I think I must be staying in a different hotel. Before you say I might expect less, I have travelled extensively worldwide for business and pleasure. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Good room with a great view. Breakfast is spot on and there is even cava if you wish it! Lots of lovely restaurants very close and the beach just across the road.

My Wife and I stayed here Half Board, for 3 days/2 nights (Monday 17th - Wednesday 19th February 2025), as a rare, child-free break for my Wife’s Birthday, and I must say that we enjoyed every minute. The location is amazing, straight across from the Beach, with stunning Sea and Mountain View’s from our balcony/room. The hotel is immaculately clean and pristinely decorated and maintained. Our room was beautiful and perfectly clean. All of the staff are very attentive, helpful, friendly and polite. The food is beautiful, fresh, tasty and varied both at Breakfast and Dinner, with a mixture of traditional Spanish/Andalusian cuisine, as well as other tasty European dishes, and English Breakfast favourites. The facilities, including the pool(s) and outdoor space are amazing and again, immaculately clean and well maintained. Great for couples and families alike. We love it here and can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable! Jon and Samantha

Disgraceful that they are still trading. There is something terribly wrong with the hygiene here. This hotel makes people sick. Rude,abrupt, uncaring staff apart. For your health please stay away. I have never ever been so ill in my life. When someone dies maybe they will do something. Don't let that be you or your loved one. There are loads of safer hotels in Torremolinos and the food is quite awful here anyway. I am not going to post photos of vomit in their washbasins as that's just nasty but this company fail considerably in their duty of care.

it was an acceptable hotel whit kind and handsome staff. breakfast was greate. the location was good. it was near the beach. at first they gave me a room where was special for pepole how use wheelchair. that room had seriouse problems. after taking shower much water was collected in front of the door.the bathroom’s door didnot work. i asked to receptionist to change my room. becuse of fully booked, thay asked me to be in that room untill the day after. the day after, i reminded to receptionist to change my room several times. the manager came to my room and visit the situation, changed my room.

All the reviews about food poisoning at this hotel are absolutely true, and I urge everyone to take them seriously. On the third day of our stay, I started vomiting and had severe diarrhea. The following night, I had to call an ambulance when my partner lost consciousness and collapsed on the floor due to food poisoning. This is criminal. I’m young and managed to recover, but older guests should be extremely cautious. The number of complaints about this hotel is alarmingly high and deeply concerning.
