Got thief in staff !!! Just came back..Very nice hotel but…room service is not the best. Our room wasn’t clean for 3 days left with rubbish with baby nappies (called reception and ask to remove them but no one came ) and ashtray left for 8 days. After room cleaning I noticed that 2 of my cigarettes was gone…had only 4 left so easy to see. Didn’t say nothing to the reception as I wanted to make sure… my toddlers sandals was stolen. She did not wear them as she rather other shoes so only when I was packing I noticed they not there. Was waiting to come back home to be sure I took them with. And yes…they not at home so 200% they were stolen. Food not the best. Proper Meat very hard to find… cheese vegetables and yogurt mostly. Childrens pool area wasn’t clean at all, kids club with two girls seating and do nothing. Nice kids disco tho. Hotel itself is really nice, lovely pools and rooms. But if your belongings are not safe and rubbish not taken that’s not the hotel to recommend and go back to.

We visited with nine people, including three children, at the beginning of May. The staff were very friendly, and the food was good for an all-inclusive resort. The rooms were comfortable and had an amazing view. However, we did not like the drinks very much. Most of them were based on the same sugary juices, and the cocktails contained a homeopathic dose of alcohol. On the positive side, there were no drunk guests in the hotel! The hotel is child-friendly, but the marble stairs and unprotected pool require constant supervision for the youngest children. The outside of the hotel is great, but during bad weather, staying inside can feel a bit like being in the waiting area of an airport. The beach is easily accessible, but unfortunately, it is a bit too rocky for swimming. Additionally, there is a great animation team that takes great effort in organizing various types of entertainment for guests. However, personally, I do not enjoy the hard music played at the pool. Fortunately, guests can always go to the other pool, which is quieter and more relaxing. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend a visit.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend from the 16th to the 23rd September. We had booked up a standard room with inland view, but on arrival they kindly gave as a seaview, which we were very grateful for. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the pillows nice and plump. I often worry about going all inclusive as I am a extremely fussy vegetarian, but there was something for me every day for lunch and dinner. I am a chef by trade, and can be quite critical with food, but I had no problems here. The rhum babas with blackberry were simply lush. I ate 5 of them. Yes I am a pig 🐖 . I wish I had asked for the recipe. We also tried the Italian and Asian restaurants. Both were amazing. I was presented with a birthday cake in the Italian one, which was really nice I have now had to edit my review. I won't change my star rating, but you need to get rid of Kostas. He sent me disturbing messages He was quiet and shy while I was there, but the messages I was sent just shows how quickly he can change. I havel posted them on your Facebook page

There was a lot to love about this hotel but there were also some things that could definitely use some work. I would agree that the facilities and front of house service was five star but there were quite a few problems. Firstly the beach, the property is advertised as on the beach which indeed it is after you cross one road but the beach was very very small, even when the tide was out there really wasn't much sand and the sand is not so much sand as tiny pebbles and shells so it's not the best to walk on. At the time we were there the beach also had an awful lot of seaweed and didn't smell great. Not the hotels fault really but the photos of the beach are a little misleading. I went with my mum and we each had a sea view bungalow and the rooms were lovely. The bed was comfortable, cute balcony and very close to the smaller pool that was dedicated to the the people staying in the bugalows. I would definitely recommend these rooms. The cleaning service in the room was abysmal. It seems to both my mum and I that the cleaner mopped the floor and made the bed and that was it. I don't think the bathroom was touched the entire time as the dirty suds from the pool/beach were never cleaned away and the toothpaste in my sink, in the end I was cleaning the bathroom myself. I broke a glass while I was there and reported it and the tiny shards of glass were on the floor and on my bed side table for three days, which isn't ideal when you often walk around with bare feet. The pools were saltwater but they were also really nice, plenty of sun beds at the time we went. You aren't allowed to reserve a sun bed before 9am (they would remove your towels if you did) which was great and made sure there was plenty for everyone. Even the small pool was a good size and you were allowed to float around on inflatables if you wished. One thing I should mention however is there was something in the water that was turning our bathing suits yellow. All the inside of our bathing suits were yellow and if the outside had any white that too would be yellow. I tried washing mine in the shower with soap after every dip but unfortunately it wouldn't come out. Our inflatables had white nets on them and they too were stained yellow. I'm not sure what was in the pool to make this happen but it definitely needs to be looked into. The food was on the whole very good. A lot of pork is used but everything is always being cooked fresh in the buffet. The food can become a little repetitive in the buffet and I guess that's what the extra fancy restaurants are for to break that up. Be aware that the nicer restaurants need to be booked so make sure you book them all on your first day. We did this and still we ended up with all three in a row at the end of our trip which was not our preference because as I mentioned we would like to have broken up the buffet visits a little. The smaller pool has a souvlaki station open all day which is amazing and you can also get popcorn there. The larger pool has a creperie station that runs all day and until midnight where you can get sweet or savoury crepes which is amazing. This bar also has lots of desserts and ice cream all day as well. The three fancy restaurants are Italian, Asian and Greek and everything we ate in all these restaurants was delicious. The entertainment was one of the main things that I think let the hotel down. The entertainment team were lovely and during the day provided everyone with pool games and recreational games but the evening entertainment was not good. The first show that we saw actually made my mum and I a little uneasy because it was glorifying violence, the first skit especially violence against women but the whole "variety" show was just many very inappropriate different "comedy" sketches which were aggressive and inappropriate. My mum and I were not the only ones to think this, I spoke to many other guests who agreed. Never was a company brought in, the entertainment was awful and very disappointing.

You will get here exactly what you paid for. Located right on the beach, which is not too bad - bit rocky, but you can still enjoy waves and swimming. Pools are fine - main one with music and games, relaxing one where you can enjoy peace and kids pool with slides + tobogan. We enjoyed both beach and pools. Food - breakfast is the best part (lots of sweet choices, pastry, ham, cheese, eggs, etc.) Lunch and dinner is boring, repetitive and questionable quality. Speciality restaurants - Italian was disaster, never had such terrible Italian food. Asian and Greek were fine. Staff on reception and in bars is friendly and attentive. Waiters during meals are confused and seemed somehow unhappy/not motivated. Drinks are of cheap quality. Only drinkable coffee is in lobby bar. Never had any problem with cleanliness. All in all - you will get what you paid for - average quality in most of the respects.
