Room great, very clean and fresh.

The breakfast toasters require new elements!
On purchasing drinks at the pool bar during the day, by card, had to pay in cash 3€ Deposit per Plastic Glass.

We spent two weeks at the hotel with the all-inclusive option. We would like to thank the entire hotel staff for their professionalism. If you're considering choosing the all-inclusive option, I can definitely recommend it. I'm not sure who said the meals are repetitive, because that’s simply not true. Maybe the breakfasts are a bit similar, but lunches and dinners are truly varied. There’s always a choice of at least four different kinds of fish and four different kinds of meat, along with plenty of side dishes. The food is tasty and fresh. The hotel also puts a strong emphasis on cleanliness, which is a big plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing we got back home this morning and can t wait to be back there. The staff are so amazing, friendly and always helpful. You get the towels changed daily with 1.5litre bottle of water every day left for you. The safe is free in the rooms also. The food is variableand fresh daily with hot and cold for all dietary needs and we could not fault anything. When you get there you need to pay a 100 euros deposit which we paid on our bank card but as we were half board we spent it on drinks throughout the week and you get whatever you Don t spend back when you leave. Honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough an amazing time thankyou again to all the amazing staff

Very friendly lady on reception. Nice clean modern room (suite) with sea view. Only had breakfast but couldn't fault it, plenty of selection. Only niggle was toaster far too slow.
My only complaint would be the outside bar, barman really unfriendly and stone faced and €3 euro deposit (cash only) for each cheap plastic tumbler, worth about 20¢ in Chinese supermarket. Luckily one of us was carrying cash.

I do not recommend this hotel in any way! I was on vacation last week and I can tell you that I had the most unpleasant experience in this hotel!And I want to write something else about this hotel: in my life I have been to over 20 locations in different hotels, some 3 stars, some 4 stars, some 5 stars but never when I checked in was I asked for a €100 deposit on the room and never when I went to buy a beer or a juice from the pool bar, was I asked separately to pay €3/plastic glass, deposit! This is incredible! Needless to say that that money was never returned to me, neither the deposit paid for the room, nor the deposit paid for the plastic glasses! What a mess of a hotel!!!!
