This our first time staying in Palace Resorts and we Absolutely Love it! The food is Phenomenal!!! The service is Excellent and the rooms are Luxurious! The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and I'm the kinda person that is very picky about my bed and pillows. The people definitely make you feel like you are the most important person there and the room service is on point (for anything). The shower was amazing, hot water and water pressure. I can't say enough good things about the place. I am soo grateful that we were blessed to be introduced to this place. Thank you to Everyone and we will be back!

What a beautiful place to stay😍😍 plenty of things to do and everyone there was so friendly. Food and drinks were amazing, fun activities for friends and family, live entertainment events every night!!!! I’d like to personally shout out a few staff members who went above and beyond to care for us during our stay. First is William, he was the first one to greet us upon arriving with such kindness and warm welcome, he helped us out planning activities to do and was always there for us when we had any questions. Then there was Luis who was our fitness instructor for the week! He is so incredibly kind and did an awesome job coaching us through the classes (core and cross fit classes!) Then there is Miguel at the all you can eat buffet, he was on his game! He always had a smile on his face and incredibly helpful to provide us with anything that we needed. Finally, Giovanni, at the open bar was so amazing and made the best Mexican candy shots! I’ll definitely be telling many people about my stay and I recommend anyone to go to Cozumel Palace!!! Viva Mexico 🇲🇽

This was our second trip to Cozumel Palace. We were there end of February and had booked the loft room. While the view was beautiful and perfect for smaller families, we really enjoyed the rooms from a higher view. We're torn what we would do next time as the loft rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family, but we missed our evenings watching the ships and views.
As alway,s the Palace was very accommodating. Our 10 year old daughter absolutely LOVES the Kids Club and was very happy to be reunited with the staff there. They made wonderful memories together in both of our trips to palace. The coffee shop is still amazing, and dinner was phenomenal. We enjoyed everything we were able to experience during our stay.
The staff do a wonderful job remembering who you are, and are welcoming each time you see them. From dining, to pool service, or having assistance with scheduling dives, each person we interacted with went above and beyond. It is a nice, quiet, relaxing place with wonderful snorkeling and even better diving. We can't wait to return!

If you crave beach, this is not for you. Wonderful resort. Missed the beach a little but it did not spoil what is a beautiful place to stay. Luxury interiors, dining and bars. Great dive center who gave my 14 year old his first dive lesson on the ocean reef right at the hotel. We loved this and we are picky. We hope to be back again someday! Highly recommend.

Husband and I just got back from another outstanding Palace vacation at this resort. Our first Palace stay was our Honeymoon at Le Blanc Los Cabos - WOW, were we blown away. When we returned to this resort in Cozumel, it was immediately clear that the quality and service and attention to detail were going to be consistent among all their properties, so without hesitation we became members the very next morning.
I’d like to give a special shout out to Vicente. He went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal, is the reason why we upgraded our room, got us dinner reservations at Flamingos when no one else could, helped us book our excursions, gave us dinner recommendations and tips for traveling off the resort, and is basically the sole reason why we became Palace members. He remembered us every morning and made sure to check on us and ask if we needed anything every single time we walked by his desk. I hope the Management team sees this and acknowledges his hard work. He is truly special.
Not only do Cozumel Palace and all the Palace Resorts deserve glowing 5 star reviews, but I am leaving mine in light of the sad current events. People appear to be leaving negative reviews who have clearly never set foot on a Palace property simply because they sympathize with some pathetic fraudsters who don’t pay their bills.
