I didn’t expect the hotel to be as good as it is, especially with the price I paid. The room/studio is lovely and spacious with a little kitchenette. I’m a fussy eater, especially with regards to hygiene and I must say that this place is spotless. You can even view the prep of the food, as the kitchen is by the pool and open. Most importantly the staff are great!! Giovanni sorted me cake when the kitchen was shutting down and also a coffee late one evening. These type of character traits mean so much to me, nothing was to much for the staff. I felt at ease and comfortable. Gretel had a lovely smile on her face and was very pleasant to be around. Anna and Daniel on reception were always attentive and helpful. My main man Pablo whose job title is the ‘happiness maker’ surely did add another layer to the wonderful sunshine around this place. Thankyou all for your hard work and professionalism.

I’d like to leave a special thank you for Mariana, the receptionist at Vista Sol. She has been incredibly helpful and kind every time we’ve interacted with her. Always smiling and welcoming, she made us feel comfortable from the start. She even took a few minutes to chat with us whenever she could, which we really appreciated. Perfect place not just to party but for training, have pull ups area outside, a little gym and next to the hotel lot of awesome place to train like the magaluf sport center! To relax the spa is perfect and the Roms quite big, they are full apartments with views to the two beaches of Magaluf

Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. Old building with paper-thin walls – you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the street. Several nights there was loud music and shouting until 4 a.m., and the staff did nothing about it. Getting any rest was impossible. The bathroom was covered in rust, and the toilet didn’t flush properly – even toilet paper wouldn’t go down. Cleaning service was basically non-existent: every day the floor and the bed were full of sand, clearly not vacuumed. We asked for fresh towels at reception and were told they only change them every two days. We didn’t receive any, and even by the third day, there was no cleaning and no new towels provided. I’ve never stayed anywhere with so few food options available. We ended up switching to another hotel, because staying here became unbearable. We ended up switching to another hotel, because staying here became unbearable. The view from the balcony can be beautiful – but only if you’re lucky enough to get a high-floor, sea-facing apartment. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. A nice view alone is not enough to make up for the constant noise, lack of cleanliness, and poor maintenance.
