We had a lovely welcome. The hotel was perfect. We loved the Adults only pool. The pool with slides is also fabulous. The food was plentiful and a great choice there are also Themed nights.when we arrived we were overlooking trees. But on the 3rd Day we was upgraded to the main building room no 608 overlooking the pool and sea. Excellent view. The room was lovely. Maids work really well hard.didn't see much of the evening entertainment as travelled as a couple and went out exploring.

Stayed here with my 5 year old daughter. The highlight for her was undoubtedly the water slides which she went on again and again. At the time of our stay the blue slide was showing signs of wear and tear and kids were actually avoiding it because they said they were being hurt at the bottom, I tried it myself and the slides surface has worn which slowed me down. Nothing major. There is a kids club which my daughter enjoyed and the staff are very friendly. The landscaping is very well maintained and looks nice. Plenty of choice at breakfast. If you’re looking to venture out then the nearest towns Marbella and Fuengirola are a fair taxi journey away. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Staff were great. I had a mix up in my booking where the place i booked from got the dates wrong.
I showed reception my email and they sorted the problem instantly.
I only used the hotel for a room to sleep, so didn't try any of the food in the hotel.
Only thing I was not impressed with was the fact I had no kettle or coffee making things in my room which I thought was standard for a hotel claiming to be a 4 star. Glasses on the side but no drinking water. My room was massive with beds being one end and TV all the way on the other side but to high to watch from the sofa so was just unwatchable. Lack of furniture in the room made it look abit derilict and not very homely. Didn't bother me much as I only slept there. If it was a holiday room I would of been very disappointed.

Unfortunately this was not a happy stay!
We booked here because of the swimming pool (for the kids) but they forgot to tell us that the pool was closed when we were there.
As it was low season they had some deals for older group so the clientele around was very old, no families or children to be seen.
We had to cut our visit short as staying there would have made us miserable!
The food was also average, abundant of course but not really great in quality
It was extremely disappointing to find the pool closed, it should have been made very clear if it was open or not. Luckily we found a good alternative nearby so our Holiday was saved

I recently had the pleasure of staying at AluaSun Marbella Park Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful area, surrounded by lush greenery and just a short walk from the beach – perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious our room was, thanks to the receptionist and housekeeping team my kids felt so blessed at the end with our little suprise in our room, also the room was spotless every day, we loved our balcony overlooking the pool.
The hotel’s amenities are top-notch – from the large swimming pool and sun loungers to the varied entertainment options in the evenings. A big thanks to Vanessa and Vicente super friendly and professional, we loved and appreciate your hard work and dedication, my 2 kids, mother in law and I enjoyed all your activities.
The buffet meals were diverse and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone, a big thanks to Ramiro (Chef Argentino) and the other 2 ladies in the eggs and pancakes area. Waitress and bartenders really helpful, great service.
We love the atmosphere – relaxed yet vibrant, with a good mix of families, couples, and solo travelers. Whether you're lounging by the pool or enjoying a drink at the bar, it feels like you're truly on holiday.
I would highly recommend AluaSun Marbella Park to anyone visiting the Costa del Sol. It’s a fantastic value for money, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit!
