We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was spectacular.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and they really went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy. They even fixed my wife’s suitcase handle!
The best part for me was the restaurant. We tried different dishes every night, and everything was delicious.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Malta.

Riviera resort & Spa is a hidden gem! The staff, particularly Mr. Godwin, provided exceptional service that made our stay truly unforgettable. Mr. Godwin's kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond were impressive.
The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The views of the Mediterranean were stunning, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We booked this hotel for a short escape from the busy Malta city life, hoping for a relaxing day. But unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.
Despite Google Maps listing check-in at 2pm, our rooms weren’t ready even by 3pm. Staff said they’d call when the room was ready, but no one ever did. We had to queue in the same line as newly arriving guests just to ask about availability.
After nearly four hours of waiting since our arrival, we finally received our room keys at 5pm, meaning we spent most of our day waiting.
The rooms themselves are beautifully designed and quite comfortable.
During dinner time, we noticed that there were no juice options offered, which felt like a basic oversight. The rooms also aren’t well soundproofed, we could still feel the bass from the music outside.
Overall, a beautiful place with potential, but the poor service and lack of attention to detail really took away from the experience.

I have just returned home after a wonderful 4-day stay. My whole experience at the Riviera was wonderful; the staff were very helpful every step of the way. Any questions I had, even before I got there, were answered and put me at ease. Once there, the room was stunning, large, cool, and very clean. Every morning, walking into the hotel, you are always greeted with a smile by every housekeeping staff member, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The restaurants—the breakfast was amazing; I couldn't think of anything else you could have asked for. The evening grill restaurant was by far my favourite; the food was wonderful, amazing value. Sitting outside with the view and a singer outside was great. The only negative I had, as I stayed B&B, was that I thought the buffet was a bit expensive. Overall, a brilliant stay, wonderful hotel, clean, amazing food. Staff always smiling and very helpful. Plus the pool, always clean, and sunbeds always free.
The downside was the location, as there is nothing close by, but the buses are only a couple of mins walk away. But I recommend using bolt, there are there too collect you within minutes.
The ferry outside too the other islands is a bonus.
Can't wait too visit again.

Godwin always makes my visits to the Lobby Bar a real pleasure. Most of the time he’s preparing coffee, and he does it perfectly every single time. He’s professional, friendly, and always welcoming, which creates such a nice atmosphere. If you’re looking for great service and the best coffee, Godwin is the one to look for. Highly recommend!
