We highly recommend this hotel. The food is delicious, everything is fresh and varied. The view from the top of the hotel is amazing, the pool is amazing, clean, and the jacuzzi is amazing. The best part is the park with classical music. You can grab a drink from the bar and enjoy this place, like in paradise in the botanical garden. The manager is very nice, positive, open-minded, and there are great shows in the evenings. We will definitely be back.🤩🌵🌴🫶🥂❤️ We love this place 😍❤️missing

I've had the best time. Me and my friend have stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms are clean, the food is good but the staff are amazing. They are so friendly, helpful. Helena, the entertainer, was fantastic. Roberto, who worked the bar, was just lovely. We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel could easily be excellent, but it's a shame that it lets itself down in very simple ways.
Most of the staff are very good - friendly and helpful. The chef and restaurant manager were particularly accommodating. However, the male staff in the restaurant were not at all helpful and they left me feeling like I was being a nuisance by raising some questions regarding dietary requirements. Similarly, bar staff were generally very pleasant. However, one in particular was clearly jaded by having to tell foreign guests that they could not get inclusive drinks from the upstairs bar. It's not our fault for not knowing. Maybe a clear sign would mean she doesn't have to repeat herself over the course of the evening and would therefore drop the attitude.
The entertainment staff were fantastic with the kids. However, the arcade games need servicing and frequently ate coins.
The pool was freezing and unusable. I'd rather pay an extra 10-15 euros a night and have a pool that's properly heated. The snacks poolside were left to go stale and the chickens are a pain. The gym is small, but quite well equipped.
The bus service into town is a nice touch.
I wouldn't stay again, but it wasn't bad.

Lovely hotel, very happy with what we got for the price. The food was delicious, though not the biggest choice, so if youre a fussy eater you may struggle. The animation team were great fun, we were very impressed with the free activities offered (archery and shooting being our favourite). The only negatives would be our bathroom had an interesting smell coming from it all week, even after being cleaned, the walls are very thin, so if youre a light sleeper you may struggle. Also they don't really give you any information when you check in, but thankfully id read lots of reviews before going so knew roughly what was going on and where. All the staff were super lovely, definitely a great price for the stay.

This hotel feels like it operates on one guiding principle: provide as little as possible while charging guests a premium. The result is an experience that feels far less like a four-star holiday and far more like an endurance test.
The building is tired, soulless, and clearly neglected. Empty, abandoned structures are dotted around the hotel, appearing to be former water features that were never maintained. A huge portion of the outdoor space was inexplicably fenced off, making the grounds feel much smaller than advertised. The photos used to sell this hotel are extremely misleading. There are only two lifts for the entire building, both painfully slow and permanently queued so expect long waits or frequent stair use.
Relaxation is completely out of the question. The walls are paper-thin, meaning you hear everything: corridor noise, doors slamming, constant shouting, and chaos from neighbouring rooms. Children were left to run amok knocking on doors and screaming, and at 11pm we could clearly hear a man shouting and swearing at his children as if he were standing in our room. Loud, aggressive guests were never challenged or removed, which at times made the environment feel genuinely unsafe.
Cleanliness and hygiene are a serious concern. On multiple occasions, vomit was left festering in the sinks of the main reception bathrooms even after staff were informed. Toilets appeared to be cleaned once a day at best and were already heavily soiled by early afternoon. To top it off, while standing on the steps at the front of the building, a rat ran across my partner’s foot.
The room itself was another disappointment. The air conditioning did not work and looks like it hasn’t functioned properly since the 1980s, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. There was only one bedside table, while the socket was on the opposite side of the bed, meaning phones and devices had to be charged on the floor. We paid for a superior double room but were placed in a twin and told the “superior” aspect referred only to the view, it felt very misleading.
Food quality was extremely poor, with very limited choice. The so-called “all inclusive” offering is a joke. There are no kettles in the rooms, so making tea or coffee isn’t possible. Instead, guests must queue for drink machines that dispense a watery, frothy substitute for coffee: assuming they’re even switched on. Oftentimes, the machines were turned off before breakfast had even finished.
Drinks are another constant frustration. Drinks are only provided in flimsy plastic cups, water is only available on the bottom floor, and the main bar was practically always closed despite listed opening hours. And despite being sold as all inclusive, you are constantly expected to pay extra. Decent-tasting drinks cost more, so forget enjoying even a single proper cocktail.
Facilities are equally poor. You have to pay to use the spa, pool tables, arcade machines, and more. The outdoor swimming pool is uncomfortably cold, the poolside is filthy. Guests would constantly leave litter behind and although we loved the chickens, they left excrement all over the place.
Staff were generally unhelpful and aloof, with only a few exceptions. The overall impression is of a badly run hotel with low morale. (Frankly I can’t blame them.)
Most frustrating of all is the price. We paid a significant amount via Love Holidays and feel completely ripped off. We’ve had far superior all-inclusive experiences for much less. This is categorically not a four-star hotel by any reasonable standard, and we will be formally complaining.
If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, safety, honesty, or even basic functionality, look elsewhere. This hotel will happily take your money and demonstrate what disappointment looks like in physical form. We are baffled there are so many positive reviews and I suggest reading the negatives before staying here.
