We stayed here for two weeks in August 2025. While the staff here was fantastic, I have to give the room a zero rating.
There was kettle in the room, but no tea, coffee, or milk. We were told to get it from the restaurant. At the restaurant we were given about half a plastic cup of milk. Open cup of milk doesn’t last long in the fridge, especially when the power switches off every time we leave the room. We eventually just bought a carton of milk.
There were two single beds in a double room with a wooden floor. The beds were so light; they would slide with any movement like tossing and turning. This often created a wedge between beds, sometimes so big you could fall off the bed. I fell off once, no injury.
There wasn’t a table in the room that I could use for my laptop. There was a table in the lounge, but not high enough. I ended up using the bed.
There was very little storage space. The rail to hang the clothes was across the mirror and space for toiletry stuff. The rail was so low that it would just cover things up. We didn’t use the rail at all, and most of our clothes just stayed in the case. The space you would use for toiletries has a large gap at the back, about 6cm wide, where things could fall off and no way to retrieve it.
There was no shaving mirror in the bathroom, not ideal when the mirror is about half a meter away from where you’d normally stand.
The base of the shower does not have an anti-slip surface. This becomes a slip hazard when there is any soap used. I slipped twice, but managed to regain control, no injury.

We have just stayed at this hotel for ten days - staff were lovely, room was nice and great location. It was a very busy hotel but to be expected with school holidays. The room was cleaned every day, food was decent but would say things weren’t labelled correctly - coming from a fussy eater, it was proved difficult as food tags either weren’t there or in the wrong place. The air con in the room wasn’t great either, had to have balcony door open to let the breeze in, however our sea view room was great and we got a free upgrade on arrival! Overall; i would come back even with the minor issues.

We had such a wonderful time here! Staff were all so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel and the room were really nice, exactly how it looks in the pictures. The food was amazing. The location was perfect just metres from the centre of it all but we still never heard a peep at night. Great experience from start to finish can’t fault the place!

Nice hotel, in a convenient location, lots of building work going on which was loud,
Food is below average and wouldn't recommend getting half board or all inclusive because I think you'll find you'd rather pay to eat out. Repetitive and not good quality,
Also they advertise a late breakfast yet when we went to the pool bar to have this (after paying for half board - so breakfast is included) they charged us €30!!! for the breakfast because it was served in the pool bar after 1030 instead of the room downstairs before 1030, same average food and down €30, had we have known you had to pay for the nicety of having a later breakfast we honestly wouldn't have bothered. They could put a sign somewhere to tell you your about to be done out of your money. When I spoke to reception they said they can't do anything because the pool bar breakfast is for all inclusive only, so don't be caught out like us and ripped off
Kettle in room but no tea/coffee/spoons, had to buy my own coffee and stir it with my toothbrush
Staff were nice but I wont come back

Has mugs in the room but no tea or coffee packets. Rooms are cleaned at an inconvenient time roughly when people get ready to go out for excursions. Food can be quite cold and repetitive.
Staff are absolutely lovely and polite.
Great location although can be very very windy.
I thought the pool was very cold and was under the impression it was heated.
Had a lovely time nonetheless! 👍🏻
This could be a 5 star hotel with minor adjustments.
