We were in this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel looks really nice and clean as for 3 star hotel, until you enter into the rooms. I also work in a 4 star hotel myself and let me tell you this is far from 3 stars. When entering the room I felt like I came to visit my grandma. It gave me that feeling. The beds seemed to be the "folding ones" if you know what I mean. 4 single beds. It was really unconfortable to sleep with my fionce with a gap between us. But the worst thing was the blanket. There was no any sheets on it. It was so unpleasant to my skin, that most of the nights I kept waking up. Neverless The looks of the room really needs to be improved.
The service was always friendly and helpful. Just one of the days we left the "sign" for our room to be cleaned in the morning and it was not done. Other days it was fine.
We had breakfast and dinner included. The breakfast was ok, although I did not like the coffee and juices (felt more water than juice), dinner could have been better. Most of the time the food was tastless. That was really dissapointing. And you even had to pay for the WATER.
The pool was nice and clean. Although the pool bar is very expensive. 3.20 for a small cup of coffee??? Coctails were not that good also.
I was reading reviews after booking the hotel, and was a little scared with the comments saying that the walls are thick and there is no soundproof. But when we were there, most guests were older people so I guess we were lucky and had a quite stay, even though in the mornings you could hear staff slaming the doors and loud talking.
Location was not too bad, it was like 5-7min to the beach.
So over all it was an OK, but if we are ever back in Magaluf, we would not pick this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the HSM Don Juan Hotel and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was greeted with a warm and modern atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The rooms, while a bit on the outdated side, were spotless thanks to the amazing housekeeping staff who really went above and beyond. The food selection was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of delicious, well-cooked dishes every day. The restaurant staff was also super friendly and attentive. One thing to note is that drinks in the evening aren’t included, but they were very reasonably priced, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

We had a great time at HSM Don Juan. The food was solid for a 3 star hotel. During the day, there were fun organized games like darts, airgun shooting. In the evenings, there were events such as bingo, disco nights... The staff was excellent. It is well-coordinated team that did their job professionally and with a smile. The rooms aren't very big but were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Magaluf with free parking always available. During our stay most of the guests were older visitors from France...Only downside, breakfast could start an hour earlier.

Came here for our girls holiday, honestly was perfect for us considering the price. Amazing location for those on girls or lads holidays, literally 3 mins from the shops, 5 to the beach and 10 to the strip! Would definitely recommend for young adults, maybe not for families.
Food was basic but did the job! Lots of options to choose from.
The rooms were very outdated, but for the price we paid we couldn’t complain. Rooms were also spotlessly clean, so that was really good.
The only thing that bothered us was the fact that there was no fridge!
Yes it does get pretty noisy due to the walls being thin, and the amount of teens playing music, but due to their quiet time policies its stops quite early.
Staff in the restaurant were all so lovely, efficient and really made our stay!
Would definitely come back.

Great value for the money! The hotel looks a bit better in pictures than in real life, think Instagram vs. reality. The rooms are a little dated, but super clean, so no complaints there. Soundproofing could definitely use some help (hope your neighbors don’t snore!). But the location makes up for it just a short walk to the beach and loads of restaurants nearby.
