This hotel is unbeatable for the price! Great living room, kitchen, spacious bedroom, clean bathroom. My only complaint was that it was quite cold in the bedroom at night. I found an extra blanket in the closet, but my friends staying at the same hotel had the same complaint.
More memorable than the facilities, however, were the staff. Both the employee who checked me in and the one who checked me out (I wish I'd caught their names!) were absolutely delightful people. Genuinely so sweet and clearly put care into their work. Thank you.

That was another experience with Jimmy here in this hotel ….. he literally blowed my mind… helped with more things than I could imagine… fair play to him! Hope he gonna live long life ever after….!!!!!!

His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine desire to make sure everything was perfect really stood out. Amazing place lovely staff, Pablo was quite friendly and show us around, really recommend the spa! Close to the beach, good food, cocktails so good Toni great bartender! Apartments big and clean and the hotel well maintained, we can not have a little problem with the shower but as soon as we tell reception the fix team solve it! Coming back next summer!

1. Location is very amazing and walking distance to 2 beaches in Magaluf. View from the hotel room is very nice
2. Service and staff cooperation was very nice.
3. Breakfast and dinner was really nice.
4. Room quality was very bad. Several damages in bathroom, floor tiles, furniture and many other things. Did not like the room and the facilities in the room.
