Got back last week after a 7 day stay here. Family of four and we all had great relaxing time. Soon as reach resort greeted with smiles all round. Agapi who works at main restaurant was amazing with my kids that my smallest kid only wanted to eat at that restaurant so she can see her. Lucy and ruby at the kids club are fantastic. As the kids had great time we as a couple could just relax. Waterpark was well staff as well. Definitely see me and family going back.

We recently celebrated my 40th birthday at Stella Palace with my family and our friends' family, and it was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel has a great atmosphere and is perfect for a group getaway. The kids, and the adults, loved the impressive water park. While the double tube floats were in short supply at times, it didn't stop us from having a blast.
The dining was very good. The main dining room had a good variety of food, and the clear allergy signs on each dish made it easy for everyone to find something delicious and safe to eat.
What really stood out was the incredible service from all the staff. They were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The pool food staff were particularly great, handling a special food order for us with a smile.
Stella Palace was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday. We all had an unforgettable time, thanks to the wonderful staff, good food, and fun amenities.

The vacation was very enjoyable for us but there was something that ruined it and if I thought of returning to you again in the future, I am now considering it. On the day of the flight back to our country there was a problem with the plane and finally the flight was canceled and we had to find a place to sleep for a few hours until the morning. We were sure that returning to you for another night was a safe and familiar place and so without thinking twice we took a taxi and arrived at the hotel. Mrs. Eliana greeted us and was so unhelpful and unkind, we explained to her the whole situation that we needed a room for a few hours, we have a two-month-old baby and she was completely indifferent to the situation and all she was interested in was charging the full amount for the room without considering the situation. As guests who stayed at your hotel for 8 nights, we expected inclusion and consideration and it was simply disappointing.

Returned to vacation at Stella Palace after two years, the vacation as usual was perfect, we arrived 3 families with children who were in the water park all day. Always treats of ice cream and soft drinks around the pool. The dining room is large and luxurious, there is plenty to eat for everyone from adults to children. The water park is huge and there are facilities for everyone. The service from the reception staff and dining room staff was amazing! Always with a smile. Rooms always clean. (25 minute drive from the airport to the hotel). Many thanks to the Stella team for a perfect vacation..

We had a wonderful stay at Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort! The staff were always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The facilities are excellent, and the food is of very high quality, special mention to the Elia and Almyra restaurants, which were outstanding. The water park is fantastic, with plenty of attractions for both kids and adults. Personally, I love coming in August, since the kids can fully enjoy their summer vacation.
Highly recommended for families looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and great hospitality!
