The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The facility is decent at the price point, and the offerings and food are excellent. If it were not for the following issue my review would easily be 5/5.
The bed is extremely firm, firmer than some carpeted floors I've laid on. The pillows are also many sleeps part their end of life and offer very poor support.
This has resulted in my neck and back being in crippling pain that's brought me to tears multiple times already; I do have a joint disorder but I've never had this kind of pain from hotel bedding before. I nearly passed out multiple times tonight from the pain of trying to move it stretch out and I'm going to need to buy a pillow and hopefully some other means of dealing with this pain.
I'm also going to alert the staff but this is the kind of issue that they aren't going to be able to fix easily; when pillows at a hotel aren't replaced frequently to keep them fit for use it's a management level cost saving measure and not a staff negligence issue. 4/4 of my room pillows are bad; there likely aren't any good pillows in the building with that rate of failure.

I spent just a night in the Hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. I booked this hotel for proximity to a meeting for the next day and arrived later in the evening.
There was a queue for checking-in but still it took less than 5 minutes to get my room key. The room looked nice, clean and spacious.
Since I had not eaten yet, I decided to go for a quick dinner at what looked like their bar. However, they did have a menu and eating tables, so I ordered some drinks and a Ravioli al a bolognese. I first got served some warm bread with olive oil (yummy), and then the ravioli. Delicious!
The staff was amazing as well. Very friendly, courteous and attentive. Everyone I exchanged with throughout my stay excelled at ther job.
Check-out was a breeze as well and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. And yes, it's not near any beach or the city but if you complain about this (as some have), I would recommend a course on how to read a map... It's near San Telmo park but not near Las Canteras beach and I knew that before I booked (because I CAN read maps)...

Stayed for a week in January with family.
We were not too pleased with the hotel. Bathrooms were worn out. One or two cockroaches and a cockroach egg in the bathrooms. When noticed, staff was not too understanding. They didn't offer any help but we had our rooms changed when asked. (Beware of the stinky smell in the bathroom, I think it was a sign of cockroaches. I saw a cockroach at the airport bathroom too - seem to be a bit of a problem there.) Otherwise the staff was friendly. Some of the room doors were not closing well. Air-conditioning in the rooms was not very effective.
Beds and pillows were good. Public areas in the hotel were modern, including the rooftop pool area. Breakfast was good, but the dining area was very crowded on the morning. For the rest of the week we chose local cafe's for breakfast instead. Location was good. Accessible public transport, we didn't use taxi's at all.

Stayed over for 3 nights and I must say very good . Staff is exceptionally friendly , welcoming and helpful , beds and mattresses are comfy and clean . Yes it’s not a brand new establishment but location is great and easy to access by car , with convenient parking in front (free on weekends) . Since they weren’t any I’ve attached pictures of the gym that by the way is a delight with those views. All in all I’ve enjoyed my stay .

Hotel is great, very convenient for public transportation. The entrance is on the side of the building, difficult to find if you are first time visitor and on foot. Better to take a cab. There are restaurants open nearby, but remember the opening times, some only open for breakfast and lunch, and some open for dinner but only after 8pm. Hotel room is showing wear and tear, and some noise from the seaside road, which is a major trunk road to connect Santa Catalina to the south and airport. But terminal nearby can take you everywhere. Overall a great choice if you don't want stay in the resorts or Santa Catalina area. That being said, it is more suitable for shorter stay, for longer stay you need to find some entertainment. After all the TV choice in the room is not great for English speaker or sports fans.
