Furniture straight out of the war. Our flooring was pitted, and the chairs were torn. I wouldn’t expect this from a 2 star hotel let alone a 3 or a 4 star one.
The gym is a tiny room with 3 pairs of weights (one of which was missing).
The only saving grace is the staff are lovely. Especially the manager, Emanuel.
I think for the prices you can do so much better.

Quite a distance from a beach but the view from the hotel rooms was sea view near a part of a harbour. The twin room was spacious, clean and well equipped with mini fridge, coffe maker, hairdryer etc, though some of the flooring looked a bit tired. It was beautifully decorated for the festive season and the buffet food was excellent. The staff were extremely patient and helpful and all spoke fluent English.

Although the location and staff ( especially Victor at the Front Desk) was great, the (second) room we were given was very small, partly outdated in appearance and surprising in that regard. The mattress was too soft and did not make for a comfortable night's sleep. The most impactful about my feeling regarding the rooms, however, was the fact that the walls were so thin, one could hear the neighbor's every word. In our first room (1115), the neighbors had what seemed to be a party so we asked to be moved immediately. The person we shared a wall with in our second room (707), could be heard snoring all night, which was not very good. Breakfast was generally good with friendly and attentive staff present. Overall, I would recommend this hotel based on the staff and location and we will be happy to return at a later time.

Close to the old town and easy to drive to. A good standard international hotel. Our junior suite was very good but the bathroom was in need of refurbishment. Service was excellent all round. Food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good.

They claim to be a 4-star property. It likely was at one time, but now lack of maintenance drops it down significantly. The lobby looked promising and the staff was friendly and helpful. When we got to the elevators, one didn’t work, another was ‘jumpy,’ leaving one that operates as expected albeit slowly. We had a room on the 11th floor, the hallway has wall and floor damage as does our room. I gave up on the internet and used my phone as a hotspot through my international phone plan. There is a sizeable balcony, but no chairs. The bed was clean and comfortable. Adjusting the thermostat had no apparent effect at all. The room door did not muffle sound, so we knew every time other guests down the hall entered or left their room. I picked up the desk chair to move it to the balcony and the back fell off. Boards surrounding the pool are curled and loose and a trip hazard. None of this is the fault of the staff, we liked everyone with whom we interacted. They just need a major investment to upgrade to a 4-star property.
