I've given 5 stars to match the price of the hotel. Obviously you get what you pay for and this hotel isn't expensive relatively speaking for an all inclusive. So it's 5 stars for what you pay, don't expect to have your mind blown but they perform at their level well. The food is decent and tasty, it's not unbelievable, but I've paid more at all inclusive hotels and had worse. The staff work incredibly hard and are the real selling point of the hotel imo, they are extremely efficient attentive. Special mention for the guy Danilo on the main bar of an evening, he is a wizard. He never stops and is fast and calm at the same time. Also the lady Maria who works that bar does a very good job. All in all a very enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Lovely hotel, very big rooms with big balcony’s . The location was a minute walk to beach from the back entrance and shops, main town was 15min on a scooter but taxis were only €5-6 to get there. Very clean and friendly staff. Big variety of food for dinner and lunch , always enjoyed the food and snack bar was amazing. Went in Jan there was entertainment every day regardless of the weather. Staff was even cleaning windows in reception. One heated pool which was very nice and warm especially when it wasn’t that warm. Overall 10/10 lovely hotel would come back again :)

Hotel is decent, rooms are good and clean. However Most of the buffet consists of the same fish dishes every day, and the chicken and pork are so poorly cooked and unappetising I honestly wouldn’t even feed them to my dog. It’s not just unpleasant — it’s unacceptable for a resort advertised as five-star.
I’m gluten free and they provided gluten free breads at breakfast. All allergens were labelled. breakfast - half decent, lived off chips at lunch and went out for dinner every day. To spend £1300 for 2 people for 6 days and to still have to pay for dinner each night just to have a decent meal is a bit crazy.
Also the water is FREEZING. Like painfull freezing there is no way the water is at a regulated temperature at all and it seems to be the same across the whole island so be prepared. Hardly anyone was in the water at all.
That said, rooms are lovely and so are staff and it’s a very good location. Entertainment is great and all wine beer and soft drinks are help yourself all day long

Unbeatable location, but the 4-star experience is missing in the details
The absolute highlight of this hotel is its breathtaking location. Being just steps away from the sea and the stunning promenade is a true dream and, for me, this factor outweighs the flaws. I would still recommend it to friends, but with a few important "buts."
The Positives
The staff is wonderful—very kind, hardworking, and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms are surprisingly large, which is a big plus for comfort. The pool area is well-kept, and the animation team does a great job keeping both kids and adults entertained.
The “factory” Feel
However, with hundreds of guests, the hotel feels a bit like a "factory" where any personal touch is lost. While the main areas are fine, the overall care for the building is lagging. Even a blind person would notice the aging infrastructure—old elevators, narrow corridors, and poor signage that makes finding your room a maze the first time. The common areas and bars are often overcrowded and reach capacity very quickly.
The Coffee & Dining
One major disappointment was the breakfast. Serving low-quality instant coffee from a machine is a significant fail for a 4-star establishment. It feels like a massive cost-cutting measure that doesn't belong in this category. The food selection is decent but repetitive—it won’t offend you, but it won’t "wow" you either. Similarly, the cocktails at the bar are mostly over-sweetened syrups rather than a quality drink you’d enjoy.
Fitness & Kids
The "kids' playroom" is more of a joke than a real facility. As for the gym, it’s not the worst, but it’s puzzling why a hotel of this size doesn't have a modern, perfectly equipped fitness center for active guests. I also missed having some basic outdoor equipment, like pull-up bars, near the playground.
Verdict
You are primarily paying for the exceptional location and the spacious rooms. If you can overlook the aging details and the mass-market catering, the sea breeze and the friendly staff will still make for a great holiday. But the management needs to start paying attention to the details to truly earn those four stars.

Just came back from 9 nights all inclusive holidays. Hotel is OKish but its not solid 4 stars though. Rooms are outdated and in need of refurbishment. There were signs of dump and smell in our room (1230). On top of that we've seen cocroaches in our room and communal area...
Most of the staff is working hard and enthusiastic I have to say. Rooms cleaned daily and if you need extra towels, water, pillows etc you just use hotels app.
Food was OK but rather basic and repetitive. Drinks not very strong and sweat. All what you can expect from average all inclusive resort.
Tried to use hotels pool on one occasion but pool which is apparently heated was very cold and ended up just relaxing next to it. I have to say during our stay only people using it were aquarobic enthusiasts.
I dont think we will be rushing back....
