What a beautiful Hotel, as centrally located as can be really. We found the staff here (all the staff) to be AMAZING!!!! Cannot praise them enough, from advice for places to go, to the buckets of ice from the pool bar, all very friendly and happy to help with anything requested. Some of them even had a sense of humour to keep you on your toes! Unfortunately, there has been some building work going on, but I can't say this really hammered our holiday some days it was a bit noisy but that's just the way of things. We have had a great stay (made better by all the amazing staff) and would/will definitely return. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach, and bars, restaurants, cafes galore within steps of the entrance. The x2 swimming pools were well cared for, with a lifeguard constantly tidying and rearranging the loungers as required. They also did not let anyone claim a lounger and leave for the day ( i thought this was a nice touch ), so there was a constant flow of people around for as long as they wanted. Brilliant!!

Had a weeks holiday Oct 25. Would recommend this hotel . Staff very friendly , food was good with wide range . Rooms very comfortable and clean . 2 nice heated pools with plenty of sun beds . They do have a policy to stop people putting their towels on the sun bed and leaving for hours which is fair enough . Gym sufficient for what we wanted . Prices for food and drinks reasonable. Good location for local r restaurants and beach .

Sadly this isn't the Oasis Lanz we previously stayed at. There were issues with cockroaches in our room (114) which were raised and a "deep clean" done but it didn't solve the problem and when I again raised it when we checked out the response was "it's hot". A deep clean however doesn't include the tables or worktops which were dirty and sticky throughout our stay. I don't understand that hot pool/cold pool philosophy, we had to use beds by the hot pool for a couple of days as the "no towels on sunbeds" policy wasn't being upheld and ended up which chest infections during the second week and unable to leave our room for 3 days. Holidays are supposed to be relaxing but this one wasn't, I really don't think this Hotel is 4 star anymore which is really sad as the last time we stayed it was excellent.

Unintentionally posted one star last week for this place but this is my correct view, the hotel is very good with lovely staff who make sure everything is perfect for you, location is perfect for bars and cafes and a short walk to the beach. Staying bed and breakfast and there's a great choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend coming here, we will be back.

On arriving to reception we were greeted with a choice of cava or flavoured water. Check in was 3pm we arrived early so had to wait until a room was free. Although the wait we could securely leave our luggage in a room and use all the facilities. It's a great hotel with a good gym, heated outdoor swimming pools, plenty of sun loungers, it is great for a quite hoilday or break no loud music around the pool areas so great if your a reader. They also have nice comfy sofas near the pool area just outside the main restaurant area. Also has a great bar with premium drinks on offer, they serve food from there pizzas, wraps, sandwiches burgers etc. The staff are very nice friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the main restaurant was great plenty of choice including full English type breakfast and continental breakfast also included is Champagne! They also do half board. We did try the evening restaurant there once but wasn't very impressed although the quality of the food was good. Every area of the hotel the rooms, restaurant, toilets, pool, where kept very clean with well kept gardens. The rooms are excellent we had a junior suit with a large bed, tv with a few English channels not many. Lovely sized balcony with 2 chairs and table overlooking the pool area, also has a pull out washing line. It does though only has a small fridge no freezer. A huge walk in shower separate toilet. Plenty of wardrobe space with draws for your clothes. Safe is also included in the room. There is no entertainment here at this hotel But literally just across the road from the hotel are loads of bars, restaurants shops, and nearly every other bar restaurant has live music every night And all do great cocktails. So plenty of entertainment. The beach is a 10 min walk depends how fast you walk.
