Lovely friendly staff, grounds are nicely planted and maintained. Buffet breakfast with an egg station, all you need for a wide choice of foodstuffs. Very close to the centre of Costa Teguise with its many bars and restaurants. We had a junior suite which is very large and well decorated. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels replaced. Pool area is large with plenty of beds and parasols, only downside is that bed reserving although not allowed is not enforced.

This is a great example of how to do hospitality and consistency without being fussy.
The location is good, plenty of places to visit, trails, beaches, shops, restaurants, and other conveniences all within walking distance.
The staff were, warm, welcoming, and accommodating in a way I’ve never experienced at a hotel before.
The rooms were clean, spacious, well laid out, had decent WiFi! They were comfortable and just what you need as a space to have when staying away from home.
The pool (heated) was also clean, had plenty of beds, good sun exposure, or shade where required.
Food was consistent, and pretty tasty, and the drinks were strong. There’s also an onsite gym.
I’d visit again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the island.

A delightful oasis in a busy little town.
Rooms clean comfortable with supportive mattresses . We slept very well.

Whilst it does not provide full board a poolside cafe does an excellent plentiful salad ( fries for children or adults). Although limited gluten free at lunchtime.
Local Spar supermarket and local restaurant can fill in the gap IF required.
Would recommend if a restful holiday is desired, certainly a great winter break.

Decent hotel apartments. We opted for half-board. The breakfast options were very good. Evening meal was ok and good value for the price we paid. Not the best but overall we were very pleased.

We stayed at Oasis Lanz Beach Mate for a week with friends and had a fantastic experience — we’ll definitely be returning.
The rooms were spotless and modern, cleaned every day, and the whole hotel is maintained to an immaculate standard. The pool area is lovely and very well kept.
Breakfast was excellent — sitting outside by the pool on the round tables with comfortable chairs, enjoying coffee in the morning sun, felt genuinely great. Dinner was also excellent, with very good quality food and different choices each evening.
The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Reception were always polite and welcoming, and the restaurant and housekeeping teams were extremely attentive and professional at all times. You can tell the hotel is very well run.
Great location in Costa Teguise and only around 30 minutes from the airport, which makes arrival and departure very easy.
