Stayed here for the marathon weekend. Great location for this but a 15 minute walk to the main square.
Rooms are very tired with paint peeling. It would be nice if they had a starter pack like a sponge for washing up and washing up liquid. WiFi is slow. Staff very helpful. Nice to have a shop on site. It can be noisy as people straight past your suite.
Good for what we wanted but there are better same priced hotels very close.

The first day was a disaster as they had messed up our booking. What started as a beach view, ended up with a small footbal pitch on artificial grass. An offer of upgrading to half board was turned down and the next day we were told there was now a room available If not I would not have been happy, I only booked this hotel for the beach front apt. We still had to move everything ourselves but the room was a lot better quality and the view 100% better. We did try breakfast a couple of times as we were on trips all day, but it was nothing to write home about. We ended up with over £100 comp back for the difference in rooms. The view was tecnically beach front but a huge wall in the way of the open sea, it was part of the lido with only around 10ft of sand in front of an enclosed pool, but still better than artificial grass and a small goal. The first room was very tired but the second a lot better. The location was on the outskirts but plenty of busses and good restaurants within walking distance. They were building next door but we did not hear a lot of noise, if any.

Great area with lots available in the resort. It is old fashioned in rooms but each area has private pool. Housekeeping came everyday and was always good service. It was clean! Good to be able to have fridge etc for your own bits, can have breakfast etc in your apartment. Really nothing to complain about but could do with being a little more up to date!

Check in was smooth, staff were friendly and the guidance to our room was spot on.....unfortunately thats where the good comes to an end. We had a fight with the lock to get into the room, found we had to force the doors open slightly to unlock them before we could open them and have them part opened in order to lock them. The smell we were greeted with was like a musty stagnant water smell which turned out to be the washing machine which was still full of water and didnt work as the socket was hanging off the wall. The bed was a drop down bed from a wardrobe which looked like the legs were due to snap any minute, the bed was uncomfortable and we hung out the bed as it was too short for us so barely any sleep was had. We plugged the kettle in to make a brew and the plug socket fell out the wall which then cut the electrics. The fascias on the drawers in the kitchen was hanging off, the shelf in the wardrobe collapsed when you put anything on it. The bath was rusty large cracks in the tiles. The furniture very outdated and most of it damaged. We spoke with reception the following day and they told us this was standard for the studio apartments but there are 2 more available and to look at them. We could only look through the window as they were locked and no one wss around to let us look inside to change rooms. These also had the same issues with the beds and we couldn't check the rest of the rooms. We were then offered an upgrade for an additional €42 per night which we didnt agree with ad we had already paid £700 for 3 nights room only (this didnt include the luggage on the plane or the seats as these were booked separately through ryanair) we would return to the apartment of an evening to carrier bags of rubbish left in the garden as our apartment had a communal bin the garden for all to use and once it was full the garden was the overflow. When were checking out we noticed people leaving their cases in the reception lock up for later departure, we noticed a couple people walking in and out over the time of about 10 minutes and not once was the door locked or anyone given a key, so your cases are not secure if you leave them for a later pick up for leaving your holiday. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting costa teguise and would strongly suggest amending your booking to a different hotel if you have already booked this one. The area itself is great and we have been several times but this hotel has ruined our latest visit.

This is a very large complex on 4 different levels which makes it difficult to get around especially with heavy suitcases, the rooms are really big and spacious, we were at the beachfront in an upstairs apartment which had a really high vaulted ceiling with loads of natural light. Only problem was it's location, it's a good hike to the reception and the road to costa Teguise centre and the "beach" is a man made area with sea water that is not clean, there is algae growing everywhere and it smells stagnant, definitely not for children to be splashing around in it! But it looks nice. Luckily we had a car which we drove into the centre to eat each night as it is a 30 minute walk for an able person to get there. The only car parking is at the front of reception so if you have mobility issues it's a real trek just to get to the car from the beach front. Luckily the gate to the service road was stuck open so we parked down there nearer to the apartment otherwise we would have barely gone out to eat at night. It is a nice complex but be aware of the limitations, the on site shop has basics but a little over priced and we didn't see any entertainment so can't comment on that.
