Had a decent stay at this hotel, receptionist are very helpful even if a little busy at times. The rooms are good but the decor and hallways are a little dated and could do with modernising but everything worked as it should. The pool areas are big and plenty of loungers around. The indoor pool area is run down and older so we kept to the main pools. The food was decent at the restaurant and the evening entertainment was great especially the kids loved the activities put on like quizzes and bingo. Has a well stocked shop on site with games room and outdoor kids play area.
It also has an another restaurant across the road with a private beach and water sports activities which was great.
Location is good if you rent a car or fancy the long bus journeys.
I noticed a lot of locals getting off buses and parking at the hotel to use the pool and facilities at the weekends so be aware it gets very busy at times.
Overall a good stay we would happily stay again.

What a stunning location! We had an amazing sea view. The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable. All amenities there like a kettle, safe, fridge etc. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The restaurant staff spoke to the chefs and made me a free from dessert each night which was so thoughtful. There are 4 pools, lovely bars and the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner were always laid out well with lots of choice. We would definitely recommend it and will definitely be going again.

During my trip representing Hong Kong at the FIDE World Amateur Chess Championships, I stayed at Paradise Bay Resort. The location is right by the water, with a beautiful view of the ferry terminal. Great if you plan to take trips out to sea, though it’s quite a distance from the main city center.
The room was very spacious, although the furniture and bedding were basic and a bit dated. That said, it was acceptable, and I especially appreciated being able to sleep with the balcony door open (October), the natural breeze at night made air conditioning unnecessary.
The hotel’s outdoor pool and seaside setting gave it a holiday vibe, and it’s definitely convenient for ferry travellers or those looking for a quiet coastal stay away from the crowds.

Hotel is way overpriced for the quality they offer. "4 stars" is definitely self proclaimed. Air conditioning from the 80's was barely working. Food absolutely terrible, we were lucky to pick breakfast only. The cherry on top was paid baggage weight at the end

First day here paid a lot for all inclusive hardly any drinks are available for us on package. This morning breakfast. Potatoes under cooked. Not only that now family of 8 with kids refusing CASH it's not on at all. So we are in the middle of nowhere and can't even buy some crisps for children not even any sun scream on booking it SHOULD state about limited all inclusive drinks and also should state that CASH ONLY in hotel
I will be taking this further when back booked family of 8 rooms away from each other kids crying with sea water in pools. States family hotel no music on or anything kids bored
