Rooms The rooms are lovely, modern stylish bright and spacious me and my partner felt very at home and comfortable, the bed and pillows where soft and extremely comfortable, only thing about our room was that it was two beds pushed together, we would of preferred a double so we could sleep closer without the worry of falling through the split of the two beds, the bathroom was clean and the lighting was good to do my hair, the shower had good water pressure and two heads one fixed and one you could take off which was nice. Balcony was spacious enough for us, however we had an issue with closing the door, we spoke to reception and they sent someone straight up to fix it very quick and efficient. Staff The staff are all lovely and work extremely well together table service on an evening as the bar gets pretty busy so better to wait for them to come round anyways. The manager is an absolute assist to the team and extremely friendly he is out most nights and throughout the day speaking with guests and making sure everything is to their liking which is lovely ! He told us he will hopefully be retiring soon which will be a great loss to the team. Food. The food is great food and very tasty however at times me and my partner felt like we where eating the same stuff regularly, which is fine however we like to try new stuff and eat different every night at home, breakfast was great no complaints lots to choose from and very nice lunch again was great. Sometimes struggled to get a seat but staff are great clean up very fast so that you can get seated. There are two bars in the main restaurant however only one is manned most evenings and I do feel as though having both manned would have been better as it can get a bit busy. Entertainment Brilliant ! Great for all in my opinion, kids club/mini disco at 8 for half an hour then do more for everyone else, entertainment on every night and throughout the day the staff are great and friendly, we loved the shows but also the more chilled night with karaoke and quiz' we actually loved being involved and watching other guests have a good time aswell, karaoke should definitely be on more often it's entertaining and fun and the entertainment team make it hilarious! More seats and tables around the stage could be needed though some nights we sat on sun lounger some nights as all the tables where full which is fine for us and we could still see the stage but would of been nicer to have a table, if you want a table I would definitely recommend coming down earlier to get one, we had no problem though in all fairness. Facilities Great! the pools are clean and there’s a lot of them so plenty of room for everyone there is plenty of sun loungers, my only issue being that the hotel enforces a no reservation of the sun beds but then allow people to clutter the sun beds with towels which is a little frustrating as then when you abide by the rules you have slim pickings, they either need to not have this policy or enforce it in my opinion. The arcade is great lots of people seem to enjoy it they have fairly sized shop which has lots of different things in it a gym which my partner says is good! Only a small room but Lots of different bits of kit. Overall the place is great in a great location and amazing staff. Only issue being with me and my partner only being in our very early twenties some of the other guests who where mainly family’s and old couples where a little judgemental of us however no fault of the hotels the manager was just lovely and loved to see a young couple at his hotel as he says they don’t have many! But definitely a good hotel for everyone of all ages!

This will be our second stay at the hotel and loved it both times, and will definitely come back again. The hotel took my request to stay in a specific block with no problems, the room is cleaned daily and is overall great. The entertainment last time I stayed was brilliant but this time was even better!! The wait service is great! And a special shout out to the wait staff member ismael he is awesome!

We spent an entire week in this beautiful hotel that gave us the occasion to enjoy in the best manner our vacation. Our two daughters (1 and 3yo) had a great time there and they enjoyed all the available services for them, especially the baby club and the baby dance in the evening. The food quality is good, sometimes the dishes proposed are the same but you can always find something new to try. I gave only 4 stars for the room due the poor finishings of the bathroom, that was expecting a bit better compared to the pictures on the website.

Been here a few days and it’s been brilliant. Came here before the revamp and now it looks more amazing. Rooms are very good and clean comfy beds. Animation team are very good and friendly. Snack bar is a great idea. Overall the hotel is highly recommended and we will stay here again most definitely. Well done to all the staff who work there.

Great hotel. Good food, good prices, good management and great animation team. The animation team seem very happy in their jobs. Alicia was very friendly and chatty. One of the managers is very visible and happy to talk and take feedback. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy 10 minute walk to the main beach area and only around the corner from the Irish bars.
