Upon arrival at the hotel, it became immediately clear that this was not a 4-star establishment, despite being advertised as such. The accommodation was substandard and nowhere near what one would expect from a hotel rated at that level. The food provided throughout the stay was appalling—poor in both quality and variety. On top of that, the resort was clearly understaffed, which led to long waits, poor service, and a general lack of attention to guest needs. Additionally, the bars did not adhere to their stated opening and closing times, causing confusion and inconvenience on a daily basis. The condition of the room itself was unacceptable. There were ants in the room, the shower door did not close properly, and the bathroom door handle was loose and nearly falling off. The air conditioning was also not working as expected—it barely functioned and certainly did not keep the room cool, making it very uncomfortable, especially at night. Housekeeping was inconsistent and below standard. Dust visibly built up throughout the week, and clean towels were not provided properly or regularly when changed. This experience has left me not only angry but extremely let down by a company I had previously trusted. I expect a full investigation into these issues and a prompt and appropriate response regarding compensation for this wholly unsatisfactory experience.

I have just spent a week at H10 Ocean Suites and it has been wonderful. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The staff were all wonderful, polite and generous. The hotel has 2 pools, a quite one and one more aimed for families with music and activities. We had a great yoga session in the pool with Sarah who was fantastic! We loved our visit and have left very impressed and feeling very rejuvenated.

Staying here for 10 days, on day 7 at the moment with my family can't fault this place at all. Rooms fantastic food very good and the place is extremely clean. Pool area is beautifully kept and entertainment at pool area is really well done. The entertainment during the day at the pool is different every day and catered for all ages with extremely friendly staff . I have done cocktail making classes by the pool ,yoga on paddle boards in the pool and cycling bikes especially made for the pool !! So lots for everyone. All staff super friendly but one stands out from the crowd, a smile morning, noon and night on this girls face and takes great pride in making people happy and putting 100% into all activities!! Well done Lina you have made the difference on our family holiday keep up the good work and thank you for keeping us entertained including my 79 year old father in law because he very hard to keep happy!!

Hi, we stopped in room 509, lovely room looks bigger on the pictures, just missing a little table so the ladies could do their makeup, your staff are absolutely fantastic without them the hotel would not run as smoothly, we mainly used the quiet pool and my wife has mobility issues so we spoke to a manager and gave us 2 cards to put on the sunbeds in the morning, many many thanks for that. We had no complaints about the food and we were there for 11 nights. I can imagine it would be hard in summer height of season to get a seat upstairs or a sunbed, it seemed very lacking. Bar staff were wonderful in the pool bar and snack bar and upstairs on the balcony bar, the staff work so hard everyday and everywhere never a dull face ☺️ 👍👍☺️☺️, Sarah is g credit to your hotel as well as the kids entertainment. There was a young girl there who worked with Sarah she is not an asset to your hotel as she is not a people person, just my opinion, the hotel is situated so close to everything you can't go wrong. We never say we would go back to a place again but we have changed our minds we will definitely be back next year. We thank you for the bottom of our hearts. ❤️❤️❤️ If I could all the all the staff big tips I would they are a credit to your hotel thank you see you next year definitely 👍👍👍☀️☀️☀️☀️

Great location, really nice hotel with good sized rooms which are quiet at night (pool view in 'adult' side of hotel). Good quality outside gym equipment. However there were quite a few downsides which would stop me coming back though: 1. Rules which are not adhered to - 80% of sunbeds 'reserved' with towels by 8.30 am, dress code of long trousers/shirt not adhered to (most men wore beach shorts with t-shirts so I wasted luggage space bringing these), food openly taken out of restaurant at breakfast by guests etc etc. If you are going to have rules they should be enforced or just not have them. 2. Food was well below quality I would have expected being a 4 star hotel, small hot food selection looked like something from a two star Benidorm Hotel. Restaurant was below ground level, small and quite dark, not somewhere to relax and enjoy your meal. 3. Cockroaches in restaurant on benches where tea/coffee facilities are. 4. You have to pay for safe (2 euros per day) which is ridiculous considering cost of rooms. Wouldn't return due to the negatives albeit Hotel and rooms were generally nice. Resort was a bit trashy/typical touristy but rest of island was lovely (you should hire a car)
