Stay away – cockroaches, mold, and serious safety issues!
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
We paid extra for a room with a sea view. Upon entering the room, we immediately saw a cockroach. After reporting this to reception, we were moved to a smaller room with no windows and a smaller bed — clearly not what we had paid for.
On day two, the staff told us no other rooms were available but promised a “deep clean” to eliminate the cockroach issue. This so-called deep clean was a joke; the room was still visibly dirty.
There was also mold in the room, with a strong and unpleasant smell. We could barely stay in the room and felt uncomfortable the entire time. When we reported this, the staff placed a fan in the room. However, the electricity was controlled by a sensor, meaning the fan only worked if we were physically in the room — completely pointless.
The most disturbing incident happened when my girlfriend was taking a shower. A cleaning staff member entered the room without knocking and ran out when he realized she was inside. Just two minutes later, another man entered the room again. This is absolutely unacceptable. After this, my girlfriend no longer felt safe staying at the hotel.
To make matters worse, we also saw a cockroach crawling under our table during breakfast.
After the first day, we wanted to leave and requested a refund. The hotel refused, stating they do not issue refunds. They later claimed the refusal was because we booked through Revolut, which makes no sense.
This hotel has serious hygiene problems and even more serious safety and privacy issues. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

We stayed for a week, and immediately noticed the very attentive and helpful staff. From the reception staff to the bar staff, everyone was incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious and air con was effective. The only thing I would say is that at room cleaning was not quite thorough enough, more surface level clean. We’re not super fussy but others might be. Hotel is in a great location. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection of choice and the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel (ciccio cucina) we were big fans of. We really enjoyed our stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was below standard. Our first room had a strong smell of damp, but to the hotel’s credit they moved us promptly to another room without the same issue. However, the general room cleaning was disappointing. While it was done regularly, it often felt superficial, with dirt from the previous day left behind.
The pools were also a letdown. They are quite small and crowded, which made it difficult for our three boys to enjoy themselves. They love splashing and playing, but the confined space meant we had to ask them to stop so as not to disturb other guests. Despite being advertised as a family-friendly hotel, the facilities didn’t really suit families like ours who need more space for kids to burn off energy.
The town itself is pleasant, with a good variety of restaurants, though on the expensive side. The main drawback is that it isn’t very child-friendly – the roads are narrow, traffic is heavy, and cars often speed, leaving nowhere safe for children to play.
Overall, it’s a decent hotel with genuinely good staff, but it just didn’t work for our family’s needs.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It’s very peaceful, with beautiful views from the outdoor pool. The indoor pool, gym, and sauna are well-maintained and offer a great space to relax.
Special mention to the reception staff for their attentiveness and kindness always ready to help and answer any questions. The rooms are comfortable, and clean, and the housekeeping service is impeccable. The location is also excellent, allowing easy access to the city’s main points of interest.
We also tried the massage service, where Mr. Allen gave us a fantastic moment of peace and disconnection thanks to his professionalism and skill. His friendly and attentive manner, combined with the relaxing atmosphere of the room, made the experience even more special. Definitely a service worth trying during your stay.
Overall, a very pleasant and highly recommendable experience.

Me and my friend stayed here the last week in September and we had such a lovely time. The hotel was great, affordable and to a high standard. The cleaning staff even folded our pyjamas and sat our teddies together on the bed, super cute detail. All the staff were lovely, especially Balint on reception he answered all of our questions cheerfully and was very helpful!! We would return and definitely recommend to others.
