Our stay at Blue Sea Cervantes was truly delightful. The hotel enjoys a strategic location in the heart of Torremolinos — close to the local market and just a short distance from the beach, making it ideal for families and travelers who want everything within reach.
One of the highlights was a public elevator located just one minute from the hotel, which significantly shortens the walk to the beach from 12 minutes to about 4. This is a great convenience, especially for families with children or guests with limited mobility.
The hotel offers beautiful views and excellent cleanliness. Our room was tidy and comfortable, and I’d like to thank the housekeeping staff for their kindness and professionalism.
The food at the hotel was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. Service throughout the hotel was exceptional, and I want to give special thanks to Manolo and Carlos from the restaurant — always friendly and smiling, they added a warm touch to our experience.
The customer service overall was outstanding, with all staff being courteous, attentive, and professional.
We didn’t stay during the high season, but we learned there is a children’s room with activities available only during peak periods. I sincerely hope the hotel considers keeping this room open all year round, as it adds great value for families.
The ninth floor offers a stunning panoramic view, and there is also a well-equipped gym, perfect for guests who like to stay active during their holidays.
Although there are four elevators, they were often crowded, especially at busy times. I hope the management can improve or expand the elevator system to better accommodate the number of guests.
Another great convenience is the car rental service available inside the hotel, and the paid indoor parking at €7 per day is a reasonable and helpful option for those with vehicles.
I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Málaga, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

We had booked a lovely hotel, but they had issues with the room so Love Holidays found us a replacement which did not meet our needs. Too far from the beach, the hotel is dated, the swimming pool doesn't open until 11 am. The "all inclusive" drinks were clearly watered down, and you were lucky to get served as staff disappeared. Cocktails and ice creams along with a decent cup of coffee had to be paid for.
Really poor animation team, nothing offered during the day as in water aerobics etc.
I've given an extra star for the food as this was actually ok.
Definitely would not busy again.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday here staying bed and breakfast ( as we like to eat out). The breakfast was great everything you needed. The hotel is lovely, friendly staff, housekeeping great room cleaned every day. The location is excellent for seeing the sites at the top, loads of shops, bars and restaurants, but also easy reach to the lift for the beachfront with more shops bars and restaurants, the lift was never a problem very friendly man on there. My only gripe was the pool opening times. We went 3rd of May the pool opened at 11am closing 5pm ( not a long time). Which at 5pm if you were sunbathing round the pool you were asked to move to the opposite sunbed area. This needs to change as it is a family hotel, the children need the pool to play, after all that's why you take children away. Or if you wanted a morning swim. All in all it didn't bother us as we are sunbathers anyway this didn't put us off and we will definitely stay here again. Maybe already planning it.

Went to see a live band on the rooftop bar. Great when you get up there. We didn't see any signs, but took the elevator to the highest floor, then used the stairs. Lovely cocktails and fantastic views!

The hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little dated in parts of the hotel, however, and the all-inclusive food was your standard 4-star hotel arrangement, but lots of choices were offered with different foods every day we stayed. The rooftop bar and pool were a great perk, although drinks here are not part of the all-inclusive package.
