The hotel is very good. Great location - close to the airport (7min car ride), close to the beach (gorgeous beach is just on your doorstep). I thought the airplanes sound would disturb too much, but it wasn’t. There are 3 pools - 1.10m, 1.50m, 2.20m. Unfortunately, none of them were heated, and sometimes it was too chilly for me to swim there. However, the kids enjoyed. You had to get up early to get a sunbed. There were some great spots in the shade to take a nap after lunch. Food was ok, breakfasts were a bit the same, but everything you needed. Free Parker g available for the guests, which was very convenient for when renting a car. A great renting service is very close.
Overall, a good place to have a holiday with kids, but with those who are comfortable swimming on their own.

Only back with my family from Sol Lanzarote and I have to say after reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried. Stayed there with my wife and 3 years old and we absolutely had an amazing time. It's our first time in Lanzarote and we've been in many 5 stars hotels I have to say for us this is a budget cheap all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect much but we were surprised by the the standard and hospitality. The staff were amazing and friendly working so hard to make sure you were looked after, housekeeping was amazing, shout out to Maria at the entertainment bar was always smiling happy to serve everyone with a big smile on her face, my daughter had the best time at the mini disco with the animation team, the only thing after 10 day's there the food is kind of the same and we wanted a bit of difference so we just went out for a change. I see a lot off bad comments in here and people giving out about everything I wanted to say this is a cheap budget all inclusive hotel and we got what we payed for. overall we had amazing holiday full of fun and we will definitely visit again. Thanks again to all the hard working staff you doing amazing work👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🙌🏼

Just arrived home from this hotel with my two young granddaughters. It was everything I expected, the hotel staff & entertainment team was fabulous and friendly. The food was great for AI. My only complaint here would be the children's section was the same every evening, but, that is just my opinion! The family rooms were great and spacious, towels changed daily if required.
My only major complaint would be other guests - they reserved sunbeds around the children's pool were there are the least beds, for hours on end unattended. This is rude and disrespectful to other guests with small children. This needs to be addressed by the management.
All round fabulous holiday and I would definitely return.

VERY HARD BEDS. We just returned home from 1 week at Sol Lanzarote. The mattresses in the room were very hard and difficult to sleep comfortably. Woke to severe back and hip pain. The hotel is otherwise a very lovely hotel. Loved the decor of the room and hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive to their guests. The food selection was wonderful, we enjoyed all of our meals. I would love to return again and again IF new mattresses were installed in the guest rooms. Lovely pool and lounge area, again staff are wonderful keeping great care. The Ballywood show and poolside festival show were spectacular!

We paid to upgrade to the Sol XTRA sea view suite as I had work meetings to attend while away. Unfortunately the high speed internet did not work in the room with patchy wifi you have to reconnect to every 3 minutes all round the resort. When informing hotel staff they said ‘we’ll call the provider’. It never resolved.
The suite itself was basic with a mini fridge and microwave which was useful for us travelling with a 5 month old. That said, the large super king bed was probably the only thing that constituted the title of ‘suite’. The complimentary mini bar included in the upgrade consisted of cans of soda and 2 small juice cartons which could be obtained from the bar at any time anyway. The terrace as advertised on the website was in fact just a balcony as with the standard rooms no room for loungers. Bathroom no different to a standard room. During our stay there was unfortunately some kind of construction going on underneath us which made afternoon nap time difficult for our little one.
If I was to stay again, I would not upgrade to a suite as the amenities it comes with are basically a robe and flip flops. It is the exact same as a family room which is much better value for money.
The location of the hotel on the other hand was superb with access directly to the boardwalk and beach. Couldn’t fault this!
The massages are amazing! Definitely book one if you’re to stay.
Checkout was quite stressful. When we arrived we requested a late check out (as breastfeeding a newborn and nap time) was going to be difficult without. We were happy to pay the fee. Unfortunately on the day of check out we were told late check out was not possible and no private spaces (even just an office) were available for me to breastfeed my baby. We sat in the lobby most of the day which didn’t seem to have air conditioning and thus our little one was quite hot and bothered and had to be stripped to a nappy.
Food was ok, but again not 4* quality. Resort itself family friendly.
Overall the location makes this place a 3* for us.
