Tan Love
Our family absolutely adores Moon Palace, especially our kiddos. This is our 3rd visit. Since they made the honor roll, we asked where they wanted to go, and without a doubt, they said moon palace Mexico. We love the service, and kids love the game rooms and kids club. The food was good and we enjoyed eating at both resorts.
Please note: You'll be asked to do a 90 min presentation upon arrival after check-in. You can say NO, but if you do decide to go, please note that they will do EVERYTHING in their power to get you to buy even when they say there is no obligation to buy. They will drop the prices to get you to commit. Even when we were walking out to get the shuttle, the rep was still asking us to make a deal after we spoke with 3 people upstairs... a bit ANNOYING, but know that you can say NO and stand firm on that unless you wanna buy. We went to the grand and were not impressed at all. The kids like the pool and play room, but we all prefer the food at Nicuz and Sunrise, we felt it was way better, especially the buffet. Pizza is better at The Grand, though. Overall, we will definitely return to Moon Palace but only to Nicuz or Sunrise.

We had a wonderful stay at Moon Palace Cancún overall! The people and staff are incredibly friendly, and the pools are fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. However, we did have an unfortunate incident where money was taken from our room. While the staff conducted a security check, they were not very kind and made us feel like it was our fault. We wish they had handled the situation with more empathy, especially since we were just reporting the issue. A tip for future guests: always lock up your valuables in the safe! Despite this, the resort is great, and the people made our trip memorable. Just wish the staff had been more supportive during that incident.

I stayed here about a few days ago & let me tell you, the hotel was beautiful. As for the fumigation system it was horrible. At night there would be huge cockroaches in the bathroom, leaving my family terrified to go into the bathroom at night. We stayed at one of the resorts previously and the food was good but this year it tasted bland and flavorless. I 100% do not recommend this hotel. If you plan on staying at a moon palace hotel, please choose the Grand. Sunrise will never see business from me nor my family again. & when offered a room change, none of the managers stuck to their word and we were stuck in the room with the roaches. A man came to fumigate the room but after that was done it seemed like more roaches came out due to the smell. I guess this can’t be controlled by the hotel, but the beach was brown and the seaweed lined up on the shore caused the worst smell possible every time you opened your room door. Also they had golf carts that would take you around the hotel, however at night, when needed most there limited carts leading our family to have to do so much walking.

This is my third time visiting the Grand. There was seaweed on the beach every time, never get to use it. The food in the sit down restaurants have improved. Definitely get a bike from the water park to ride thru the whole properties. The restaurants at the golf are great. I like to use the spa facilities. But depending on the time, it could be busy. They have changed the juice bar next to the spa. Everything was prepared before hand now and the menu is different.

I had a great trip visiting Moon Palace end of May into early June. The weather was beautiful and I had great experience with the excursions and the time at the resort. One highlight moment for me was the SPA. I had one of the best massage ever. She was friendly and knowledgeable of what she was doing. If you anyone needs a great massage try out Selene. She was amazing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I would definitely come back again. 10/10
