Our stay was what we needed and wanted. It was very busy (Easter Holiday) so as expected. The hotel was perfectly clean, staff were great, pools were amazing. Our daughter loved the children pools - all of them. We had really good time.
The only thing I would maybe recommend to put more staff behind the bars in busy times. And bathrooms in hotel room - especially shower heads need replacing. Other that that it was great

Just returned from a fantastic 11 night stay and it was amazing!!!!! The place is kept spotless by the hardworking staff, and they cannot do enough to make your stay as special as possible. Food was plentiful and delicious, and a very good selection of fresh hot and cold to suit all tastes. A special mention for Sabry who gave us a perfectly positioned room close to the pool, beds, bar and amenities. Thank you to everyone for making our stay a trip to remember. We will be back :-))

This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever experienced — and much of that is thanks to the incredible Assistant General Manager, Mr. Saber. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay would be nothing short of perfect. Aware of our previous disappointing experience at another hotel, he personally welcomed us, patiently addressed all our concerns, and gave us a tour of the property before we even booked. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were immediately evident.
What truly sets Mr. Saber apart is his presence. On our very first day, we saw him everywhere — not just in an office, but actively engaging with guests and staff across the entire resort. Despite the intense heat and the size of the property — with its numerous pools, an expansive water park, and a wide selection of restaurants — he chose to be hands-on and fully involved in the day-to-day operations. He leads by example and embodies everything a true manager should be.
The warm welcome we received from every member of staff made us feel instantly at home. The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely outstanding — every meal was delicious, and the variety of international cuisines available across multiple restaurants was truly impressive. With drink stations conveniently located throughout the resort, every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.
This hotel is worth every single penny, and more.
Mr. Saber, you are a shining example of what great leadership looks like. Thank you for your unwavering dedication and for making our stay unforgettable. Your hard work is clearly reflected in every corner of this wonderful resort.

First time here in Egypt.
I’ve heard lots of good things about the country so was very excited to get here and experience it for myself.
The transfer from the Airport was nice and quick, 15 minutes so that’s always a good thing especially if you have young children.
On arrival to the hotel the staff helped with all the luggage and got them to our room while we were checking in.
I’ve been here for 4 days now and got my surroundings sorted and have to say no stone is uncovered, firstly the staff are fantastic. Some of the best service I’ve ever had on a holiday. Everyone is so helpful, smiling, bringing drinks, checking your ok and if you have any questions, the lifeguards are so observant to the pools, no child near the edges of the pool are left without a lifeguard being close by to make sure there family is close and in the right pool for there age.
The staff selling excursions are not pushy. They ask once and say hi everyday and leave you be and that’s a nice thing.
Evening entertainment is good, fire shows , international dancing , magic shows with lots of seats for everyone, there is so many different Activities for everyone to enjoy from crazy golf , paddle ball , football.
The pool side staff are really interactive, so Vibrant Always trying to get you involved in pool activities Like Zumba and waterpolo.
Young English lady by the name of Kara is here and helps with any needs you may need and she is a breath of fresh air, always stopping to talk, give you advise telling us what’s planned at the pool and evening entertainment which is super helpful.
The beach is literally a stone Throw away and is well maintained with a beach bar and lots of lifeguards also.
There is also a long pier that you can walk out and get into the sea when the tide is out and see some amazing fish in the water, and a few jellyfish.
The food Is amazing, so much variety for breakfast lunch and dinner, The snack bar by the pool near the beach is amazing if you just want to take your children for a burger and fries or a pizza in the day time.
It’s very peaceful at night, And what I have noticed is The workers do not stop poor cleaners grass cutters bins ashtrays wherever you look this place is such an amazing holiday Bring your family So much, so we will be coming again next year.
Everyone’s Experience is different but the people that I have spoken to have all followed what I said it’s just an amazing resort and is a must do for you and your family.

I'm at the hotel now, only 3rd day of stay, but it is already disappointing.
Rooms:
Very outdated and low maintained - all sliding doors (bathroom, balcony, wardrobe) is squeaking and rattling and are hard to push, shower heads covered in limescale, make up mirror light not working, balcony light not working, missing peaces of skirting etc.
However room are good size, bed is huge, AC is working well.
Hotel itself:
Loads of things to do, many pools, many activities, generally everything is fine.
Service:
Room serviced looks ok, only used it once so far, staff at restaurants are helpful, receptionists also helpful, had problems with the safe - been sorted within minutes, however bar stuf, especially at pool bars (all of them) the most unpleasant people I ever seen, when you asking for a drink, the feeling is that you askig them for money, they rude, unhappy, etc. I understand people might be tired or be in a bad mood, but this is everywhere, no mater morning, afternoon or evening.
Drinks and cocktails:
This is a disaster. Only the beer is ok, all other drinks (cocktails) are terrible, I appreciate it is all inclusive basis and all drinks are made from local brands which is fine, but by the way it looks, no matter what you asking they always different, served in paper cups for coffee (if you lucky, yoo can get plastic glass sometimes), does not look nice at all etc. The only place it was made quite nice in nice glass was sports bar.
Lets say I am too picky and my expectations are too high, so i can choose to pay for a drinks and have a drinks brands I like - unfortunately there is no such an option.
Lastly - don't understand actual size of drinks, they are 200ml at most, is the hotel thinking people going to drink less? No, in my opinion is more work for bar stuff, more work for guys who picking empty glasses, inconvenience for tourists.
Food:
To my taste food is very good, good variety to choose from.
To summarise - this is my first time in Egypt, but this is not what I was expecting. Disappointed.
Update:
Room been sorted, hotel staff reacted very quickly to problems we raised, they trying to get our stay better, thanks for this!
