Loved our short stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Spent a day at the spa, great services and staff. The rooms are well furnished, super comfortable beds. Highly recommend! Wish we had better weather while we visited, would've loved to enjoy the hikes around the area, maybe next time!

We stayed at Cascade Wellness Resort during our recent trip to Lagos and we absolutely loved everything about our stay. From the moment we checked in we immediately felt at home. Everyone from the team was so lovely and always ready to help with anything we might need. We had a double room with a gorgeous view from the balcony to the pool and the ocean which was lovely to wake up to every morning 😍 Since we had half-board included we enjoyed every dinner at Gastropub and the food was simply delicious. They had a different menu every day with several options to choose from and always with a vegetarian/vegan option which is a big plus in our opinion. The buffet breakfast was equally delicious and they provide such an incredible variety of options to choose from. We loved everything about our stay and we will definitely return one day 🙏🏼

This Resort is a really wonderful Hideaway. We had a Pool View Apartment. It was calm and the way to the sea was beautiful. The Service was professional, the Chef of the Reception was really kind. We had a parking place in Front of the apartment. The Spa is nice. It could be bigger. We will come again.

The service was exceptional the moment we arrived to checkout. The breakfast was spot on with lots of varieties, everything was available for the picky eaters and the vegans. Pool area was well kept with plenty of lounge chairs. The highlights are of course the ocean and cliffs directly behind to resorts for morning walk and jog on a well paved trails. We saw endless stars at night. Staffs helpful and friendly, we asked them to book our dinner in Lisbon and tickets to Pena Palace in Sintra and both time there were happy to assist and provide suggestions. A big thank you to everyone at Cascade for a pampered few days.
