We had a fantastic 8 night stay with four kids in a family suit all-inclusive. The hotel is spotlessly clean; we had our room cleaned to a high standard every day, and all communal areas are constantly being cleaned throughout the day. The food options are fantastic in both restaurants - you would be hard pushed not to find something suitable, although that said, staff can be slow to replenish during peak dinner times. The snacks available at the pool bars (free for all-inclusive) were really good quality burgers, salads, sanwiches, chicken wings etc. along with ice creams and slushies. Contrary to reports, we found the pools (at least one in each of the main areas in both sites, and we were not Royal Level) were heated and our kids were in them all day. The good weather all week was likely a factor in the temperature being agreeable. The entertainment across both sites at night time is fantastic, from acrobatics to magic to South African soul singers - really something for everyone, and high calibre/professional. We were surprised the all-inclusive wasn't just local spirits; they were fantastic choices available. The family suite, although spacious, could do with a door between the main bedroom and nook where bunk beds are located - all that's there at the minute is a strange blind/curtain, which doesn't afford much privacy. Yes, it's a 30 minute or so walk into Costa Teguise, but it is a beautiful coastal walk, and to be honest, we struggled to leave the resort as we are all very happy relaxing and using the facilities. Another big plus: only 15 minutes in a cab from the airport. There's a local shop on site which is fairly reasonable, and a Eurospar and Lidl within a 15 minute walk. All in all, a fantastic family holiday - would fully recommend.

Booked a double room with sea view. Firstly the view was great and the size of the balcony and how private it is was fabulous. The beds however need attention, 2 3 foot beds pushed together on wheels meant they rolled apart very easily amd its not ideal for a couple to sleep together. We ended up pulling them apart as we fell on the floor twice.
The food wasnt the best for me, dinner was samey every night, I found i was eating pizza and salad most nights. Most of the meats were bland dry or fatty. I struggled to make a meal out of the display. The hotel itself is about 2.5 miles from the centre of tequise. Its quite remote although handy there's a supermarket and bus stop across the road.
The pool areas are massive and you wouldn't struggle to get a bed plus it was pleasing on the eye.
The pool bar is the worst part of the hotel. We wete all inclusive so if fancied a snack when the restaurant buffet closed, you had choice of pre packed salads, burgers, chicken nuggets etc amd these were all cold and dry. Not edible at all. The only upside were the ability to get a drink. I did hear from another that ice cream was limited with the all inclusive which ive never heard of before when ive stayed AI. Also the restaurants outside the buffet were payable, again ive never come across that before. AI should mean exactly that.
I probably wouldn't stay here again given all the negatives which is a shame. The place looks nice with its decor but it just falls short on so msny things I like to have.

Overall, a great experience.
The hotel is about 3 kilometers south of the town and there's a lovely coastal path to walk or jogg along.
It's a great location with seaviews and the ambience is relaxed and calming.
The rooms, gym, dining room and food met our expectations.
I've no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
We needed some help during our stay and it's best to speak directly with the guest experience team. They were superb.
The only reason this is a 4-star review is because the toilet facilities adjacent to the restaurant, specifically para los hombres, need to be renovated.

Very nice place, would definitely come back again, the only issue was that the A/C in our room wasn't working but luckily we came here in February so wasn't too bad. Also, when booking this hotel, it said there is a heated pool which was a big factor in our decision making but when we arrived it turned out that there is the normal hotel and the royal part and the heated pools are for royal hotel guests only which was not written anywhere in the hotel's description so a bit of disinformation there. The information provided at the hotel was also very minimal, we had to figure everything out on our own, eg. where are the restaurants, which ones are included and which ones do we need to pay extra for, where do we get the pool towels from or what time is the checkout cut-off as that was not provided anywhere either so it could all be better if such basic information was easily available and provided in advance rather than having to figure everything out on our own or be asking the reception about everything.
Overall, very nice, clean hotel, food wasn't too bad either. Some of the people working at the hotel were really great too

I was unsure about booking here having read variable reviews but wow I’m so glad I did! Absolutely loved the place. I travelled solo and requested a room in the main building (playa side) after booking direct. Room was huge, nice and clean, spacious balcony. The beds are honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in on holiday. Staff are all super friendly. The gym and Olympic pool are incredible. I found dinner a bit repetitive but I believe this is standard in such big hotels, the choices were huge though. Evening entertainment was great too. My only slight annoyance is the sliding wardrobes are very loud and you can hear the neighbours ones through walls so if you’re a light sleeper take earplugs. It’s about a 25 min walk to centre of Costa Teguise but all along the seafront so lovely. For the price I paid and what I got for it, I would 100% recommend and I think I’ll come back next year!
