staff.
The hotel is also ideally located, on the sea shore with a bus stop right across the street.
Overall I give it a 5 stars.
I put 4 stars on the location as the hotel is built along a high speed road.
Our room was oriented on a slope and it was quite noisy when the vehicles are accelerating.
However, they have been enough other positive aspects to wipe off this inconvenience.

Family holiday, first time at all inclusive resort (February 2024)
Positive things first:
Both the kids and us parents had a really unforgettable time. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There is an abundance of tasty food and drinks, with something for all. There are free drinking water stations. Animators were very cool and the evening shows were impressive! The artists were professional and had shows that both young and old enjoyed. Our family room (3426) was light and bright, large and spacious and comfortable for all, and had a sliding door between sleeping areas. Balcony had a nice view.
Some negatives things:
This is a huge complex. We got lost daily. The identical hallways and doors only add to the confusion and our long walks back and forth. Watch your kids!
Stern, cold, inexperienced reception staff. Some indifferent restaurant and bar staff, carefree even, some got upset when orders were not standard. The evening shows started at 21, so not ideal for the youngest. The volume at the kids' disco is so loud it got uncomfortable.
Our room is in need of maintenance, especially the bathroom which had no ventilation. Ventilation could be better in the room in general, as it was a bit damp and smelly. The hotel is also in need of maintenance, some areas more than others, from the facade to furniture.
There was a strong smell of ca***bis in the hallway on one occasion and smell of cigarettes on others, and noise daily, especially from all the running kids or party people. Expect drunk people at any time of day, wearing all kinds of clothing. Never did I see staff or security around the hallways except cleaners, or staff asking guests to behave or follow rules.
We only used the small indoor pool, which was off limits for kids between 12 and 15. It was nice, but could be cleaner and neater. A pile of used towels laid by the pool for days. The spa areas were cold, and so was the massage oil. The music was a too loud and strangely went out of tune every 30 seconds or so. These things made our hour long massage less pleasant.
But, overall, we had a very good time!

Nice hotel. Rooms were fine but as we were there in February and had a room overlooking the sea, where you got no sunshine at this time of year, room was cold. After three requests we finely got some heating in the room.
Although there are separate areas in the restaurant for adults only it would have been nice to have a separate restaurant as the area was extremely loud.
