Amazing hotel, very clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly. Food was gorgeous. Amazing range of drinks and food. Little supermarket opposite. Lovely views from the front and back. Both pools were lovely even though we mainly used the smaller one. Plenty of sunbeds. Glass of sparkling wine as you check in. Romantic piano bar. Room service if you want. Plenty of room for clothes. Haven't stopped talking about how nice it all was and can't wait to come back. Also security at the entrance and all other entrances had to be used by the room key.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Arona Gran Hotel!
My friends and I had the most amazing time at Arona Gran Hotel in Tenerife. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with breath-taking views that made every morning special.
The service was top-notch, staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from (we only had breakfast included). We especially enjoyed the variety and quality at the buffet!
The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the seaside, and really close to great restaurants, bars, and local amenities. It made exploring and enjoying the area so easy.
The pool area was a dream, perfect for relaxing under the sun.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Tenerife. We will definitely be coming back!
Special big thanks to Amanda for making our stay even more memorable!

Fabulous hotel. Wanted sunshine, quiet and rest and it didn't disappoint. Very much a 5 star hotel. We were here off season so a much older crowd - 60 plus (99% of whom had been multiple times) but got younger as the week progressed. Suited us fine tho. Buffet is superb and we took the option to upgrade to A La Carte on Friday. Food was stunning and service exceptional. Only complaint was lack of sunshine on our balcony (but kept room cool) and aqua gym was aimed at older holiday makers 😄. Overall, LOVED!

We stayed in a private apartment (which was lovely). Our only issue was the swimming pool area, the life guard who sat at a table was very demanding and would only allow 2 sunbeds even though there were 3 of us. He happily allowed a Spanish family to hog sunbeds. Generally it wasn't busy around the pool and other sunbeds sat vacant. The location of the hotel is perfect! Very close to local amenities and the beach.

Nice open lobby hotel interior with hanging plants. This is quiet large hotel for decent older crowd. Not party people or families with young children. Its location is at end of bay Vistas & Americas away from all the shops and bars. These are all within easy walking distance. Big advantage is the quiet; no street noises, rowdy people or traffic noise.
