Just returned home after 7 nights here and we had a fantastic holiday.
The room initially felt small but actually worked really well for us. We had a room to the side of the hotel and loved the quiet aspect of sitting in the balcony with both a mountain and sea view. Only slight issue was as a family of 4 we only had 3 beds however the 2 main beds were large and pushed together accommodated 3 ish us comfortably.
The food was great - always fresh and plenty choice. Very similar options each day but we liked what we had. Wouldn’t recommend the burgers at the snack bar as they were quite often cold or raw.
The pool and entertainment team were they highlight - we loved the chickens roaming around and parrots flying overhead. Danny was fantastic and made everyone feel welcome.
Location is a 20 minute walk from the centre which is a bit of a trek due to the hills but absolutely beautiful setting. Taxi was usually around €6 and there is a free bus direct from the hotel a few times a day.
There were 2 bars but we only ever saw the poolside one open which did make it a long process getting drinks. The pool tables are great but felt €2 a game was a bit expensive.
If you go expecting luxury this isn’t the place for you but with realistic expectations you can have a fantastic holiday.
Despite the few downsides we will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend the hotel and area.

If you are looking for a not child friendly and no sleep holiday this is the place to be. The bar closes at 11 but guests are shouting and partying till a minimum of 2am to only be woken up again at 5/6am by the same guests shouting at each other inappropriately in the corridors. The same group of people were throwing up and constantly smoking but staff did not care. Piles of fags were left by the sunbeds. This mess was not cleaned up despite informing reception and the entertainers (apart from Danny) being around at the same time. We had constantly complained to reception but the best they could do was ask us to wait till security arrived at 9pm.
No sleep all week.
Food was average, rooms were clean.
Best thing about the hotel was the head entertainer (who we believe to be called danny, tall tanned man with circular glasses). He kept the kids and adults very happy and kept up a happy atmosphere when he was around. The hotel should be grateful to have him. He needs a pay rise or to move to a different hotel as this one is not a 4 star, 2 stars at best.

yes the rooms are a little dated, and there was always a queue at the bar. But the hotel offered good value for money, with a hard working entertainment team & staff.
The location was in the hill's
and I loved waking up to the view of the volcano and rural landscape. The food was varied and had a theme in the evening (sushi, Italian, Chinese) and there where activities throughout the day to join in with (or not if you didn’t want to) which kept my niece entertained with shuffleboard, archery, Boules with an amazing entertainment Team ( special shout out to Danny who was always enthusiastic and smiling!). Overall for a school summer hols vacation the hotel was ideal.

This is a hard review to write. I had a nice holiday, but I would say it was despite the hotel, not because of it.
To summarise, I would say the hotel does not even attempt to meet the expectations its adverts present. This hotel falls short of its advertised 4-star standard, resembling a budget 3-star at best. Guests may encounter poor food, unhelpful staff, frequent maintenance problems, and inadequate facilities. The overall experience is marred by safety concerns, broken amenities, and a lack of professionalism among some staff members. While the activity team offers some entertainment, the hotel's service quality and condition do not justify returning or recommending the property. Guests should be prepared for disappointing standards and limited security or comfort during their stay. There is a clear priority of profit over performance, and I won’t be returning. I may even avoid the brand altogether.
Before you book, please be aware of the following:
1. This is not 4*, at best a 3*. Perhaps it once was, but not anymore.
2. The food is among the worst I have had at an all-inclusive, and the variety is poor, with little to no vegetables. My kids survived on chips, pasta, pancakes, and ice cream and I couldn’t argue with their choices.
3. All the bars have one, occasionally two staff members, and there are frequent long, slow-moving queues. There is cocktail of the day, all others are extra. The lack of staff also leads to a messy bar area as staff don’t have time to clean.
4. You will need to leave a deposit for a cup if you want a drink poolside. This is a great idea as it saves staff from collecting cups, but I doubt the savings are passed on to residents!
5. There is a really run-down feel to the place, where the response seems to be to close off or put cones on the damaged areas.
6. After 7 days, I don’t think I have sat on a ‘good’ sunbed.
7. Oh, and just in: they don’t have a courtesy room. I can’t wait for my 2200 flight! – they will offer late checkout at a cost!
8. You can’t get ice cream by the pool but the bar does sell branded ice creams and ice lollys.
9. Renting equipment for the sports facilities is a bit of a hassle.
10. The spa costs an additional €24 per person per day.
11. 50% of patio furniture is broken or breaking; one person had a chair collapse last night, and not a single staff member went to check if he was okay or helped him find another chair.

Where to begin... as I had stated on trust pilot, LoveHolidays had signed us up for this absolute scam of a hotel. Do NOT believe those photos!
The rooms are dated, and both rooms we have booked have health and safety concerns. My parents door will not "slam" shut, being both a security and fire hazard, whereas mine and my sister's room has exposed wiring from the broken air con and a lock that doesn't work on our balcony terrace. The balcony to my parents room feels unstable, and there is a hole in the wall above the bed I sleep in. When that other reviewer had stated that the fan was like something out of Final Destination they were not joking!
When we tried figuring out what was going on with the front desk, they were nothing but rude, and very unhelpful.
The food is also horrendous. As someone with dietary concerns, this place doesn't seem the greatest in terms of accommodation, and the breakfast is a sad excuse for a meal. It is cold and slimy, with everything having an "off" feeling.
Can't believe we left our dog for this, who, by the way, is staying in better accommodation than us! Avoid this place at all costs.
