Staff really friendly and very attentive. Cleaners made sure everything in our apartment was tidy. Yes rooms basic but was somewhere to relax on a night and get our heads down. Had no problems at this hotel at all. We were at the back near the tennis court really quiet and relaxing very little disturbance would definitely stay here again! So will definitely be back!

Just back and I really liked it here. It has both positive & negative aspects. Its location is perfect, supermarkets, lidl, restaurants, shopping centre, main night strip all within a ten minutes walk. Fantastic beach 15 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only negative is the pool is to cold and rooms need a make-over but there only small things. I would definitely return.

We stayed here for 11 nights. The staff are really nice. Regularly cleaned with your bed made & fresh sheets & Towels. Cheap bar food available. Tennis court. Table tennis & pool table. 15 mins walk to the harbour or Strip. The apartment's are looking dated although they are clean. Could do with an update. The pool area is really nice. Some of the Sun beds are not the best. This time of the year there are plenty to go around. Would we come back?? Yes.. bargain basement Holiday that is do- able. Nice chilled out holiday👍

The staff here work very hard and will go out of there way for your needs, the barman is over worked and is working the bar as well as the restaurant downstairs and round the pool. It took 15 minutes to get served at the bar due to no one about to serve, I had to go to reception for them to find the barman. The cleaners also hard working. The rooms are basic but perfectly acceptable but could do with a lick of paint in places to freshen up. Lots of cats roaming around the complex and cat poo in the gardens so wear your footwear. Tennis court turns into a playground for all the kids and some adults so forget about having a game of tennis. *HOWEVER *.......the reason I have given 2 stars is down to the pathetic guests that stay here, between 6am and 7.30 am it's like wacky races when holiday makers bolt to the pool to get there sun lounger, then go back to there rooms or back to bed. One guy went down with 9 towels to claim sun loungers and was not seen at the pool until late afternoon....get a life man !!! This morning ritual should be BANNED ! not once did we get a bed by the pool and we are early risers and did not even get to dip my toe in the pool so we spent the whole holiday outside the complex. I have posted a picture of the pool area at 9.25am where all the beds are taken with towels. I would NEVER return to this complex, in fact I've booked across the road for November as so disappointed with my stay here.

The location was useful for self catering being next to a Lidl and other smaller supermarkets. Also close to major bus routes for day trips out. A ten minute or so walk into the old town and harbour similar down to the main beach and strip. Staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms are basic but what you normally find on self catering package tours. Electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and some pots and pans. Rooms were cleaned regularly and sheets changed but we found two cockroaches in the room. We were told this is usual for Lanzarote but assured not usual for the hotel. Lots of stray cats in the area but they were well behaved. Other guests were a problem with a group of nice young boys next to us making noise and having a good fight leading to our terrace area being covered in their pasta. When reception were informed they had a word and were quieter. People above us spent their time throwing their cigarettes off their balcony into the garden below where they remained for the duration of our stay. Swimming pool was nice with separate area for young kids and a jacuzzi. The pool was cold for our young kids but didn't seem to bother other people. Despite being told not to reserve sun beds people did meaning that if you didn't get up early you didn't get one. There is a kid's play area which sadly has not been maintained, bolts missing from swings, graffiti and rubbish around. An area for smaller children exists but consisted of two small wobbly activities and that was it. Overall a pleasant stay but let down by lack of upkeep and renovation.
