I stayed at this hotel with two friends and unfortunately had a deeply distressing experience that I feel obligated to share. On the 2nd night of our stay, we went out and returned around 4 AM only to find that our room had been broken into. Even more alarming, our personal metal safe box had been tampered with and forcibly opened.
Inside, we had stored 900 euros, £100 in cash, jewelry and our passports. The cash and clothing were stolen along with my friends socks and our jewelry and a bag Strangely, the passports were removed from the safe and left placed on our beds—raising serious questions about who had access to our room and how they were able to breach a locked safe.
We immediately reported the incident to hotel staff, but the response was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. There was no serious apology, no investigation on the spot, and no offer of support such as calling the police or assisting with next steps. It felt as though the hotel wanted to ignore the situation altogether. the balcony door, specifically the part attached to the wall, What was especially alarming is that hotel security immediately knew exactly how the door had been breached, suggesting this is a known issue and possibly not the first time it’s happened.
We had to wait hours to finally speak to the manager and barely any apology. Instead, the manager gave us all-inclusive wristbands as a form of compensation—which felt like a shallow gesture, given the seriousness of what happened.
To make matters worse, the “all-inclusive” food was terrible: barely any options, poor quality, and overall disappointing. This did nothing to make up for the stress and loss we experienced.
This experience completely ruined our trip. We felt violated, unsafe, and unsupported. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. If basic security and guest safety and If your room and valuables aren’t safe, no amount of free food or amenities can make up for that.

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience Unsafe and Completely Unacceptable
I stayed at this hotel with two of my friends, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had while traveling.
From the moment we arrived, things were off. We weren’t allowed to check in for five hours, and the luggage room they told us to use was overstuffed and completely unsecured. Our bags were piled up in a tiny room anyone could have walked into.
When we finally got a room, it felt completely separated from the rest of the hotel. It took us 20 minutes just to find it because the elevators and layout are extremely confusing. It honestly felt like we were being purposely hidden away.
The real nightmare began on the second night. Our room was broken into and €900 in cash was stolen, along with personal items like AirPods, jewellery, and even Nike socks. What’s worse is that our safe which held our passports and other valuables was broken into. I had gone back to the room at around 1:30-2am and again around 3am, and during my last visit, I saw two staff members standing in our corridor. As soon as they saw me, they slipped into a cleaner’s closet. I didn’t think anything of it until we returned at 4am to find our luggage ransacked and the safe empty.
We rushed to reception, and security acted “worried” but extremely suspicious. One guard walked straight to the balcony door and pointed out a broken seal, saying that’s how they got in. But the door looked normal how did he know to check there first? Very strange.
To make things worse, we were told the police wouldn’t come out, and the hotel refused to call them. We were told to wait until 8am to speak with the manager, who then didn’t show up until 1pm. Her response? Move us to another room and upgrade us to all-inclusive a joke, honestly.
The all-inclusive buffet was terrible. Almost no variety, very few options, especially not kid-friendly. To top it off, every time we went to eat, we were told we weren’t on the list. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
On our last day, one of my friends felt too unwell to come down to the pool and stayed in the room. A staff member let herself into our room without knocking. When she saw my friend, she panicked and left, saying “sorry sorry sorry.” This was not a cleaner, as they came in later. We told reception and were told, “That’s impossible.” That was the final straw.
This hotel is not safe, the staff are suspicious, unhelpful, and evasive, and we left feeling like targets. The whole trip we were stressed, anxious, and extremely disappointed. Do not be fooled by the nice decor or fake professionalism this place is a security disaster.
Avoid at all costs. I would never return.

★☆☆☆☆ – Absolutely unsafe, avoid this hotel!
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, we waited 5 hours to check in and had to leave our luggage in an unsecured, unlocked room anyone could access. The hotel has no real security – no wristbands unless you’re all-inclusive, and they claim “security remembers everyone’s faces.” Unrealistic and unsafe.
We were placed on an isolated floor with no CCTV. Our safe was smashed open, and €900, £100, jewellery, AirPods, power bank, clothing and even underwear were stolen. Shockingly, our passports were removed from the safe and placed on the bed. Staff and security were oddly aware of how the balcony door had been broken – making us believe this was an inside job.
Reception refused to call the police, saying they “don’t respond to robberies”, only fights. The manager was dismissive, barely apologized, and just offered us free all-inclusive, which was terrible. Very limited food options, especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan, and the snack bar isn’t even included.
On our last day, a woman with a key card walked into our room — not a cleaner. When we reported this, we were told it was “impossible.” Later that day, our key cards were deactivated early, even though checkout was the next morning.
We stayed in rooms 202 and later 606. No security, no care, and potentially corrupt staff. This hotel is not safe, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

The service was excellent, the food was great. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and regularly maintained. The hotel was well located near the beach and the city.
