Family holiday with two grandchildren (7 months and 3 yrs). Great location for beach, shops, coastal path (with lots of children's play areas). The hotel was cleverly laid out with rooms surrounding two large swimming pools; one pool larger and the other catering more for children. Family rooms were large, comfortable, clean, and well serviced, each with a terrace overlooking the pool area. To a large extent, we were B&B as evening meals did not start until 7.00pm, which was too late for the kiddies. Breakfast was great. We were concerned before we arrived that there had been reports of loud noise from construction work - that was not an issue at all. Finally, but perhaps the most important, the staff were great. All in all, a lovely holiday!

Absolutely adored this hotel. Perfect for couples. Room, food and location all were fabulous. Will be back later in the year. Sorry can't show off the hotel room as the photos all have my husband and I in them. But we booked the suite and it was well worth it, photos I shared are the view of the beautiful pool from our suite.

Excellent rooms and service. The breakfast was the best ever. It was all you can eat, no limits, so much choice and so fresh and well cooked. Evening meal cost just £16 per person, it was all you could eat, no limits, different themes every day. Excellent is all I can say.

The complex is made up of one and two storey buildings in a figure 8 design around the two pools. With the pool bar and restaurant on the east side of the complex. The 2nd storey room I had was a good size with a very comfortable bed and sea view from the balcony. The bathroom was roomy too, with a large shower, and powerful spray,
though it did take a minute to warm up. Breakfast and dinner were both buffet style. Breakfast was the same options each day, while the evening meal changed each night with an outside grill for steak and chicken etc. All the staff were great whether it was those cleaning the room, waiting in the restaurant or at the desk.

We stayed here for 14 nights over Christmas and New Year and had a lovely time here. The sun shone every day!
There is work going on around some parts of the hotel but it wasn't that intrusive although it doesn't look very scenic from the main street.
The hotel is situated just off the main thoroughfare of Costa Teguise and within walking distance of beaches and restaurants.
The grounds are well maintained and clean.
The rooms are clean and very spacious, walk in shower and plenty of storage space. Shower pressure could be better but maybe that's because I am used to a power shower at home.
The dining room is quite busy at breakfast times but there is plenty of food, buffet style. If you are on half board the dinner in the evening is less crowded and the food is still buffet style with different choices. We found the food at dinner was generally good but had two evenings when it wasn't so great.
There are two, very clean swimming pools. Both saline with one heated. My main gripe is the amount of people who put towels on the beds then don't use them for hours, leaving them unoccupied. There were even beds with towels on at 07.30hrs! The people doing this were not Germans either. This should not be allowed.
The hotel was very quiet at night and the king sized beds were very comfortable. There is a kettle in each room tea bags and coffe and a small fridge for water, beer or wine.
Overall we found the hotel very good and all of the staff very pleasant and helpful. The dining room staff were exceptionally hard working and lovely.
We would recommend this small hotel if you do not like being in a big built up one.
