I had a wonderful stay at Ona Alanda Club Marbella! The entire resort is well-maintained and has a charming, slightly classic touch. The rooms are incredibly spacious with separate bathrooms – perfect for families or groups. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The value for money is excellent. I’d definitely love to come back!

I stayed here for a bachelorette getaway with friends in April 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Ants were found in the bed upon arrival. Although the staff provided clean bedsheets, they refused to change them for us. When we changed the bedding ourselves, we discovered a used condom wrapper under the bed. We asked for the room to be cleaned again.
Later, after spending the day at the pool and beach, we discovered that money had been taken from a wallet left in the living room. While it wasn't a large amount, it was definitely stolen. No one took responsibility, and nothing was done to resolve the situation.
On a positive note, the lady at reception was kind and understanding, but overall, the management showed a serious lack of accountability. The rooms are really spacious and I would have been happy with the apartment if they have cleaned it without stealing. The service at the bar and restaurant was a bit slow.

We stayed here last month and very much so recommend the place for anyone considering it.
There was two of us in a one bedroom apartment in the Valladolid block, room no. 64 for 5 nights. The hotel itself was clean and spacious with a charming rustic feel, the bar provided excellent options (if service was slightly slow) and breakfast had an impressive selection to choose from each morning.
Our apartment was spacious and perfectly fit for purpose. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the washing machine meant that we didn't have to come home to mountains of laundry.
The staff were always smiley and polite, and the hotel itself was walking distance to Nikki beach.
To anyone considering stay here, I say go for it. And I also recommend dinner at Chiringuito's Los Tonys on the seafront, or Bellaluna directly across the street from the hotel.

Our second time here and our last. Given an apartment in Barcelona block. This is in the main complex. Unless you have children you should avoid the main complex like the plague. The noise is pretty incredible. Kids squealing as the main pool is under the lounge. Gets little or no sun and totally unsuitable for older people. Asked to move from day 2. Unfortunately it being Easter they are full. Still asking to move to a quieter part of the complex. There are some blocks that are much quieter as we have stayed in them before. Here we are on day 15 still in the noise and shade. We have another 2 weeks but may go early as can’t stand it.

One of the best place we are staying for a very reasonable price. We book in advance and got % early booking discount. Arriving at place was a Wow! So nice and spacious with fully equipped kitchen.
Territory is green, calm, perfect for families with kids. For end March it was quite fresh to use outdoor swimming pools, so we profit from indoor one with jacuzzi and sauna which is open till 10pm.
Sea promenade is nice. Supermarkets and restaurants 5 min by foot, 15 min drive to Marbella. One Playground is in hotel and 2 others nearby. Wi-fi is fine. You have enough parking lots on the streets which are for free.
Place to come back.
