The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful we were Bed & Breakfast. Plenty and good quality food offered at breakfast, it just seemed to be a challenge to keep all guests happy from 09.30 - 10.30 with seating area full and tables not being cleared after guests finishing; 1 or 2 extra staff would help here. The hotel advertises at 4* but the rooms look tired and require some attention. Our room had rust running around and down the bath with an over abundance of sealant trying to fix the leak. The Aircon rattled and was noisy which means you cannot run at night. The apartment was very clean and the cleaning was excellent throughout our stay, thank you. Entertainment staff work very hard to keep guests entertained, entertainment was put on in the afternoon and every night. Location for us was great, positioned high at top of resort about a mile down to the beach area. Easy walk down more challenging up which worked for us. The hotel does offer free transport down to the beach and the local town throughout the day. In summary, the staff at the coal face are working extremely hard with a friendly attitude to keep all the customers happy, the corporate owners need to invest with room maintenance/upgrades and employ extra staff to support their own staff and give customers an improved experience at meal times. Would use again but only at off peak times.

staff were friendly and pleasant but I felt we were not equipped with knowing what goes on and when and where. No real details were give. Lady on the spa desk wasn't particularly friendly. Overall the apartments were really very nice with a beautiful view. Clean and spacious.

On the hill like everybody writes but perfect for people who want a nice hotel while being active. Daily bus takes you to beach which by foot is like 20 minutes. Multiple pools. Personally I would pay extra for sea view, depends what You need. Multiple restaurants nearby. We liked Taurus the most, do book a table beforehand since they can get full some nights.

Lovely atmosfeer. Lot's of enterraiment, we appreciated the effort that was made. We did half board and loved being able to eat what each one wanted. Big variety. Friendly service, quick to clear the tables. Loved the bus service to the beach.

Upon arrival to our Hotel the surroundings and reception initially appeared nice and in good condition and very welcoming, the check in was quick and efficient and the lady was friendly, however once we arrived to our apartment (when we had finally found it) we were very disappointed, the standard of cleanliness was extremely poor for example the exterior of the fridge was very grimy looking and there was mould and chipped paint on the bathroom ceiling, with no tea and coffee facilities as described, the curtains were filthy and there was lots of muck in the entrance way, the furniture was very grubby and uncomfortable particularly the sofa bed and dining room chairs. As well as all of this there was so much noise coming from next door, raised voices and banging and slamming of doors (bearing in mind it was then 10pm at night and the lady on reception had said that we were in the quiet area). We went straight to reception to try and resolve our issues of the cleanliness and noise and requested to move however we were told as the Hotel was 100% booked for that night and the following there was nothing that could be done until the Sunday so we went back to our apartment and persisted as best as we could and hoped that Her note on the system would be dealt with. The noise was awful all night and carried on until at least 3.30am, resulting in a terrible and non relaxing first sleep. The following morning after a breakfast we were horrified to discover a giant cockroach in the bathroom as well as a broken door frame and chipped tiles on the terrace (which again we expected to be “private” as described but certainly was not and with only 2 sun beds when the room was to suppose to cater for 4 people). After contacting our booking agency we had 2 extremely unfriendly non speaking English cleaners enter out apartment with cockroach spray (which was then left on the side in the kitchen), which we found very intimidating and not reassuring at all. Also as stated on the website we expected “daily housekeeping” however once at the Hotel we were informed our room clean would be Sunday only (every 4 days) which we found extremely poor. We then asked again at reception to see if we were going to be moving rooms as the noise disruption continued, however we were then told the following night was fully booked too and so we continued to live from our suitcases as we didn’t feel comfortable unpacking any of our belongings and couldn’t relax in our apartment at all. It was very disappointing to learn that the pools (again as described) were not “heated” and were actually freezing (however neither life guard could tell us the temperature) which for me meant I was unable go swimming as I suffer from certain health conditions and the reason we picked this Hotel mainly was for the heated pools which we could enjoy as a family, when we tried to raise this issue at reception we were told they are not heated but acclimatised which are 2 very different things which we found to be very misleading. Asides from these issues the Gym was very enjoyable and the Hotel was in a very nice location with beautiful views and included a free shuttle bus to and from the beach for Hotel guests, which we found very handy as the hills were really steep. Although we did come into contact with a few really lovely and pleasant Hotel Staff the majority we found to be extremely rude, and unfriendly and unfortunately as a result we would not return to the Hollywood Mirage or could recommend to anyone else.

Good place to stay. Lovely pool and lounge chairs. But there was little ventilation in the room, therefore at night it wasn’t easy to cool the apartment. Also, quite dusty when we arrived, despite a cleaning person doing a daily round. Almost daily got clean towels and sheets. Kitchen good enough, but some utensils (like wooden spoon for cooking) missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Walking distance (15 min)to the town and beach. Always easy to park our rental car out front (for free).

Great location for self catering as so many good carry out places and restaurants nearby. Room is a good size with nice bedroom and bathroom plus balcony. Laundry facilities if needed which are inexpensive and pool with bar and restaurant if required. Very clean throughout and rooms cleaned daily but at weekends mainly bins emptied and general tidy up. Very hard working pleasant staff that are friendly and helpful. Love the area so will definitely come back in future.

The room is very dated. The towels seem even older and have long since stopped being white! There are tiny bugs in the bathroom and kitchen, and we've had to throw food away. There is building work next door which I realise is beyond their control, however I feel some consideration should be made for being woken by the skips being changed every morning at around 7.30! Jet2 should also make you aware before you book. The location of the hotel is further out than I expected, and the discussion around is it on a hill or not on the review sites is valid. As yes it's up a fairly taxing incline, but there are steeper nearby. There are supermarkets and eating places nearby.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly. Nice and clean. Will the entertainer was great. Would go back for a winter break. Plenty of bars/restaurants and supermarket near by. Their Web site is misleading. It says if you join the Coral Happiness Club you will get a discount and water and late check out. It's a con. It's only when you book through the hotel directly apparently and not through a 3rd party like Jet 2. No aircon just ceiling fans.

Was worried by reading some previous reviews but I needn't have. The apartments were very spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Rooms were cleaned 5 days out of the 7 stayed and bedding was changed mid way through holiday. Cleaning staff were amazing and days rooms weren't cleaned the bins were emptied. Always plenty of clean towels provided. Pool was great albeit a bit cold to begin with and cleaned ever day, food and drinks in pool bar were faultless and reasonably priced. All staff here were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. No air con here but did have fans on ceiling in bedroom and sitting room, we found it sufficient but could be uncomfortable in summer, we stayed beginning November. Walk to the beech and main strip was around 20 mins down hill but wasn't too steep. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first time here. We stayed in a penthouse apartment with friends which was brilliant. Lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for 2 euros a day. Very quiet location A short walk to the prom and a good spanish supermarket, all on the level. About 10 minutes level walk to the town centre

Nice big rooms, beautiful pool, great location. Breakfast nice, restaurant food otherwise average. Noise from the hallways is easily heard to the rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Would definitely visit again! Restaurants nearby and nice hiking paths.

We had a great stay with the best access to sunset view and walking availability. The room has all what you need for your comfortable holiday, including washing machine, stovetop, oven, fridge etc. You have to try this apartment, to get full relaxation like at home.

If you need an invoice, I would strongly suggest you not stay here. The invoice provided didn’t mention anything about the accommodation nor the duration date, which made it impossible to reimburse. When I asked if they could simply add the details, the receptionist said “this is what we provided for years without any issue”. Sure honey, the European regulation doesn’t mean anything to you and neither do customer feedbacks. Good location, but the room is not really noise-free. In the morning you can hear some loud noise through the window.

This was our 5th stay at Paloma Beach. The last 3 visits we stayed in the Penthouse Plus apartments . These are worth every cent The comfort, space, views, amenities. The location is great giving easy access to beaches , bars and restaurants. Plenty poolside sunbeds available but if you want there are 2 sunbeds on the balcony of Penthouse apartments giving you more privacy to sunbathe all day long. The Poolside Bar is excellant serving food and drinks all day long.

We've been to Tenerife many times but never to this hotel. After reading some of the reviews, I was apprehensive. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, my apprehension disappeared. Great location, clean rooms, the staff were very helpful. We were self-catering, so I can't comment on the restaurant. There's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and you're spoilt for choice. We stayed in room.306, the beds were comfortable, and the room was adequate for our stay. The rooms aren't cleaned on a Wednesday or Thursday, but the bins are emptied daily. The pool area is cleaned every morning, and it is entertaining watching people congregate waiting for the beds to be unchained at 10.00am. There really isn't any need as there's enough beds for everyone. Check out is midday, but there are shower and luggage rooms you can use. We'd certainly visit Aguamar again. Thank you for a pleasant stay 😎

Came here in September for a weeks holiday. Had a lovely time and was quiet compared to other hotels. We went for the half board option and food was okay. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, however its quite a nice walk going through a small park alongside the SOL hotel. Access to Taxi's are very good too, the helpful Lady behind the desk requested a Taxi for me and within 2 minutes it was at the front of the hotel.

I was staying here over Christmas and If you are staying in room 101 be very careful as someone got into my room through the balcony as its got a vent you can climb up at the side and the balcony door looked like it'd been ripped open but they took my suitcase and passport so I spent most of my holiday trying to get an emergency passport and had no clothes. Just warning people so it doesn't happen to anyone else the apartments moved me up a floor to a new room and that's all I got from them. Don't think I'd stay there again after the experience.

Just back from a most enjoyable week in Aguamar, Los Cristianos. I cannot say enough about the place. Great location, cheerful and helpful staff, wonderful pool area and a very well maintained and clean property. I would highly recommend it for families!

Just came back from 10 days stay. If you go in with your eyes open it's a really great experience. Yes there isn't air conditioning and only ceiling fans in the rooms but knowing this going in meant we were fine with this. Every interaction I had with the receptionists were fantastic: extremely friendly and happy to help. Every staff member I met was friendly and said hello. The pool and poolside were clean (again we knew about the sunbeds being put out and taken back in at a set time so we were fine with this.) Our apartment was clean and had a great view. Thank you for a great holiday.

Great Hotel! Short transfer from the airport. Very friendly, welcoming staff, rooms cleaned every day to a high standard and they are very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free safe in the room, free wifi, pool towels, use of a gym, laundry room (you can buy a single washing tablet for €1 to save buying a whole packet). Great location for bars, restaurants and the beach, the walk back is slightly uphill, but nothing major. The roof top pool is lovely (great views) but you have to be up there early to get a sunbed. The roof top bar is a great place to have some cocktails in the happy hour (2-3pm). Will definitely go back one day.

PERFECT HOLIDAY Currently staying here for our 2nd time and we’ve booked the same place again for next year too. All the staff here are really nice and welcoming, the rooftop terrace bar serves great food and cocktails. For us it’s perfectly located with a short walk to some decent restaurant’s and bars (but never has it been noisy) it’s only a 5-10min walk to the beach too, and there’s a 24hr convenience store open to the far side of the building. Very clean and always tidy, I always see staff cleaning and it shows, the cleanliness here is immaculate. The pool area is always neat and tidy with a friendly lifeguard, my young daughter spends as much time as she can in the pool. I’d recommend this hotel 100% to anyone wanting a nice peaceful stay with a great rooftop pool with views and plenty of things to do around locally.

Good location for local amenities, though it has an incline returning from the beach area. The main building, rooftop bar area, and swimming pool are all accessible via the lifts. The rooftop bar is great with excellent staff, good food, and a variety of beverages. We stayed in a studio that provided everything we needed. (Free safe). Great customer service! See you next year!

Stayed here for a week and first impressions were a bit disappointing. Pool area very small and not many sunbeds. Room okay, but not great, with just a view of adjacent apartments from the balcony. However, as it turned out, the room was perfectly okay. We never had a problem getting a sunbed by the pool (although it doesn't open until 10:00) and if you want to sunbath earlier, the rooftop solarium was available. There is a bar that does some limited food, drinks, including cocktails, and ice creams. There is also a happy hour every afternoon 2 - 3pm I think it was. There is a gym, which is much better than I expected. Quite a bit of decent equipment, including barbells up to 22.5kg and bench press capability of 100kg and more. The balcony turned out to be roomy enough for breakfast each morning and great for some afternoon sun. Staff were all fine, rooms serviced 6 days a week. The location means a shortish walk to the beach, the market (Tuesday and Sunday) and a good choice of bars and restaurants.

Stayed here between 24th and 31st March, room 215, we generally had a great time, the hotel staff were great, the room was a little dated but clean and was cleaned daily, was good to have a balcony but looked straight across to the apartments opposite so don't expect a sea view, unfortunately there was sometimes a smell of weed in and around the hotel (generally in Los Christianos as well). Pool great ,with great views.

Stayed here a week. Won't be back! Good luck trying to get a sunbed. They are locked up until 9am and people even putting belongings out where they want to place their sunbed before they are unlocked. On last day tried my luck for one. Went down at 9.10 and nothing. There is a sign stating do not reserve sunbeds yet all had towels on but not one person!! What's the point of having that sign up. If i owned one of these apartments, I'd be fuming. If you want an early morning swim you're out of luck too as the cleaner is doing the pool until 9am. Im up early and would have loved a dip in the pool around 7am. Same with an early evening swim. Everything locked up again by 6pm. I myself like to sit around pool until about 7pm. There's no chance here. Didn't use what facilities were here as i was so annoyed with the sunbed and pool situation.

Stayed in Tenerife Sur building. Paid extra for pool view but ground floor in that block is below the pool level and shaded all the time. Nice and clean though towels were not replaced from us arriving on Wednesday til we asked for a change on the Saturday. We were on half board with our package and dinner was very limited with about 6 hot dishes over meat, veg and chips. A La Carte menu being enjoyed by others appeared to be far better quality food. Pool area OK with usual sunbed wars but the majority of the sunbeds could do with being replaced as they sagged an awful lot. Bar area and entertainment pleasant in the evenings if there was seating available.

Excellent location and very helpful friendly staff. We had apt 48 with nice balcony, all day sun and sea views. Two nice size pools with one being heated, on complex bar, shop and and restaurant A little dated but clean and tidy. Beach 10 minute walk away and town centre of Lis Cristianos 3-4 minutes walk. Surrounded by a great choice of bars and eateries. Would stay again

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. the appartment facilities were terrible. Shabby furniture, internet hit and miss, My experience while I was there include - kettle fell apart, had to request a microwave, the 1st one didn't work the 2nd one only worked on 30 seconds a time. Light bulbs not working. Had to request a rubber bathmat as bath was so worn it was slippy. Electrics all went down so had to have maintenance in to fix. The fridge door fell off. Didn't manage to get a sunbed for 3 weeks into the 6 weeks I was there. When I requested to move appartments , was told I would have to pay 400 euros ( this holiday cost £5,000 for the 6 weeks we were there. On the plus side the cleaners were very good and the bed were at least clean. The rep. Emmerline was very helpful, but there were lots of complains to her from guests.

Me and my husband stayed here in October 2023 just gone. Had an amazing stay people and staff was very friendly. See cleaners everday cleaning pool and apartments (couldn't fault them). Had a great stay been a few times before and looking forward to book again. If I had to niggle a minor issue I would say would of been great for a bit of music at the pools and bit of live entertainment, but this didn't stop us as we went over the road to the HG cristian sur as they had live music on! Overall brilliant week away 😀

Cheep and cheerful. 3 nights at £87 upgraded to all inclusive for extra £28 a night Rooms are plain and clean. Bathroom has selection of sanitation towels act, shampoos, razors even cotton buds you’d think we were in a 5* establishment. Restaurant has variety of different foods catering for all. The food was really good packed with taste and flavour. Can’t fault the bars at all. You ask and you’ll get! Self service soft drinks and beers you only need to ask for spirits, cocktails at the bar. Pool was warm enough for time of year and plenty of sun beds available. The entertainment is a downfall tho. Altho considering the price we’ve paid it’s to be expected something wouldn’t be as good. Not to worry tho had beach with entertainment bars is a 5 minute walk.

Worst hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Reception staff were not helpful and verging on rude at times but the staff in the resturant were great. Rooms were really dated and warm. No AC, just a fan in the ceiling that went at one speed (slow) as the adjuster chain was missing and no fridge. Hot food was poor, on one occasion raw in the middle. The choice of salads was very good.

Quite possibly the worst Hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. Booked a cheeky week away for some Winter Sun - I know it is 3 Star, but was not prepared for the smelly room (of drains constantly) - complained to reception 3 times, they said they were "full" - which they obviously were not due to the scant amount of guests knocking around. Beds were ancient with mattresses with springs sticking through. Rooms were very "1970" style. Bath (with shower) was almost impossible to enter unless you were an Olympic athlete, and they were informed upfront that my partner had walking disabilities. Food. Barely warm, bland - not great - but to be fair not terrible. Pool area - quite nice, could benefit with cushions on seats though. All Inclusive, was OK to be fair, although the inside Hotel Bar was like an arcade for kids - the Pool Bar closed prompt at 6PM (even though a sign stated 24:00 hours) Location - great !!! It was easy to walk into town to get some better food. I have been completely honest with my review here, and would never stay here again. Spend a bit more folks and get a better hotel. Thought I was getting a decent deal with the All Inclusive package, and although I enjoyed the beer and wine (too much) - I would never set foot in this hole again..

The hotel is in a great location and was easy to move around the hotel being less mobile. There was a kettle in the room. When i booked the hotel through the travel agent we were told we would get a kitchenette room but when we arrived at thee hotel they said a basic room was booked. The breakfast was good with a range of fresh fruit and dishes. As vegetarians who eat no egg or fish though it was a bit groundhog with the beans and toast. The rooms are big but are very very outdated. the blankets were all falling apart and made my mum itch. The bathroom was dark and very old looking. Overall the hotel looks amazing on the outside and the reception, pool and dining areas were amazing. The rooms let the hotel down as they are date dated with the artex and old smelling blankets. I would recommend this hotel as it does live up to the 3* standard.

Hello. Your staff are really nice. The receptionist welcomed us and gave us a seat in the lounge with a complimentary drink on our arrival while she sorted out the paperwork which made us feel relaxed and on holiday. The hotel is traditional with lots of nice high quality furnishings and a beautiful stained glass atrium. Everything is spotlessly clean. The breakfast room is situated on the fourth floor and has a great view out over the bay and harbour, it has a glass ceiling which makes it a bright and pleasant place to be. Your staff are courteous and attentive and do a very good job. We witnessed your room cleaner who was called (Norellis) I am not sure how to spell her name do an excellent job of cleaning the room and with great attention to detail with making the beds look great. The location of the hotel was great. It is located at the top of what we would describe as the main street of Los Christianos which is very close to the shops, restaurants and amenities. Directly opposite is a large church which looks great and is nice to hear its bell being struck indicating the time of day. we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This was our second stay in a fairly short period and it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and efficient. We loved our room which was comfortable and kept beautifully clean. The breakfast staff were lovely especially Mrs. Li who is delightful and also gave great service around the pool area. Cant wait to come back . Thank you for a really special holiday.

Our first experience at LABRANDA Reveron Plaza hotel was an 11-day stay in a room for 2 people. Lots of good but unfortunately also bad experiences with the hotel. The check-in was successful, despite the late check-in time The staff at the hotel was really friendly, both at the reception, cleaning and in the breakfast room, especially Mrs. Le at breakfast absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was quite simple but completely sufficient, in addition, the breakfast includes eggs or fruit, which are ordered separately. The breakfast room on the 4th floor of the hotel was bright and had a good view of the sea. Nice swimming pool area on the roof of the hotel, although the birds were annoying when they went to drink and wash in the pool. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The room was small, but there was room for clothes and things, the lighting and toilet were also good, and the balcony was really good for spending time. There were black dirt marks on the floor of the room that the cleaner couldn't remove, they left only mechanically scraping when tried with a spoon. The bad things only appeared when we had residents next door for a few days after. The conversations and voices in the room next door are really disturbingly clear, even so that I could completely understand what was being said from the conversations, in the bathroom it felt as if the neighbor was talk in the our room. The whole area's recycling center is along the street and the noise from it at night is loud. The noise from the neighboring room is the reason why we we will consider can we come again to this hotel.

A nice place to stay and chill out, not to far from the beach and very close to some very nice places to eat and you always get a workout when you walk home up the steep hill. The buffet breakfast is pretty decent, Cocktails are amazing and beds comfortable. Staff are helpful.

Where do I begin, well let me say this is all true and not fabricated. We arrived and cancelled same day and left the next day to check into a five star hotel for the same price, on the beach. The staff are rude, the facilities are not good, the rooms are not suitable for the climate. THIS IS NOT A SUITABLE PLACE FOR DISABLED, ELDERLY OR PEOPLE WITH CHILDREN.The property is on a steep hill WITHOUT any lift, buggy or assistance. We asked and got told we have to do it ourself there is no service for that and if we want that we should go to a hotel. The room has NO A/C, we asked for a fan but got told no maintenance staff or service staff are around after 5pm so we have to wait. The room shower was plumbed incorrectly so water pressure was an issue, it smelt like sewage and the toilets didn't have flush buttons so when flushed would continue to fill. We called front desk and were told WE needed to shut the valve on and off in order to use it each time. Place wasn't clean and had spiders. Has potential but needs a lot in terms of cleanliness, accessibility, good staff and suitable facilities for climate. lastly, to MARIA THE GENERAL MANAGER, who failed to turn up upon request or follow up with our request to speak to her...get some hospitality training for you and the entire staff at front desk.my recommendation...simply don't bother with this place unless you have no options.the location is the only thing going for it.

Fantastic service. I made a mistake with the booking dates and Ohasis, in particular the manager couldn't have done more to help us. Accommodated us in probably the busiest time of the year. Cannot fault the accommodation one bit. Slightly out of the way of the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to local bars etc. Would recommend!

Staff where friendly and helpful food for breakfast was fantastic, rooms are modern but has no air conditioning, please be aware you will be hit with a £100 euro deposit for room which no one tells you about until you arrive,not equipped for elderly people and on a hill so if you don't like walking not a good idea to stay

We loved the hotel. Very impressive atrium lobby. The rooms were well maintained. The pools were really nice, and cleaned most evenings as far as I could see. Plenty of sunbeds during our stay. A very well maintained hotel. The decorator was working his way around the corridors and the gardeners were working all the time. The food in the restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner. Food was kept warm in the main, with plenty of choice. Meat and fish cooked fresh every evening and the egg station was well used every morning, with omelettes made to order along with fried and poached eggs. We rarely eat in the hotel every evening but we did on this holiday. My only gripe would be they are slow to remove dirty plates from the table and seem to concentrate more on setting up for the next meal service. Perhaps they need more staff in the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and if we went back to Los Cristianos we would certainly stay here again.

The design of the lobby is amazing with an incredible amount of plants and the sound of the mini waterfall on the background! There are three pools on the ground level; one is relatively colder than others, one with salty warm water; another is with jacuzzi and different massage functions. They serve free champagne 🥂 during breakfast but you need to pay for the other alcoholic drinks during the day and dinner time. The variety of food in the open buffet was quite satisfying for us. We loved the food most during the gala night. The worst thing is the hotel doesn’t have a beach 🏝️ even though it’s right next to the sea 🌊 Other than that, everything was amazing! And, we definitely think about going there again 😇

Very nice experience and super start of the year in Arona Gran. Super buffet - high quality and diverse. Rooms are clean and quiet. No kids though and the average age in the hotel is rather high. Makes for a calm environment. Pools not crowded. Views from the terrace spectacular. The end of year gala dinner was of amazing quality and the show very good. We enjoyed it a lot.

Second stay here, using the UP facility. Booked through hotel and so had included taxi transfers! Our room overlooked the pool and sea from the sixth floor which was lovely. Room was looking a little dated, and we were disappointed to find a bath with overhead shower instead of a walk in cubicle. Food wasn't as good as previous visit. We found it lacking in variety and even had to pay for beer, wine and water which were included previously. We enjoyed our stay but probably won't return as we feel we can better value elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel the food was right up there with some of the five star hotels we have stayed in. The Up experience for those who have not tried it is a wonderful rooftop area with sunbeds a plenty and various infinity pools. All your drinks tea coffee and tapas and sweets throughout the day although this comes at an extra cost its well worth it. Go on treat yourself you wont regret it. Also a big shout to the staff who go above and beyond.

A heated pool. Nice restaurant with occasional entertainment. Good that there isn't loud pool music all day long. All rooms privately owned so will vary.

Great place to stay. Nice staff, great heated pool ( winter ). Went self catering room has all you need for a short stay. Great restaurant on site with other restaurants and bars within a short walk. It is at the back of Los Cristianos at the top of the hill. Just over 4 euros for a taxi down to the beach. A walk along the front with some great views and also a lot of very good restaurants to choose from. Average price for a meal for 2 with a couple of drinks is about 40 to 60 euros.

Rooms depend on the owner, some lovely, some tatty. Good location and pool but the walls and windows are so poorly insulated, noise is a problem. The corridors are brightly lit 24/7 so check any apartment offered had black out curtains.

We have been coming to Castle Harbour for about 12 years, we love it there. Pool is fantastic. Rooms are simple but do the job. Staff are always friendly. We love it.

Place is lovely, staff are wonderful and the food and drinks are great. We loved it here. The only thing is there’s no air con in any of the rooms, just fans. It was hot but we knew before hand! The hotel is up a hill, which was fine for us, we just walked down and got a taxi back up, however if you struggle with hills it’s worth thinking about. Overall we loved it!
