Has mugs in the room but no tea or coffee packets. Rooms are cleaned at an inconvenient time roughly when people get ready to go out for excursions. Food can be quite cold and repetitive. Staff are absolutely lovely and polite. Great location although can be very very windy. I thought the pool was very cold and was under the impression it was heated. Had a lovely time nonetheless! 👍🏻 This could be a 5 star hotel with minor adjustments.

This hotel is in a fabulous location close to beaches, shops and bars. The staff are very helpful. I didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food but there are really good restaurants nearby. When I checked in all the people in front of me were given room upgrades to sea view. I was told I couldn't have a room upgrade as I was there too long (a week) so I asked for a sunny balcony. I was allocated room 4104 N. Ground floor overlooking the pool with a big terrace accessible by people walking past. The terrace only had evening sun but I just spent time on the many beaches or by the pool. Unfortunately the room was very noisy. It was above a kitchen, next to the maid's cupboard and by a stairwell. The kitchen noise started at 6.30am each morning. The maids were shortly after and the terrace was cleaned by a cleaning machine about 7.30 each morning. I didn't bother to ask to be moved because check in had given me the impression there was no other option. The fridge was grubby. The rest of the room was clean. The entertainment was good. It was my first time abroad as a solo traveller and I felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel and in the area. Overall I had a good stay at THB Lanzarote Beach. I would definitely stay here again but I'd ask for a quiet room!

Let’s start by the positives first, that hotel is on a great location. Only 15min drive from the airport, and easy drive to any side of the island from it. Quiet location, close to the beach. We’ve had breakfast included, and it is a great addition to the price. Various choices of foods! Whilst I know that “you get what you pay for”, this by no means should be an excuse for having to sleep with bugs in the rooms. We were there for 4 nights, every night on our coming back into the hotel room upon turning the lights on the bugs would be running and hiding behind the fridge or under the bed. With the last night waking up on one of it in our bed. It is gross and disgusting, and I being told that they can’t do nothing about it that the island has them all around! I by no means like to leave negative reviews, or make drama out of it, but hygiene comes first, no matter the price. It is a 4* hotel but the rooms say otherwise. A bit outdated and needing a refurbishment.

Lovely hotel, 3rd time visiting. First visit since change to THB and not disappointed. Stayed in newly refurbished room with excellent facilities and lovely sea view. AI menu and meals are fabulous (as long as you don't want fish & chips and curries!) Lots of choice and all food very fresh and tasty. Great location and lots of choice for food and drink around if that's what you prefer. Definitely recommend for a stress free sunny holiday 😎

5 Stars – Incredible Stay Thanks to the Amazing Staff! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I can’t say enough good things about our stay at THB Hotel in Lanzarote. The location was stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was fresh with plenty of variety — but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. The service staff are the absolute best — warm, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make sure we were happy and relaxed. From reception to the bar and restaurant team, every interaction felt genuine and kind. It's rare to find such consistently excellent service. The daytime entertainment programme was another highlight, thanks to Rosemary, who brought such great energy and fun to every activity. We took part in air rifle tournaments, darts, and beach bowling — it was so much fun and really added to the overall experience. We honestly didn’t want to leave, and we’ll definitely be returning. It’s an amazing hotel that knows how to make you feel at home while delivering a proper holiday experience. Highly recommend!
