It was a blast for me. It was a long drive to get to the hotel, but it was worth it since you could see the fascinating views. The rooms were pretty clean and organised. The only thing was that the baths in the bathrooms had drains that were hard to take out since they would be stuck tight at the bottom. Food was amazing especially the all you can eat buffet there. People were very nice and chill. On the whole it was a nice 3 day experience.

Just arrived back to the UK from a week at Paradise Bay Resort. What a lovely hotel. From arrival, the young gentleman and lady at reception to the bar staff, the dining room staff to the brilliant and insistent cleaning lady everyone was wonderful, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well stocked, anything extra all I did was ask. The sea view was perfect from the first night storm to the last day the brightest blue. The indoor pool (salt water) perfect and mostly peaceful. Food breakfast English to Continental perfect plus fruit, as much as you want, fruit juice awash with it. Dinner every day different choices from duck to steak, chicken, pork chops, various fresh fish all worth two servings, lots of puddings including Pistachio cake, heart attack on a plate, but worth it! Looking to re book. Resort clean every day. Parking loads available. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.

An excellent place for a winter break. Some food very delicious. Veal, clams, beef, fresh tuna, no reason for complaint. Plentiful cakes and carlsberg on tap at dinner and lunch. Some views are stunning. Take 4 days and relax. You can jump on the ferry and enjoy the sea. The shop in the hotel has plenty to offer and the reception staff are fine and polite.

Good location for Gozo and Comino ferries (walking distance). Room was large with balcony overlooking the pool/ocean. Old decor but fine otherwise. Bar drink prices were average. Check in for us was after 3 pm. They kept telling us the room wasn't ready. Guest Services kindly bought us a drink for the delay. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was good. Porto Restaurant across the street for dinner was satisfactory. Service here was good. We were just happy to have somewhere close to eat. I would definitely not stay here again. There was a weird vibe to what we're used to. Many guests looked miserable. Hardly anyone mingled or talked to each other. They kept to themselves. We did meet a couple people but that was it. We stayed 4 nights and I regretted my choice. We traveled 5 weeks through Europe staying at a new hotel every 1 or 2 nights. This was our least favourite for sure. Visit Popeye Village and spend a nice day at Paradise Bay to get away.

For access to Gozo & Comino it is exceptional. Hotel is made for all inclusive guests otherwise the hours and access to the pool are impossible.
Extremely misleading room description. Ferry lights illuminated our room all night long when we expected a view of the pool and ocean/bay?
Someone did a sloppy white coat of paint at some time and all the molding in the rooms and hallways shows the paint.
The room electricity needs a room key to run and if you leave the do not disturb light is no longer on.
However room service must also put a key in the slot in order to turn on the electricity and would then see the do not disturb sign illuminated. They do not care and will move all of your belongings which for us was money, camera equipment, and lingerie without caring that you had a do not disturb sign.
The front desk did not even have a schedule for the gozo channel ferry and handed me the Sliema - Valletta ferry schedule which was hilarious.
The service in the beach front restaurant was also horrible.
The only reason to stay here is if you are diving and do not want to travel far afterwards. The atmosphere was like an old scene from the dirty dancing movie with a lot of old Germans who looked very unhappy sitting around listening to karaoke at night.
