Great week at the hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful especially reception and guest relations.
Ideal base to explore Gozo and Comino as the ferries are right outside. Bus stop a few minutes away is great… cheap and you can get everywhere on the island.
We had sunny days and great food at the hotel restaurant. Would recommend it as a place to stay .

We had a 3 night stay at the riviera resort adult only , overall a lovely clean hotel always someone cleaning, staff very friendly, always willing to help. Buffet breakfast standard fayre ,would have loved some pancakes which could easily be made by the egg station and the tables take ages to be cleared, food at the Byblos Lebanese restaurant was outstanding and looked after by the lovely staff, making it an very enjoyable experience. We had a 3 night stay and the room was NOT cleaned or towels changed etc in all our stay, we had to ask one of the cleaners for clean towels and more milk etc for the tea coffee!! Another dissapointing point was the very slow service in the bar area, we waited 20 mins one night for 2 large beers! May be down to off season staff shortages ? Location is very remote ,we walked to the ferry port 20 mi s and took the ferry to gozo which is a nice day out , but nothing outside the hotel to do unless you get a bus or bolt to valetta which you must do its a beautiful place
All in all a nice hotel with a few niggles

My wife and I spent a wonderful week here in January. We received a free upgrade to a spacious, well equipped room with a beautiful sea view. The hotel was clean, stylish and welcoming. The customer service from every single member of staff was excellent- they were unfailingly polite, cheerful and helpful. The buffet style restaurant had a huge range of foods to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. The bar area had excellent entertainment every evening. Bar prices were very reasonable.
One special mention must go to Mateshwari in the restaurant/ bar area as she was always so helpful, friendly and smiling.
The spa/ pool area was excellent and a lovely restful oasis of calm with an excellent range of beauty/ massage treatments available.
Martin Sapiano, the Guest Relations Manager was exceptionally helpful when we experienced some problems with our airport transfer.

Great hotel, a little bit further from the airport but so well connected either by bolt or bus. Great spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, lovely night entertainment. Breakfast is probably one of the best I've had. Hotel crew us lovely- from reception team, waiters to cleaning team- everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Will come back in the summer time

This was my 2nd time visiting the hotel. Everything was great, staff is super kind and friendly and they welcome you with drinks and give you traditional Maltese biscuits at check out. They made sure that we are enjoying our stay.
The breakfast is fresh and there is a large variety of things to chose from like English breakfast, pastries, bread, fruit, deli items and a selection of drinks.
The rooms are tidy, even the pool and spa are very well kept. The gym is nicely equipped although on both occasions we found the treadmill out of order.
Would defiently stay here again, and I reccomend this resort especially for residents looking for a nice staycation.
