The staff are lovely at the hotel and the breakfast had a great choice and the location is very central and 2 minutes to the beach but the hotel is in bad need of a refurbishment, especially the pool view rooms. Our room had a bad smell and the beds sank in the middle, the AC was noisy and didnt actually cool the room, thankfully we could leave the balcony door open. The gym also needs upgrading, it is very small with most of the weights missing, but great location if you want to go for a run. Sadly I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

On arrival we were told we'd been upgraded to a sea view room! Great we thought until we realised it was a down grade, everyone with a pool view got sun on the balcony and could sit and watch what was going on our balcony was too cold to sit out!
The rest of the hotel was fabulous the food was great the drinks were large and we've never met such friendlier staff they really did make the holiday!
What we can't understand though is why is there a horrible metal side cabinets? They need replacing immediately!

Came here with my family in November. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We had all inclusive which was so worth it. The food was delicious one of the best buffets I have had. Amazing staff especially Eduardo, Abdul and Chema looked after us at all times and even remembered our drinks orders . The rooms were very nice. There is an access to the hotel straight from the hotel which makes it super easy. Would recommend this to anyone .

Hotel is In a great location, minutes walk to the beach, square, shops etc, staff are really friendly and helpful, let down by the room though. Don't get me wrong, room had everything in it but was looking tired, only 4 sockets in whole room none of which were in or near the kitchen area, there was an under counter fridge and microwave/grill, toaster and a kettle. We were b&b and have to say breakfast was very tasty with loads of choice, fresh and hot, ohh, water pressure or lack of it, depending on what time of morning you go for a shower, try and make tea or do anything that requires water, you might or might not get any, we had an occasion where wife was soaked and hair lathered up and water dried up to a trickle, must be a time when lots of folks are trying to do the same. Last grumble, but again a personal one, when laying by the pool I like to relax, read, listen to my music, unfortunately for me, there was poolside entertainment and music playing that drowned my tranquility, I grumbled under my breath but there were loads others that were happily joining in and having fun, would I go back? Prob not, it's not a slur on the hotel, we had a ball in Lanzarote and were looked after but time to try another island.

Just returned from THB yesterday, I was surprised at how good it was considering some reviews. The food was very good and plenty of it. We were upgraded to a superior room and it was also very good. The location was ideal for the bars etc just across the road. Yes, there was renovation work being carried out but that did not bother us as we went out every day. The most praise I must give though is for the staff. The bar staff, dining room staff, cleaning staff and reception staff were all very pleasant and seemed genuinely happy in their work. They were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay and could not fault it. Would come back again. Loved it.
