We spent two weeks at the hotel with the all-inclusive option. We would like to thank the entire hotel staff for their professionalism. If you're considering choosing the all-inclusive option, I can definitely recommend it. I'm not sure who said the meals are repetitive, because that’s simply not true. Maybe the breakfasts are a bit similar, but lunches and dinners are truly varied. There’s always a choice of at least four different kinds of fish and four different kinds of meat, along with plenty of side dishes. The food is tasty and fresh. The hotel also puts a strong emphasis on cleanliness, which is a big plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

As everyone else, i got sick. I ate breakfast at the hotel and at the Angus restaurant nearby. Lasted for 24 hours.
Other then that, the hotel was a nice. Good location by the beach. Big pool area. Will not come back tho.

I was here about 3/4 weeks ago. I didn't observe anything untowards with regards to food or cleanliness however all 4 of us was unwell for 24 hours spread out over different days. It can't be food poisoning because that lasts longer than 24 hours and we were all unwell on different days. This is likely to be a norovirus. The problem is that you should not mix with people for 48 hours after your last symptom but no one is ever going to stay in their rooms for an extra 48 hours to avoid spreading it. This way it will just continue to spread. The hotel did offer us a complementary meal as we were only Bed and Breakfast. There are handgels every where and I didn't see anyone using them! Including going into the restaurant. I saw people picking bread up and putting it back down for other bread they preferred. The servers even put straws in your drinks with a utensil and not their hands. I feel that the hotel was doing as much as they could, it's clear they know their reviews and have tried to do a lot to improve it. They can't prevent humans leaving their rooms after catching a big though so it will continue expecially sharing sun beds, pools, bathrooms and people touching food who should know better.

I think I must be staying in a different hotel. Before you say I might expect less, I have travelled extensively worldwide for business and pleasure.
Spotlessly clean everywhere. Good room with a great view. Breakfast is spot on and there is even cava if you wish it! Lots of lovely restaurants very close and the beach just across the road.

Got awful food poisoning or some sort of infection from the hotel two days into our trip. Had to spend 3 days in our hotel room recovering, only to be told my management staff at the desk that there’s nothing they can do and that it isn’t the food or anything to do with the hotel. There were over 100 people complaining about it and filling out forms to say the same thing. Bedsheets were also left dirty throughout the trip and the lifts were so bad that there was always a queue of 10+ people waiting to get in one.
