If you are looking for a fabulous dive hotel, this is the one. Very close to the airport, as well as all the mid and southern reefs. Many dive companies pick up on the pier at the hotel. The culinary experience was wonderful, and the service was great at all of the restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Mexican themed restaurant.
Very close to downtown (within walking distance) and felt very safe around the area. Our room was spacious. We had one issue with the shower and it was fixed immediately.
The entertainment was a cherry - some of it was actually pretty good for not really expecting to be entertained. The pools were fairly quiet and for the all inclusive part, they did not skimp. Not really a beach, and somewhat turbulent water to swim in, but a great viewing area that you can see across to the mainland.
Did not have any bad service whatsoever. I can't remember all the names to give shout outs to, but I remember that Luis in the workout area was very nice and a good representative of the type of customer service that they provided.
The only negative is that they pressure a little at the end to sign up with them for your next vacation. It actually looked like a pretty good deal, but just felt a tad pushy.
We would definitely go back and recommend.

This our first time staying in Palace Resorts and we Absolutely Love it! The food is Phenomenal!!! The service is Excellent and the rooms are Luxurious! The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and I'm the kinda person that is very picky about my bed and pillows. The people definitely make you feel like you are the most important person there and the room service is on point (for anything). The shower was amazing, hot water and water pressure. I can't say enough good things about the place. I am soo grateful that we were blessed to be introduced to this place. Thank you to Everyone and we will be back!

High-end hotel near the Cozumel downtown area with great room, clean, very good food (!), beautiful pool area, and view of the sea. There is good access to the sea but no beach. We very much enjoyed this hotel and recommend it, especially when you like to take a walk in the evening.

We have a timeshare with Cozumel Palace and visit quite often because we are avid scuba divers. The company has made extensive renovations to the hotel and restaurants and it's a far more luxurious experience. The rooms are quite comfortable, offering comfortable bedding, a seating area, a patio, a nice bathroom with adequate space for 2 and a giant hot tub in the room (we never use it). Upon arrival you are greeted by the front desk, given your wristlet that acts as your key and identification, ladies are presented a flower and they provide you with a beverage. Next you meet with the "sales team" and they tell you how can obtain free awards during your stay if you meet with their actual sales people from Cancun. Remember, this is a timeshare and they are always trying to upgrade your status. Then you meet with the activities director/concierge/planner, Vicente Tec who is so helpful and kind. You plan your activities with him whether you want to go snorkeling, scuba diving or luxuriating in the spa, Vicente will help you. There's so much to do on the island as well.
If you decide to go scuba diving, be sure to ask for the two best divemaster/instructors at Aqua Safari, their in-house scuba operation: Walter Gaspar Catzin Magaña or Mariano Mex Puc - they find everything under the sea....and keep you safe! They are kind and caring, offering some of the best service on the island.
If you decide to go to the spa I highly recommend Argelia for the Anti-Aging Facial....OMG, so fantastic. I didn't want it to end. And if you are a deep tissue massage person (she does it all), Victoria has hands of steel! They are both so sweet and aim to please.
When you go for your breakfast buffet, make sure to sit in Miguel's area....he's incredibly attentive and remembers everything you like...and he's a sweetheart!
Not only will you go to Cozumel Palace for the location, but the people are absolutely kind and caring and become family!

What a beautiful place to stay😍😍 plenty of things to do and everyone there was so friendly. Food and drinks were amazing, fun activities for friends and family, live entertainment events every night!!!! I’d like to personally shout out a few staff members who went above and beyond to care for us during our stay. First is William, he was the first one to greet us upon arriving with such kindness and warm welcome, he helped us out planning activities to do and was always there for us when we had any questions. Then there was Luis who was our fitness instructor for the week! He is so incredibly kind and did an awesome job coaching us through the classes (core and cross fit classes!) Then there is Miguel at the all you can eat buffet, he was on his game! He always had a smile on his face and incredibly helpful to provide us with anything that we needed. Finally, Giovanni, at the open bar was so amazing and made the best Mexican candy shots! I’ll definitely be telling many people about my stay and I recommend anyone to go to Cozumel Palace!!! Viva Mexico 🇲🇽
