I recently stayed at Moon Palace sunrise resort with my family, and it was an amazing experience, especially for families with young children. The resort offers so much activities and entertainment options suitable for all ages. The kids' pool was a highlight for my children, providing hours of fun and excitement. Moreover, I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Their genuine care for guests made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, I highly recommend Moon Palace Resort to families looking for a fantastic vacation spot. We had such a wonderful time that we are already planning to return, and I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone seeking a family-friendly destination.

It's a good place for a family vacation. Excellent location, very good beach and overall the property grounds are very well maintained.
The accessibility between the three properties is very good with the golf carts. Their kids playroom and the gaming room are also very nice.
Food was good overall, though we found that the much hyped restaurants were just hype. Their Asian and Indian food were below par in food taste and quality of ingredients.
Pools are nice, though pool bars serve watered down drinks. Lobby bars have a good selection of liquor and cocktails.
The bed in our room was basically broken as it caved in the middle even without anyone on it.
Bathroom had bad smell when you ran the shower.
Their app sucks. It would hang up frequently. We experienced it on pretty much all phones in the family, so it wasn't a device related issue. If it worked as good as the Disney app, it would be very useful to know activity schedule, class schedule etc.
Their staff is very professional and service oriented. Everyone we encountered greeted us. Overall a pleasant experience. We'd consider going again if we plan an all inclusive trip to Cancun.

The staff is phenomenal! The scenery is gorgeous! The stores are expensive. Cancun, in general, is expensive. The tours and spa are expensive. I recommend finding an outside tour. The food is hit and miss. I especially loved the hibachi grill. It can be difficult to get into the restaurants with reservations. The drinks are horrible. They are watered down and taste like powder mixes. You don't have access to the grand amenities without a pass, even if you're an owner and supposedly can access all palace resorts. The elevator kept breaking down, which made it difficult for my handicap mother. The resort is huge, so you can catch golf carts all over the resort. We went for the kids' spring break, and it was so crowded. The halls echo badly, so we were woken up throughout the night and early morning

This resort is huge. Three different locations with many families with small children visiting here. Not into listening to parents negotiating with children who have had too much sun, little sleep and too much sugar. The food is good, but I'd love a decent selection for making salads. Also not that easy to access a coffee unless you go to the cafe that serves ice cream and macaroons.
If it were up to me, I like the smaller resorts. I'd give some foods a 4 to 4.5 and service by staff a 4.5. Very nice people and the staff work super hard.

This resort is very beautiful. Our room was really nice with an ocean view. The beds are nice and comfortable. Our room had a hot tub in it, which was such a bonus. The room service was amazing. There are a lot of restaurants in this resort, so you will not get sick of the food and the international buffet changes every other day as well. This resort is very private and the beach is private as well, so no randoms will show up.
