Do not stay here. Unless you’re looking for a room to purely sleep. There is no kettle, water or shampoo in the room. Although the beds are comfortable and spacious, the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbour flushing the toilet. The cleaners are extremely loud from 7am onwards. We asked for water at about 2am and the hotel said they ‘don’t have any’. Despite an electrician coming to look at the TV, it does not work and didn’t work in the other two rooms my family was staying in. The wifi also doesn’t work and disconnects you within 5 minutes.

We stayed there for 2 nights. We are really thankful to the staff as we reached there with my sick daughter.We were worried and told them to give us one room and we will pay extra.But they were really kind and said no need to book extra , they will check for available room and will allocate us.With 35-40 mins they allocated us the room. I will not forget this help for rest of my life.All the staff members are really nice.Property is amazing. I would love to go back again.Highly reccomend this place.

Room was great ..I wouldn't take children here as its more of a base for people partying in magaluf. Beautiful place to take a holiday though.They food is really bad at this hotel- eat out!

Firstly, check-in took longer than I would have expected, but we got there in the end. The room was very nice, modern and clean. Had a great pool/sea view on the 9th floor, room 903(recommended). There is a lift, and it's not really the 9th floor it's on the 4th level up from the pool. The room was cleaned, and fresh towels left every day. Cleaning staff were really helpful and always very friendly. The pool area is clean and always easy to get sunbeds. There were a few rowdy groups, but nothing major. We had a 3 year old with us and didn't have any issues. There were also some other families with young kids. I would only recommend bringing young kids here out of the busy party season as I can imagine it being far too noisy. Pool bar food is excellent (recommend the pizzas or the fajitas). Staff at the pool bar were amazing and were so nice to my young child. This hotel was perfect for us at this time of the season and is in a great area with lots of eating options on the doorstep. Would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were tastefully decorated and offered a breathtaking view that thrilled us each morning. The pool area was a true delight, featuring a beautiful pool that invited us to relax and refresh. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the hotel's restaurant offered excellent dishes at a fair price. One thing that could be improved was the shower - a rainfall shower would have been the icing on the cake. Nevertheless, our overall stay was wonderful, and we're looking forward to visiting the hotel again!

- Our room seemed a little outdated. The safe did not work at all. Fridge only worked after we askes a technician to check it. The doorknob of the balcony door broken, could be fixed very easily. - Breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay here. Very rich, tasty breakfast with great variety. However, tables are rarely cleaned, so it’s difficult to find a clean table without used plates/cups from the previous person. - Close to the beach. No beach/pool towels provided. Sunbed at pool looked really dirty. - Parking is 10€ per day, parking on the streets around possible but hard to find.

Beautiful hotel with a great half board system. Surrounded by loads of shops and not far from a lovely beach. Would recommend, I solo travelled! Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable, got a good sleep, especially since it’s not one that tolerates noise from party goers. The people warning about the steep hill was not joking, it felt like exercise but it’s doable not hard for moderately fit people, but can see it being challenging for those who aren’t active at all.

My husband and I visited for 9 nights and had an amazing stay. The staff are great, rooms are clean and the food is delicious. We couldn’t understand how it was a 3 star hotel. Highly recommend for being a young couple who still enjoy the party life but also quiet evenings. 2 minutes from magaluf strip to the right of the hotel and 2 minutes to the left of the hotel to a more family orientated area. We will definitely be returning. The only downfall is the hills to get to the hotel.. its not for the weak! 😂

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway in the sun. I really like the aesthetic of the hotel. It was renovated just a few months ago and generally feels quite fresh. Maybe because I visited towards the end of the season, but it had a very calm, relaxed atmosphere despite being located close to a lot of nightlife. I'm held back from giving a 5 star review because I feel mislead by a few points advertised when I booked my stay here as a part of a package holiday. First, it was stated as being a four star hotel, when I would say that three stars is more fair. Second, I was sold on an upgrade to "Half Board" and only learned when I arrived at the property that it entitled me to a daily credit, some of which I simply couldn't use because my flight arrived late at night. I enjoyed my stay here and would seriously consider returning if I visit Mallorca again, if it remains priced as a good value.

Great value for room. Great location. Clean. Would only stay here again don't want to try anything else local. I did pay for upgrade to premium sea view bid after initial booking. Thought having to pay for safe was a bit cheeky bit I did so. Quite a steep hill up to hotel Suggest they provide a few coffee, tea, milk sachets in room

It was great. The gym & spa could be improved and expanded but all in all we were really happy with the room, the service and the location of this hotel. We had a lot of fun during our stay. Would recommend renting a scooter!

Had a really nice time overall, amazing views, good location close to the beach and strip. Friendly staff, First look at the room we had , we wasn’t too happy. I spoke to a lovely lady at the reception who was happy to upgraded us which was great. Definitely would recommend and revisit👍🏾

Really enjoyed my stay. Had a comfortable experience. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Location was great as you are very close to two beautiful beaches. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Chambermaid was friendly and did a very good clean 3 times a week with fresh towels. Downside: Cockroaches in the bathroom, bed mattress was old and warn. Didn't enjoy relaxing around the pool as there was always music coming from one room or another from other guests, however the beach was very peaceful to escape to. I will return though. I enjoyed staying there.

We were informed that the main pool would be having work done on it but we're assured the indoor pool and gym would remain open. Unfortunately due to I suspect very few people staying the indoor pool and gym remained closed. We also missed not having the hotel bar and restaurant not being open. We will perhaps choose a slightly different month next time when we visit. Staff as always were excellent and a real reason to stay here at the Vistasol Hotel. Thanks so much, Mike and Christine

So, I heard a lot about Magaluf after I booked my holiday and I was told this was a location of party and drunk people, so I was a bit concerned once I arrived with my partner. Hotel was mostly full with teenager groups which were very loud. Isolation between rooms is poor, we could hear everything from the rooms next to ours. Teenagers would make noise until 12.30pm and then also between 4-6am so many times I woke up due to the noise. However, beds were comfy. If you plan to come with children, this is not the hotel for you. Quality of the food 3.5 stars, some things were good, others not much, bread not as fresh as it could be. There were some vegetarian options, but I believe more vegetarian/vegan options could be included. Some food items did not have any descriptions so we did not know what they were and if they included meat or not (this should be improved, especially for those who do not eat gluten, dairy, animal products). We needed to pay for drinks extra and they are expensive (2.05 euros for an expresso in the bar! On the restaurant no Juices and no coffee at dinner time, just at breakfast). The location was overall good, not close to the night clubs but these were at a walkable distance as well as the beach. Overall staff was friendly, especially Igor the receptionist (5 stars for you), he was fantastic with us while we stayed in this hotel, so thank you very much! Luis the waiter was also very nice and friendly. Overall 3.5 stars.

Do not stay at this hotel. I stayed here for a week as part of a package holiday and was half board, had to spend more money on edible food from local shops, there was no fridge or kettle on the second night we found silverfish in our beds and luckily had another room to stay in because of the group, after informing the reception the next day they spoke minimal English and said the handyman will fix it so we left for the day and came back the only difference in our room was an air freshener, all week water dripped through our bathroom ceiling from the one above, after complaining they offered us another room on the other side of the hotel only for the toilet, not to stay in absolutely ridiculous. Walls are paper thin if you need to stay I this area stay in martinique it is ultimately a better hotel in every way

This hotel was lovely. Lovely staff and very clean. It’s close to the beach and we loved it. It does get a bit noisy at times but you’d would expect that being where it is. The pool is stunning too and exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend

OK were do I begin...breakfasts awful chips and veg really. Food poor quality. No drinks with evening meal even though paid half board you were offered tap warm water, no option of tea or coffee but you had to pay for alcohol if you wanted it with the meal. Nighttime was a nightmare young adults all blasting music from their balconies which went on till 1130pm. Do not book here if you want a family holiday it's just not the place to be

Amazing service, staff at reception and the bar have been nothing but lovely. The rooms are nice but the view is what really makes me give them a 4 stars rating. The balcony is very spacious along with the rooms. Beds are quite uncomfortable but are fine for a few days. The one thing that really needs to change in the smell coming from the vents in the bathroom. It’s like eggs which is not pleasant at all. The pool could be a little warmer but everything in that area was very clean. It’s not like the crazy Magaluf hotels, everyone here is very relaxed and most are not actually here to party. The crowds of Magaluf are avoidable because of the location of the hotel. The hill up to the hotel is quite steep but doable. Food and drinks by the bar are reasonably priced and very good.

The views are beautiful, the rooms have no air con until May, so even though we had 26/27 degree heat all week, all that comes out is heating. We obviously didn't have the heating on, and weren't offered fans when we complained at reception, just told that its heating only until May. All the guests we spoke to at the pool were saying the same thing and how it makes you feel really ill at night being in the room where its so hot even with the door open, we were all waking up soaked in sweat. The bathrooms absolutely hum ding dong of eggy sewers so it's boiling hot and stinks to high heaven. Also ants, lots of ants everywhere running around the apartment. Shower also leaked all over the bathroom, complained to reception and it never got resolved. The pool bar area absolutely stinks of cheesy vomit. We asked a staff member why it smells so bad and were told that it's due to the machines being old and that they don't get cleaned properly!!!! 🤢 As you come out of the lift and walk to the pool, the whole corridor absolutely pongs. Be warned - if you're hungover and half dead from sweating to death in your room and then walk into this stench YOU WILL HEAVE IF NOT PUKE!!! This was a common subject amongst guests when stood waiting to order at the bar because you couldn't escape the stink. Pool area has lovely views and lots of seating with parasols, pools are freezing cold which was actually a relief after the torment in the room all night. Managed to get sunbeds every day, loads of ants down here too running riot over the floors. Hotel is at the top of a giant hill, wouldn't stay at this location again, would want to be closer to some local restaurants, shops and cafes. There is a supermarket round the corner, but the one down the hill is cheaper. Saw a few people with children here but really don't think this is a place I'd want to bring my children. Staff are nice, views are lush, however - hot, smelly and anty 🐜 Wouldn't return. Regarding the hotels response: maybe you should try listening to the things mentioned rather than denying them and sort them out? At least offer guests a fan for the room perhaps? No one asked you for blankets during the last 7 days at this hotel don't tell lies. The rooms were stifling hot all through the night even with the doors open - in all of the rooms our group had, so don't talk nonsense. All of your pool bar staff can smell the stink at the pool bar, if you can't then you need to go to a doctor.

No Ac aircon until May! even tho you pay extra for it. only hot heating or nothing. 26c my autistic son hates when he can't cool down what hotel puts heating on only in Spain. I would of never booked if they said this on the site. Spoilt our stay in the room.

So where can I start ? We are still staying there, but god we are so in love with this hotel, the view, but especially the staff ! They are so so so kind and ready to help you in any way they can ! It can be for a car rent or even for activities ! A special thanks to Vladimir, Director Marie and the man at the swimming pool ( my kids loved him) ! Breakfast was good, very sad that there is no dinner otherwise everything else was perfect ! Very safe hotel with the camera everywhere ! It was a great stay and we will come back here for sure ! Thank you again !

It was overall very good experience with a very young atmosphere. You could make friends very easily! The location is close to BCM and 10 min away from the strip. The only complaint would be the food, which isn’t great. Although we had all inclusive, we went out to eat around 3 times because we just couldn’t enjoy the food. I’ve come out here for my birthday and to have a good time your allowed 6 drinks of alcohol but only beers!! we then haven’t had our rooms cleaned since Saturday and I’ve complain to the manager and they ain’t said anything or done anything as we have ants in our rooms the workers are very rasist and keep an eye out on us we ain’t allowed to do anything or we will be kicked out the people are just rasist and rude I will never be going there again 😡😡my mum was laughing and my sister has ADHD and she was hyper and they gave us a warning and nearly kicked us out

Booked with Easy jet and themselves are good, the flight going out was delayed around 45 minutes but nothing major and cannot be helped. The only problem that bothered us the most was when we arrived at our hotel (Hm Martinique) there was no record of our booking. We was tired from travelling and it was getting rather late so we just wanted to get in our room and sleep but felt as though we were stressed and hoping the hotel would have room for us, which thankfully they did after a bit of a wait and me having to email them proof of my booking etc but a bit rubbish to say I booked and paid in full? The rooms were nice although we was covered in bites and itching, feel as though the rooms are infested with bed bugs. And also the food is poor quality and undercooked, not much choice at all, it’s rated 4 star but more like 2. The 6 drink rule is rubbish aswell, your only aloud 3 alcoholic drinks at lunch and 3 at evening meal, so not all inclusive at all.

Sol Katmandu is an exceptional hotel to visit, particularly when we do in the shoulder months of May or October. There is so much to do here that you just couldn't get bored if you tried. The rooms are a decent size, with free WiFi, free fridge, free safe, and a small balcony. There is a 36 hole mini golf course which is truly fantastic. For 10 euro per person, you can buy a wristband which allows you to play on the mini golf course as many times as you want during your stay. There are mini cinemas with moving seats for a 4d experience, shooting games, a laser dodging challenge, a splash park, indoor soft play area and the upside down house which has all kinds of cool things inside. All this (except for mini golf) is included for free with your stay at the hotel. There are 2 pools, a shallow kids pool and a larger main pool. Towels can be rented for a 10 euro refundable fee once you return the towel. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Always a huge range of choice. We opted for breakfast and dinner instead of all-inclusive, so ate lunch in the local area most days. The entertainment in the evening is a kids disco from around half eight to quarter past nine, followed by a themed show from half nine to half ten. They are generally excellent to watch. Last, but definitely not least is the kids club which is amazing. The whole team (led by the brilliant Lucia) are fantastic with the kids, and they do a whole range of different activities. It's on from eleven to one in the day, and seven to eight in the evening. This is our daughter's favourite holiday destination by a huge margin. I'd recommend it to anybody with young children.

High expectations, very bad reality, the only thing I found rewarding was being able to spend some time with my daughter using the park and even then the slide was not 100% operational. We paid more to have a sea view, which in reality is not even possible in this hotel. When confronted by the hotel receptionist, I was informed that this is what the hotel's sea view is like. (They shouldn't sell what they don't have). Moving on to the next step, the room wasn't even possible to unpack the suitcase comfortably and it had to stay there on the floor taking up space, in fact I considered the bathroom to be bigger than the room, air conditioning didn't work when I informed the receptionist I was informed that I didn't know how to turn it on , your own cleaning lady says that I didn't know how to turn it on but when she tried to turn it on, it didn't even work, so it wasn't me who didn't know how to turn on the air conditioning. very bad indeed For your information, the room number was number 915 Final and last step, horrible food with no taste whatsoever, we can't really say that the cooks are chefs by profession. Decent location and room. Good lounging area. However, the reception staff can give you a lot of stress as they get impolite pretty quickly. I forgot my passport in room and checked out. They gave me so much stress by saying there is nothing in the room and when I insisted it has to be there in the room, they made me wait for over 40 mins and finally gave it to me. They were very cold and unapologetic of the wrong information and unnecessary wait. Otherwise, the hotel facilities are decent.

A lovely hotel . Exactly what we wanted . Lounge was very spacious , seats spaced out . Food was nice . Staff was exceptionally helpful. Clean and modern . Close to everything . Shop and 2 kebab shops at the front of hotel 6 bars within a few hundred yards of hotel. . Pool was lovely and clean.

A week's stay at the hotel. Great location, close to the beach and all shops/bars. The food is very tasty and has a large selection. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. Staff very nice and friendly. After arriving at the hotel, we were surprised by the lack of a duvet in the room, but we went to the reception and got one without any problem.

Overall, very happy with our stay. It's near enough to the nightlife, but not right on top of it. Staff were friendly and helpful, mostly! Plenty of sunbeds round the three pools at the time we went in mid-September. Some amusing activities were on offer that were more for younger adults, but were fun to watch.

The pool was great. There are lots of sunbeds, so there was not a big drama to get them The food was tasty, but almost the same for 2 weeks. Overcharged drinks, however, bartenders are great, especially Domiguez! Silly policy in regards of the pool towels, usually after paying the deposit towels can be exchanged. Here you will have to pay to replace the towel for the fresh one.

Avoid this hotel, unless you're a 16-18-year-old teenager. Positive: The hotel had friendly staff. I lucked out with a nice view from my room, but be warned, you might end up with a bad view. Negative: The food was disappointing; you're better off going to Taco Bell or McDonald's! Dinner drinks aren't included; you'll have to pay extra, even for water. There's virtually no sound insulation, making for incredibly noisy nights. I understand that it's a "party hotel," but there should be some rules and guest regulation. I think it's unacceptable that kids are constantly shouting, banging doors, throwing objects out of the window or even fighting in the corridor, regardless of the time, even at 3:00 AM. I will NOT be returning.

Thanks to super service from Maria in the reception we gave this hotel 5 stars because of Marias kind welcoming instead of four! It was a clean and very nice hotel but needs some easy upgrades in the rooms and the male headchef needs to learn what gluten free food is. He didn’t do any difference in “ cross comination” and confused gluten with lactos.. and unfortunately he wasn’t so nice and served the gluten free bread frozen several times.. so overall this is a great hotel that includes a beach club in Magaluf 3 min from the hotel so we will book it again, much thanks to Maria for all friendly help!

Breeza club cool! The pool at the hotel is great. Sauna, jacuzzi and massages are missing. it is worth creating such a SPA. I can work here as a masseur and event planner… a few things are missing but everything is 5 stars! I would love to come back here again ... I'm still here. I recommend. Nice location.

We stayed at Sol House for a week and we loved it!! The location is great and the beach nearby very nice. The staff is polite, knowledgeable and friendly, especially the waiters in the canteen. Even if it's near one of the most popular partying streets, we slept well every single night. We'll be back!

AWFUL HOTEL!!! Was there 6 -16 Sep 2023 BE aware they have photos from another beautiful hotels (from Melia chain) on advert. 2 stars hotel- DEFINITELY NOT 4stars!!! Every 2nd sunlounger near small swiming pool BROKEN!!!! Empty dishes in restaurant, nothing to eat....especially in dinner time!!! All furniture in room was damaged/scratches.

The rooms are a little bit dated but we’re clean but housekeeping did not leave towels on 2 occasions. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was bed and breakfast and was not allowed orange juice at breakfast as this was for all inclusive guests which I thought was very wrong. The drinks are reasonably priced and the bar staff work very hard to make sure you have a nice time.

Had a very enjoyable time. Had a week away at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was 💯 %. Thank you all for making our first trip abroad a very pleasant and memorable week. Can't remember all the names of staff but Raquel one of the staff was outstanding throughout the week and we had a laugh with her all week and one of the entertainers Oscar was brill along with the other two entertainers ( sorry cannot remember the other guy or girls name) but all were outstanding. Amazing hotel! We stayed for 9 days and had an amazing time! The entertainment was absolutely brilliant, the staff were super great! Plenty of things going on for everyone - darts/pool/water polo etc. Would definitely recommend, our 8 year old absolutely loved it too! Rooms super comfortable and clean, all you could want. The food was incredible - a really good variety, so much choice! We will be back in the future for sure! Really would recommend very highly!

Super hotel. We stayed 10 days and had a great vacation. At first I hesitated and was a little afraid because I read the negative comments, but as soon as I came here I found a fantastic environment. A clean hotel, a room very clean and fresh and very nicely decorated, we had room 715, overlooking the pool. An excellent staff. Oscar, Margarita, Beyza and Moorinny have done their best to make the children and us happy, especially Oscar was very kind and communicative, taking care of everything. The food is very tasty and plentiful, fresh and everything very clean. we had all inclusive and had unlimited soft drinks, food and everything else. While for each meal we had 3 alcoholic drinks. I recommend this hotel 100%. The beach was 5 minutes away on foot, restaurants, bars, discos, everything was also 5 minutes away.

Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Melia Calvia Beach hotel in Mallorca. The incompetence of the reception staff led to an hour-long wait just to get my room key. When I finally reached my room, the nightmare continued. Despite multiple attempts to contact the guest contact center, it took six tries before anyone bothered to answer. And the room service? I ordered a hamburger only to receive something that resembled a culinary collapse scene. Would you feed this to your child? To top it off, the room was filthy, with stains so pervasive that even my socks were unusable. Forget about slippers, it's not provided in room. My stay was not just disappointing; it was unacceptable.

Great Hotel. Location is perfect, close but not too close to the nightlife. We had a great room, fantastic view and spotless. We upgraded to the “Level” which was really worth doing, lots of nice extras that make the whole experience just that bit more special. Breakfast is amazing, although available in the level we had breakfast each day in the main restaurant. All the staff we dealt with were very nice and couldn’t do enough for us. Great stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel, I stayed during the end of August for four nights at the Level. The room was perfect with a beautiful view of the sea, and the beach. The food was delicious, with a variety to choose from whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. When not at the beach, the indoor and outdoor pool areas were perfect to relax at with food and drink at your fingertips. If you want to eat out, the boardwalk has a bunch of restaurants with a wide range of food, I recommend Oceans Beach Restaurant. Although there was a slight issue with the room they assigned me (my room had a view of a painted roof and not a sea view as was requested), it was quickly resolved. My overall experience at the Hotel was made all the more enjoyable due to the Guest Experience Team, specifically Christo (pronounced Hristo) Tatiana and Berta. They were the nicest, kindest and most helpful staff members I've met in any hotel - stopping to chat whenever you walk by and any issues or questions you had, they will genuinely endeavour to help. For me the staff make the hotel, and will be one of the main reasons I will come back next year - take care of these 3 and give them a raise!

We had an amazing stay, we didn't want to leave. The variety of free activities all day long, including music shows at night. The breakfast with an amazing sea view. A modern gym with long opening hours. And the friendliness of the staff. All was fantastic. BUT they do need to improve 2 things: 1) Getting a pool chair/sunlounger can be hard because people from early in the morning put towels on them and "reserve" them for HOURS, without even turning up to use them until much later. This is the hotel's fault for allowing it. Although there is a small sign asking no to do it, nobody enforces it. In fact, you are virtually forced to do it yourself too if you want one. During my stay I saw several people arguing about who was there first or whose towel it was. The hotel needs to be less permissive about this. 2) although our room was non smoking, from time to time some cigarette smell came in through the AC. I guess they were smoking in other rooms or areas and the AC system may be connected to those areas. We would quickly turn it off for a while and restart it later.

While being over in Turkey we done the day visit to the Greek island Samos. We had a really nice day over on the island and would recommend going if you've got the chance. It's absolutely beautiful! The only thing I would say is make sure you know what you want to do before going and possibly think about hiring a motorbike or car for the day as some of the main attractions are more inland of the island. We visited a lovely little pizza restaurant just along down from the main square of the marina which I would also highly recommend, really reasonable priced and amazing food!

I visit the island every year! It is a big island with lovely places full of restaurants and coffee! The beaches are lovely and you can still find beaches that don't charge the umbrella and the sunbeds on top of your order! Pythagoreio, Marathokabos, Kokkari, and psili Ammos are a few of the places you can visit!

Very nice island. In September the water was too cold to really swim or dive, but the people are very nice and the prices are only high in Pythagoreo and Kampos, everywhere else it's pretty cheap. The highlight of the island is the village Manolates there you can also find the only museum of the island. You need a car to explore the island. Its big enough to keep you occupied for a couple of weeks, but nearly all churches are closed or in disrepair. Honest review: Its totally worth a visit and has its own charme, but don't expect too much.

Never again in my life! They cheated us out of money - the deposit, which should have been returned to us upon departure! They should have given us a signed receipt that was needed at return but we didn't get anything! I asked the old lady if she gave us everything we needed to check-in and she said yes with a big smile! We knew that we have to pay a deposit of €30 for each person in cash, so we went to withdraw money at the ATM upon arrival! They will convince you that you are all wrong and you didn't give them anything! Horrible attitude! I really regret that I didn’t ask for the camera footage. If you don't plan to spend your vacation partying - all day and all night, definitely don't come here! Guests (mostly "children" 20-25) will not let you sleep from the first day until your last day! Even if you kindly ask them to lower the volume of their music or to stop shouting and banging on all the things and doors, and I'm not talking about what they were doing in the corridors! Silent hours mean nothing to them! The apartments looked prettier in the photos than in reality, for that price I expected much much more. I'm not even talking about how we got used towels with makeup on them instead of clean ones! We specifically asked them to have rooms close to each other (we were group of family members - no kids), it was possible to choose, however they were on the same floor but far from each other. I wanted to give max of 3 stars because of a good variety of food and gym and maybe pools, but after this deposit lost because of their fault I totally lost my patience!!

These apartments are absolutely appalling. Mould on the ceilings & walls, rusty radiators, broken furniture, cracked tiles. The place was filthy with hair all over the place which certainly was not ours. I complained to reception and we were moved to a refurbished room. Whilst the room had a fresh coat of paint and a new bathroom. The cleaning standards were still in question. The floor was filthy again with hair around the place that wasn’t ours and there was snot stuck to the tiles in the bathroom. The towels provide were washed out grey in colour instead of white. Not soft, I would use better at home cleaning my floors. If you are looking for clean and comfort this is not the place. You’ll find better at a holiday camp.

Spotlessly clean apartments . Cleaned everyday. Only problem is you have a 5 min walk to the hotel for meals if ure all inclusive . Other than that it was spot on.

Stayed in September 2019. The room was clean. The food was good. However the cleaning staff do not take no for an answer, so if you want a chilled day in your room with no interruptions.....its not going to happen. They force you to get out. Also on the bed was a sheet. No blankets or extra sheets, and although it was warm through the day it was freezing on a night. They definitely need to provide blankets. The bar in the apartments was also charging for food and drinks which is a total rip off when your paying for all inclusive. Not a long walk to the inclusive hotel but still not good. Wouldn't stay again.

Rooms do not match description and aren't clean. When we first got here the women was so rude and she tried to make us pay more money due to the Spanish laws changing. We were not notified by this and lucky did not have to pay. Couldn’t get water throughout day had to have a token for cup and if u lost it or it got taken for any reason you have to pay 1 euro. Definitely not worth the money and do not pay all inclusive because it really isn’t. Over all false advertisement.

The animation team are amazing! Even though it's not high season, the hotel provided plenty of entertainment including a kids club twice a day! The reception staff were lovely. Canteen staff could definitely learn to smile, but it was very busy so possibly stressful. The hotel is lovely and clean and a few mins from beach and bars. Rooms are small and hot but again, very clean. Would definitely return!

We have just recently come back from here. I didn’t see the reviews until our first night there. We arrived late at 3am. The receptionist was lovely. The room however was very small not like the pictures my partner shown me but it is what it is. The next night it was so warm there, we put on the ac but it was hot air, we was told as it’s not peak season it would be hot air instead of cold so we had to sleep with the slide door open, but then my young children struggled to sleep due to the outside noise and then we had the smell of cigarettes so I had to keep closing and opening the door which stopped me from sleeping. When speaking to another couple there they told me they mentioned the air con and theirs was sorted so I was not happy. The breakfast and dinner buffet was nice. Big quies understandable but the hot food was cold. The pools were lovely and great for kids. The lifeguards on duty were fun with the kids also. The beach was a 3 mins walk which was amazing, and the attractions we went to were not too far the Kathmandu park was amazing and the Marineland was brilliant. It was a nice holiday although I wouldn’t go back to this hotel again :)

Pros: within a walking distance to a beach nearby. Overall very clean and has a nice little water park area in the back mostly for kids. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were very hospitable and friendly. Really enjoyed that there were shops nearby if you need annything. Atmosphere is great and they had little events in the evening the weekend we were there. Balcony view was decent in our room, but if you get a view from the beach side of the hotel I can promise you it’ll be a joy to sit on the balcony in the evening time. Cons: you get nickeled and dimed for every little thing. Dining room staff overall was nice but a few rude people. In most places we’ve stayed, during non-dining specific hours there would be donuts or small assortments laid out for all to enjoy; not here! Here you can expect to be given a “stern talking to” for not having the right wrist band. No where is it made clear that you need a wristband to grab an apple or donut. Food (we had breakfast and dinner package) is absolutely terrible. It’s made for the masses but still a little flavor won’t hurt (Scrambled eggs are soggy, bread is stale, omelette is tasteless). Site says laundry but laundry is off-site and it’s a laundromat a decent walk away. The walls are much thinner than most hotels so you can hear the people in the room next to you clear as day. Pool is not heated. Not even kiddy pool (very minor annoyance but an annoyance non the less). If you rent a car, don’t bother staying here as parking is non existent near the hotel and the few spots they have on the premises you have to pay for and there are only like 10 spaces available. (First come first serve and this seems to be a trend on the island understandably so as real estate is slim). Overall: if you don’t mind the cons the surroundings are beautiful. Location isn’t perfect I’d stay much closer to Palma in the future but for the price it wasn’t terrible.

It was a toss up between a 3 star or 4 star review. In the end I went for 3 stars. Firstly the good points Great pools and as we went off season no issues with deckchairs etc. Entertainment for kids great. Club staff got into it and my youngest thought they were great. Location good and close to beach. Negatives. Lifts slow Food absolutely atrocious Bar staff miserable as sin. One night they allowed a group of 18 yr old to hire a room next to us (with young child) music blaring and noise all night. Complained 3 times and to be fair the guy tried his best. It was dealt with well by manager named Cati (I think that's her name) who upgraded our room for free as we refused to be on that floor after the incident. I would suggest this hotel only during off season. I can imagine it would be a different review if it was busy.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Food was cold, the hotplate the food was served from was barely warm so it would not have been able to keep the food hot. It did improve later in the week. Some bar staff were slow and eager to chat to colleagues rather than serve.

We do not usually tend to go where the ratings are under 4, but this time we decided not to trust the bad reviews and try it for ourselves and thank god we did. This hotel is absolutely great! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, the beach view is gorgeous and the beach/coast itself is amazing. We had the all inclusive deal and we did not eat anything twice for neither lunch nor dinner. Breakfasts were pretty much the same, but it was varied enough that everyone can find something they like. For lunch and dinner there is always the salad/charcuterie parts but the main courses were different for 14 different meals. There was also always a live grill station which was absolutely amazing; from various different types of fish, entrecote, chicken, skewers, hotdogs and burgers, and we tried them all. Needless to say, we came back with great memories and at least a couple extra kilos. Now it is true that the spa and pool are not open for very long, but at that point it was usually dinner time and that did not bother us. We were there in September, so the spa was literally always available and you could choose any time you want. I assume when its a more high season that could understandably change. Our only issue was that it was very easy to hear what was going on in other rooms as the walls are pretty thin, but we were always very tired from the beach day that it did not bother us. I'd say this hotel is great if you enjoy trying different food and want to spend a lot of time in the sea/coast and relax.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! Not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 outdated motel. If you want to relax, tranquility and have good food, THIS HOTEL IS NOT IT. The staff is beyond rude. Twice we have had the chance to talk at reception and both times they were speaking with us, in the middle of the conversation started talking to other people, no manners at all. This "hotel" is targeted to advanced aged adults and numerous families with 2+ kids, since there's sick kids everywhere you look. The food is horrible quality, it is three tables of salad bar and one and a half of 1-2 entrées. Honestly more tailored to kids meals and flavors are very basic. And for an all inclusive, you get 3 alcoholic drinks max per meal, which didn't really care about that, but they were horrible options. You can hear EVERYTHING on the rooms, people talking, even chewing gum! UNCOMFORTABLE BED!!!!!! The spa was always fully booked so we could not get a spot to relax, which goes to say they should open it more hours. Th pool's closed early. The balcony does not have any privacy, horrible feels. Would never stay here again! Upgrade for $€20 more and stay up the hill at hotel Florida, its renovated and better facilities in general.

Where to start. Arrived on 30th August at midnight and checked in at our “4star hotel all inclusive”. When sent to our room with minimal instructions we went to the room and surprise, not even a bottle of water, reception said the bar is already closed. No food, no snacks no drinks just a bed full of ants. The place looks like a student accommodation from corridors and rooms very basic. Just 2 soaps and 2 empty glasses. No kettle or any possibly to make yourself a drink. Breakfast you can have only from 8 no drinks before( so if early rises don't bother , as we were told that nothing is served before because everyone is sleeping) The meals area and swimming pool and snack area are placed in such a way to make you go mad and don't want to be there at all. Padlocks on the doors to stop you from taking shortcuts or accessing the area and make it harder instead of being happy to be in holiday and enjoying the service (just puts you off). In the swimming pool area no drinks or food at all, this is -2 level. Meals area are at -1 level and cannot take any food or drinks in or out, and the terrace area where you can buy a drink is at level 0. Imagine on a hot day at the pool wanting a drink have to make 2 floors up have the drink there only and return. The food is below average, all from frozen or cans, tomatoes at breakfast straight from cans not even bothered to cook. They advertise the beach area but please be aware that the sun beds are from council and you have to pay for them. Wifi dose not work anywhere apart from reception. Parking you have to pay 15 euros per day not free. The air condition was starting to leak water and this was just above the bathroom door, imagine going at night to toilet and being soaked while going in and out, it took 2 days to come to repair and the flooring was already damaged because of the water. I don't know how they get good reviews because the hotel is sh…. with a nice view. For all-inclusive people prepare yourself to spend money on takeways meals every day or eat out because drinking you already have to. Patetic 3 x beers of 200 ml twice a day limited time and place where to have them.

The hotel looks lovely, and the pools are brilliant for the family and nice and clean. The location is great too....... However, the rooms are tiny and cleaned only a surface level, they could really do with a deep clean. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the room next door. Aircon wasn't working and locks on balcony doors broken too. The food was absolutely revolting, undercooked, under flavoured, bland basic choices. Terrible for kids!! We were all inclusive, what a waste of money. I was extremely disappointed, we ended up paying to eat out on multiple occasions because we couldn't face the hotel food! As mentioned, a deep clean needs to take place. 5 out of 6 of us ended up with awful sickness, I don't know if this was due to the undercooked food or a virus, but it needs to be addressed.

We had a nice stay, staff are friendly and most amenities in the hotel are satisfactory however I would say the hotel has got a 4 star rating by the skin of their teeth. Avoid eating in the hotel at all costs, the food is horrendous and 3 of our party had gotten sick after eating in the buffet restaurant. There was also so many more that fell victim to the food after over hearing conversations and sounds from other rooms. The rooms are quite cramped, our room had many things broken such as the patio door, air con panel, hair dryer, couldn't answer our phone and light in the hall.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in April and enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were clean, although it was frustrating that the double bed is just 2 beds together and that meant we kept falling down the middle. The walls are quite thin but it didn’t bother us as it wasn’t too busy. The food was nice, not the worst not the best and some were better than others. The location is at the top of a big hill which you should be aware of if you struggle with walking. It was easy to get the bus Into Palma as well. Overall I had a great time and the staff were lovely.

My son and I are just home from a week at the AluaSun. The hotel itself is very modern with beautiful rooms and a stunning outdoor pool area. It's at the top of a very big hill so if you have mobility issues, I'd avoid it however we really liked the area the hotel was situated and the hill was no problem for us. There is a safe in the room which is available to hire for €23 for the week, which includes a €5 refundable deposit. I've seen a lot of people commenting about the All Inclusive package only including 3 drinks at lunch and 3 at dinner, and it's only wine or beer. This isn't a hotel policy, it's now law to prevent unsociable behaviour in Magaluf and surrounding areas. My issue with the hotel is that it's not even remotely possible to enforce in the dining room, so you had some people sticking to the 3 drink rule and others blatantly grabbing drink after drink. Another thing that's annoying is that alcohol free cocktails aren't included in the All Inclusive package...despite not including any alcohol! That seemed a bit of an odd one to me. Also, just a warning to check the drinking glasses in the restaurant before you use them, twice during the week I inadvertently drank from a chipped glass and cut myself. When I pointed it out to the restaurant staff, nobody seemed bothered that my lip was bleeding!! My Son and I both struggled at meal times. I personally felt that the selection was extremely repetitive and everything was so bland. There were broken chicken bones in the Paella, and absolutely nothing was even minimally seasoned for flavour. There was 1 hot vegetable option at each meal time and the majority of these seemed to be deep fried! Spanish food is usually so amazing but there just didn't seem to be any care shown in the hotel food. We were at the hotel from 1-8 April, Easter Week, and I assumed there would be someone making omelette or pancakes each morning at breakfast like other 4 star hotels I've stayed in, but this one didn't which was really disappointing. We definitely didn't get our moneys worth on the All Inclusive and spent a lot of money over the week eating out, though food at the snack bar was very well cooked, fresh and replenished regularly, so we got lunch there most days rather than in the main restaurant. Overall, it was a pleasant week away in a hotel with lovely, helpful staff in a location that's handy to both Magaluf and Palmanova, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

We had a great time with my friend in this hotel. Customer service was great. Rooms and bathroom very clean, room service, lovely ladies! I have two points which I think should be taken under consideration. 1. For breakfast, you have a number of drinks available there are all included. Unfortunately for a diner you have to pay even for the water. We have been on half board, so I understand alcohol is not included, but water should be for dinner for free. We paid €5.90 for two bottles. 2. Evenings were boring and quiet. I didn't expect discos, but it would be lovely if there was music in the evening next to the swimming pool. Probably more people would stay in a hotel and spend money for drinks there instead of going out to the bars. The hotel is good for families close to the beach, and the views from the room were fantastic!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my son. It was a little difficult on foot to initially find the hotel (10 mins walk uphill from the main walkway beside the beach - if travelling with kids/elderly) Once found, it is beautiful from outside, great location on the hill top for the views out across the bay, towards the almost tropical parts of the sea and beach. The interior is lovely, from the reception foyer, restaurant seating area inside and outer sitting balcony, indoor bar and games area. Our room was slightly smaller than expected, with beds more like traveling beds with metal frames (noisy at times, when moving). Had to report on issues with the balcony door handle insecure, and glass smashed accidentally a couple of times before attending too. Slightly annoying. Restaurant and reception staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Especially the restaurant. Highly recommended for breakfast and dinner (buffet style) Would return nearer September for warmer sun. To mention, there is a private residents only lift straight down to the beach/sea front which is amazing for a walk, for sunrise and swimming in the sea. :)

We had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and we were able to park on site (for a fee). Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a recently refurbished bathroom. The pool area was great (and no music, which was a definite and welcome bonus in this area) and the lift access direct to the beach was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety, much of it freshly prepared, and nice to be able to sit outside on the terrace too. The staff at breakfast were excellent too - friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but would’ve happily stayed several more and will hopefully return.

Good place to stay. I wasn't really happy about cleaning the room. My last day, the pavement wasn't clean at all. Just the bed was made, and the towels changed. All my clothes which i left on bed were dotted around. Seems like servant girls were hurrying. Staff in the restaurant don't speak English, which complicates communication. It's a self service every meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Good variety of food but not always logical locating of it. You can find sweet stuff in the middle of first or main course, not everything is clear what this meal is. So, it's quite confusing, and you don't want to ask as you know that stuff doesn't speak English. Good point is I was given a small present for my birthday as a bottle of wine and some chocolates) it was pleasant The rest is ok.

Lovely hotel. Lovely location. Rooms cleaned everyday Poolside staff too busy looking at themselves in any reflective service than taking time out to be friendly! Very unapproachable, oh unless you are a paying for a smile aka sunbed! The beach beds are pointless in Sept, they should be available for the guests at this less busy time of yr, never mind charging 55euros, yet guests get hard ones or the wooden beds which are a death trap. You should be trying to get guests to return here by making sunbathing a pleasure instead of being strictly protocol on the costs. Change it up. Guests should also have an exit and entry point from the beach in the evening, the walk-around is rather unnecessary and those fences used are very ugly!

Our holidays were tragic. We are really disappointed. Pictures in the website are FAKE. Hotel shows that there are bali beds and nice loungers that ARE NOT HOTEL BELONGINGS. You have to pay 100 euros per day to use the bed. Also the loungers near the swimming pool are also paid and you are not allowed to use them. All these nice pictures of beds and loungers are Hadley’s Club’s belongings. We chose this hotel for nice bali beds actually but we couldn’t use it. The surf machine never worked but the Hotel also publishes nice pictures of it. They fool their guests. We asked to use the beds for free so the person who is working here offered us to use their other beds that looked terrible, after all he confirmed that they cannot offer it anymore. The reception desk workers are rude and not helpful. They didn’t seem to care about the issues. If you have half board, for dinner you have to walk to another hotel. The food was terrible, we asked to return the money so all they could offer was 10 euros per day… while we paid 50 euros for that terrible food. Breakfast was all the time the same and there was always lack of food. They offer to eat dinner at Hadleys club, they offer 1 starter and 2 main dishes for 2 people. Asian restaurant never worked. Hotel’s interior is actually old, the corridors and doors to the rooms are like 50 years old. It is advertised as 4 star hotel but it barely scrapes a 2 star experience. All you get is an old room,poor lounger, terrible food and rude receptionist!!!

Very happy and impressed with this stay. Our room was not what we expected and with no fuss we were move to another room and very well looked after by Ruben for the inconvenience. We are currently here as a family (two adults and two children 4 and 7). Visually, a very nice hotel and also the staff is very nice and eager. Unfortunately, there are some very negative things to note for this price (Townhouse 3500€/week). Our bed linen was full of stains and obviously still from the guests before, in the shower the drain consists of very sharp tiles that are patched with construction foam. In general, the floor in the accommodation is very dirty and suggests that here to wipe the water is not fresh and the dirt is only rubbed. On one of the balconies is still a cut toenail from previous guests! In the pool below us (may only use the rooms belonging to it) the seagulls splash extensively. The pool on the roof is very nice, but here too there are unfortunately points of criticism. The sunbeds towards the sea are all chargeable, only the sunbeds towards the really not nice houses are for free. The terrace slabs are partly broken and pose a risk for children's feet. Bringing food and drink from outside is not allowed! Only from the overpriced bar. All in all, this hotel is not suitable for children and should better maintain and repair some areas. We are not very demanding, but a few things we still wanted to share.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at INNSiDE by Meliá Calviá Beach, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. I want to give a special mention to the Guest Experience Manager, Lara Salas. She went the extra mile to plan a surprise birthday celebration for my mother, taking care of every little detail. Her attentiveness was unmatched, and it is evident that she is a true asset to the Meliá Hotels International brand and the hospitality industry as a whole. Having stayed at numerous hotels, I can confidently say that Lara's personal service and dedication were the best I have ever experienced. I wish her all the success in her career in the hospitality industry. Although the hotel is rated as a four-star property, the service we received made us feel like we were staying at a five-star establishment. The ambiance, interior design, and calm vibe of the hotel create a perfect symphony that contributes to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival when we were upgraded to better rooms. We stayed in The Loft Sea View rooms, which were absolutely amazing. The interior design was top-notch, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout our stay. The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a wide variety of options with good quality. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to order a custom omelet to my liking, which added a personalized touch to the dining experience. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with numerous shops and restaurants in close proximity, and the beach just a stone's throw away. It was incredibly convenient to have such easy access to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand without any hassle. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop pool. The views from the pool area were breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. With a live DJ playing soothing lounge music, it created the perfect ambiance to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The restaurant and bar at the rooftop served fantastic drinks, food, and snacks, making it an ideal spot to spend leisurely hours. Overall, my experience at INNSiDE by Meliá Calviá Beach was nothing short of outstanding. The exceptional service, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, prime location, and the amazing rooftop pool all contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly remarkable hospitality experience.

Great hotel very laid back with very attentive staff. The pool view is beautiful. Rooms are a good size, with all amenities and inclusive mini bar (soft drinks) replenished daily. The breakfast includes everything as expected, great choice. Location is idea and central, close to everything needed. Sound proofing between rooms is probably the only downside. Otherwise I would definitely visit again.

We loved staying here, everything was perfect: super friendly staff, we could check-in earlier, nice and clean room, rich breakfast buffet and a nice pool area (though the pool was extremely cold). Highly recommend and if we come back to Magaluf / Mallorca, we will stay here again.

Zel Mallorca now. Stayed here for a week. It was a good adult only hotel. Right by the beach and very popular spot. I don't understand why more canadians dont go to Mallorca. This hotel had a great breakfast and has a gym and yoga room. Also good bar, nice restaurant ala carte food and 2 pools, live music and a movie night. It's great for couples and older adults. It has been recently renovated and staff are friendly and professional. I recommend it if you want to stay close to everything in palma nova and want a more adult oriented place to stay.

Had a great time at the hotel. The location is amazing, the big lounge area with pool is the perfect place to relax. The team is also incredibly nice & we felt very welcome. Big shoutout to Paco who makes the best omelette on the island and always spreads good vibes all around :).

Very clean rooms. Modern hotel. 2 nice looking pools + really nice lounge beds with gigantic bean bags to nap on in the shade. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Bar was open all day/night. Staff very helpful and friendly. Staff is always available to provide/receive beach towels. Tons of great seating facing the beach. Highly recommend and would come back.

What a hotel....just fabulous!! Staff are delightful, the room was spacious, had recently been refurbished and was fully air-conditioned. The hotel is a few steps away from the beach, has a really great vibe and is in an amazing location. It's definitely a gem and I'll definitely be returning next year.

Paid a little extra for an incredible room with terrace and sea view, definitely worth it! Staff are attentive and breakfast options extensive. Hired bikes from the hotel to explore local area which was affordable and time well spent. Hotel location is incredible, too. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. We participated in the hotels Sunday yoga class and it was bliss. Would recommend and come again!,

Everything is excellent as far as the appointments at the room and the cleanliness of the rooms however, there’s no chair or way to sit up straight and be comfortable you have to sit in a chair that leans you so far back with you almost lying down. Other than that everything is perfect. All the restaurants are wonderful but they don’t serve any light meals like a lunch for sandwiches things like that is always a heavy meal at every restaurant on the premises. We had to go across the street to find more casual places for lunch.

We had to cancel our reservation with a fee right after we saw the room. It was very noisy, the music from the beach was so loud as if it was playing inside the room (sea view room on the 3d floor). If you are looking for a quiet option and like to sleep without earplugs, do not consider this hotel. It's most probably for a different type of travelers

Location is very good ,hotel is on the beach and breakfast is really good but We took a room with view on mountains, which is absolutely not a view in mountains but view on parking and trash! First 2 nights in t was absolutely not possible to sleep until 3 am as there is very bad isolation and outside was a huge noise of music from nearest bar/disco and of course doors to balcon were well closed , in the room we had a huge noise and it’s impossible to sleep. I came after 1 night to the reception and explained the situation , the receptionist told me they can move me to the room on other side but I need to pay as it’s from Nikki beach ( another rooms are also near this beach club ) Nikki beach closes at 7 pm so it’s absolutely not from this place , I told okay let me check after 2 night .I came after second night to explain that it’s absolutely not possible to sleep until 3 am .normally you suppose to change my room for free , of course there was no option and receptionist ask me for another room 50 euro per each night extra . Where on your website or on booking the difference was like 30 euro for 2 nights what I explained to woman from reception . I already visited Melia hotels in other countries , but to be honest I am not satisfied of the hotel which you propose in Mallorca . The room isn’t correspond to price and market range and it’s absolutely not normal that your guests can’t sleep at the night and the hotel is located not in area of clubs .you suppose to be a quite place on the beach with quality service Also it’s mentioned that you are having a spa , small sauna and small inside pool with few sunbeds which are never free it isn’t a spa.

Firstly I will point out the positives 1. Reception upon arrival was nice and clean and the check in was smooth, staff didn’t really interact but that’s fine. 2. Two large pool areas with clean towels available everyday. 3. Lounge seats - never had an issue getting a lounger no matter what time we arrived and the hotel was pretty busy. 4. Decor in room and general hotel is nice. 5. Area is nice and just right if you want to be close to the main area but not right in the centre of it all. Just steps away from the local public beach. 6. Located next door to Nikki Beach and if you are looking for a quiet relaxing day by the pool, forget it. Constant loud music from this place all day. Didn’t bother me actually quite enjoyed it but might annoy some people. 7. During my stay it was my birthday and to my surprise the hotel left a bottle of cava and two pieces of cake in the room for me. Nice touch!! Thank you. 8. Breakfast has everything you could want from freshly squeezed Orange juice, cereals, cheeses, hot breakfast including omelettes, pancakes, fruit, breads, cakes etc. good selection. 9. Little fridge in room is handy but be careful as it is full on arrival and prices are steep. We moved everything out and put aside and used for our own stuff bought in shop across the road. Negatives (some are personal preference and not a reflection of a bad hotel) 1. Description of bed in Sea Front View Room says double but it’s actually two singles pushed together and not suitable for sharing with partner. 2. Balcony on Sea Front View Room is only “Juliet” style and no space to sit out on. I personally like a balcony to enjoy in the evenings. Also would be handy to dry wet swimwear and towels. Tip for drying clothes use the hangers and hang off glass. 3. Bathroom - there is absolutely no privacy in the toilet/shower room as the walls are made of glass with a slight gap between door and wall. Frosting on glass does not reach all the way up and down. Hated the bathroom situation and this needs to be addressed as it is a constant comment of people. 4. Floor in the room is not swept during daily clean up and the general floor area is also not done. Dust and sand a constant sight on the floors in the hotel corridor. Not sure I would stay here again and it would only be because of the lack of privacy the bathroom offers. Other than that, Hotel is nice.

Our accommodation was so far out of the way of the food and slides and we never knew this to be a possibility. We thought the slides and food were good. But staff were quite rude on occasion and woke us all up at 5am with no reason, and one lady on the reception desk was rude also. They also don’t let you have food or drinks on the day you check out (except for breakfast) even though you have paid to stay there? Have never experienced this before. The hotel was alright but a few let downs.

Firstly, don’t listen to the reviews, come with an open mind! My partner and I have had the best 5 days! Food- Each day there was something different available. We loved trying new things and felt they put a lot of effort in to make sure there was something for all dietary requirements. Rooms- Simple but clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and towels and bedding were changed daily. Pool areas - you have many options available, all were lovely and plenty of sunbeds. Outdoor Gym - AMAZING!!! The equipment is looked after and monitored each day. Massive fans are on also whilst you work out. Drink allowance - options could have been better - beer, wine and Prosecco. You could buy more at the bars though. Overall, we had the most amazing time and gutted we only booked for 5 days! We will definitely be coming back!

We were in Club B apartments, very clean and tidy, views out to the mountains which was lovely. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Didn’t know what to expect as was first time abroad and we in our 40’s. We had the best 3 days away food was good weather was fantastic staff are lovely the town was amazing. Didn’t feel out of place coz of our age. The wide range of ages is great. Can’t wait to book again next year. Even recommended to our young adult children togo there. The beach was amazing

The hotel itself is great, Very big, there’s a few different pools within the hotel, along with slides. The room was good, it had 4 beds in total. The bathroom was good too, nice large space. The balcony view wasn’t too good, it faced the outside area, and it wasn’t good for sleeping as you had all the noise from outside, there’s bars outside that don’t close till 5/6am. So you’d have to listen to all the drunks coming out LOL. It wasn’t that much of an issue, but if you’re looking for a quiet trip away, this isn’t the place for you. It’s more for younger people who like to party. If you go all inclusive there’s decent food served, you get free soft drinks all day. 3 beers/wine per meal. That’s down to the government, not the hotel. All in all, it was a good stay. You have the beach close by, just a 5min walk, and there is plenty of shops and bars outside. You don’t have to walk far for stuff.

Location, people, service is all spot on. At no point have I felt unsafe being in the hotel or for example leaving our belongings at the sunbeds as we went for a swim. (That’s thanks to the many security guards patrolling the hotel) Few issues though, this hotel’s depiction of “all inclusive” is not what we expected. We were made sure of the drink laws which is fine, but going to the bar and asking for a protein shake or smoothie at the BHealthy bar is chargeable. I stated to the member of staff that I have paid for all inclusive, meaning I get everything what I paid for, no? But no, €6 for a smoothie! Food was subpar, good that there was a slight variety every day but not to a good standard. Rooms were okay, air con was horrible and barely worked, and what’s up with the beds? 2 single beds put together to make them look like a double. I’ve paid for a double bed room, I expect to get one.

For a lads holiday it's fine, the food is average at best, beer is flat but you get what you pay for. Bed sheets wernt changed once during stay just made each day. The hotel is a party place, fine but TV getting thrown off a balcony on top of the shop below is ridiculous, this happened two days in a row. If the food was a bit better, the drinks had more choice sheets changed then I'd recommend but I won't be coming back. 18-25 go for it 25 up look at better star hotels or palma nova it's a great place

I was there 5 nights in which I could not sleep. The hotel is full of only 20-30 year olds, and maybe even younger people who drink all day long while the bar closes and then go back to the rooms and start screaming in the hotel's corridors until the morning. The story is then repeated. The beach was quietly than the hotel. I recommend all hotels around but not this one. If you are, of course, not 20-30 years old and you are not looking for that

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have been traveling all over the world, throughout many years. And I find this sh**hole of a hotel the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. Let's start with the bathroom. Toilet is dirty. Shower is dirty, towels are dirty, floor has broken tiles, light is poor, and walls have broken tiles. 4 small bags of shower soap and no changing of the towels during the stay. Hall: safe cost 20 euro extra pr week, and I can't lock the balcony door. The closets have no doors. Looks like they have been ripped of as there are big marks/scars in the cabinet. Air conditioner is actually working, but sounds like it's gonna die any day soon. Room. One mirror on the wall and two lamps. That's it. Nothing else. Not a cheep poster no prints from e-bay.... nothing. Except the occasional ant. Cleaning is very bad. Dirt along the walls. Bed linings are extremely thin and the mattress does not fit the bed properly so it needs to be put back in place from time to time. No telephone to call the reception (and if you wanna sleep you really need it. I'll come back to it) The TV... well my 14 inch laptop is bigger. No ceiling light. Balcony got a ok size but there is no table. Only two really cheep plastic chairs. And of course; Dirty! Neighbors are ONLY 16-25 year old, and just here to party 24/7, witch the hotel obviously think is fine. I booked a all inclusive adults only hotel and got this. Neighbors are extremely loud from 11am - 5/6am All inclusive: if you like fried soggy food it's allmost fine. The rest of the buffet is very dry and uninviting, and taste like something my dog would turn away from. Limited sorts of drinks. Beer, 4 sodas and red and white wine on tap. Pool: the pool area is right out sad. Filled with ants and bugs, sun beds are mostly broken and once again, only youths between 16-25 who all have their own speeker and everyone is playing different music at full volume. Staff: not friendly. Just doing what they have to. Had cleaning coming into my room when I was naked just out of the shower. No knocking on the door, just right in. Told her to leave but she refused. Picked up som trash, looked around and left after 2 minutes. Review: 0 stars!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Guest form Norway, traveling alone

Hotel facilities are not the best but could be worst. Rooms are mostly clean and fresh towels are provided. Food was edible but there is a lack of options and variety. Staff were friendly and helpful and bar staff were lovely. Guest and general experiences weren't the best, hotel was constantly loud and some guests were disruptive. ( however this is not totally the hotels fault) overall it was an alright hotel for a messy holiday in Magaluf.
