Let me start by saying this is by no means a four-star hotel—not even close. I’ve stayed at many two-star hotels and honestly couldn’t tell the difference between them and this place.
We had requested a double bed in advance and were told it was subject to availability. Upon arrival, we also learned that parking was not included in our all-inclusive stay and had to be paid separately at €12 per day. We decided to park on the street and checked in. The room we were assigned had three twin beds. When I asked to switch to a double room, I was told there was no availability. I requested to be moved if one became available, but no one ever followed up during our seven-day stay.
After taking a shower, I noticed there were no separate toiletries—no shampoo, body wash, or soap—just a single all-purpose bottle. The bathroom ventilation is also very weak, and the room quickly fills with steam after showering. When unpacking, I looked for an iron to press my shirts, but there was none.
On the fifth day, my son cut his finger, so I went to the front desk to ask for a band-aid. Surprisingly, they didn’t have one. A four-star hotel without even a basic first-aid kit is unacceptable. Later, I asked for ping-pong paddles to use the table that’s advertised as free for all-inclusive guests, only to be told I had to leave a €20 cash deposit.
On the sixth day, my son spilled some water on his bed, and I requested an extra bedsheet from the front desk. As with previous requests, this was simply ignored.
Overall, the rooms are very old and offer only the bare minimum in terms of amenities. The only redeeming feature was the food. While the menu was mostly repetitive, there was always something we enjoyed. If you’re booking an all-inclusive stay at a very low price, this hotel may be acceptable—but don’t expect anything remotely luxurious or upscale just because it carries a four-star label.
Also, staff need to improve their English and be trained in hospitality and customer service. Our experience left much to be desired in that regard as well.

Very nice hotel . All good. Food was disappointing .. alot of fried foods ... .. balcony railing was rusty and very loose on the 7th floor room ... hotel says its 4 star ... it was 4 star in 1990s .. now its tired 3 star with little investment gone into it .. . Checking out was quick and effortless from the male staff .. I gave him the 2 room cards and he didn't every say thank you have a nice trip or hello even . If booking hotels from love holidays site and its says 4 star .. beware .. do some digging online before booking .. ive posted up a video of said loose railing from my room on the 7th floor .. but Google won't allow it to be posted up on this review. .

Had overally a good stay. The room looked a bit outdated, like it was arranged 20 years ago, but it was well preserved, so not a big issue... I was worried that it would be cold in January, but the heating was working well, and I could sleep naked. The pillows were so comfortable!
Every time I entered the room, I put the card in the thingy, the TV was set up to automatically turn on, which was really annoying, and I ended up unplugging it from the socket. I loved that the cleaner wasn't knocking on the door at 9am, but if I had the "do not disturb" tag on, they came even late in the afternoon. I stayed there during my birthday week, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get at least a happy birthday card, last year I got a bottle of wine in another hotel...
This hotel had probably the best food in the restaurant of all the hotels that I've been to so far. There was always a wide selection and everything was delicious. The pancakes were my favourite.
Lastly, the hotel has a great location, 3 minutes' walk from the train station.

Bang in the centre of the town you'd expect noise of revelers and clubs ,the only thing noisy is the parakeets! The rooms are basic but very clean and well kept. The cleaning staff are available but not intrusive. The bar staff are friendly and the food is very good. Lots of variety and the staff are helpful. The drinks are reasonably priced too.
Close to shops and the beach is a 5 minute walk with lovely restaurants and friendly bars and plenty of things to do. And some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world. I'm going back, I had a great time!

1 Star goes to the location and the view.
It is far from being a 4 star hotel.
It begins the moment you arrive when the glass sliding door opens and makes a lot of noise, thank god it works.
Then you reach the elevators, each and every one of them should be dumped, very slow, make a lot of noise, the doors don't even close properly and they frequently break down.
The rooms are okay, old though but well taken care of, but definitely need an update.
Around midnight, it starts to smell in the room like a public toilet and the only way to get rid of it is by opening the balcony door. It probably comes from the ventilation.
Heated pool and sauna:
Both are on the 9th floor and reachable with the elevator.
The pool room is rusty, mouldy and kind of neglected. The water isn't so warm and the pool isn't filled up completely. The water would cover your knees or so.
The sauna is only 3 hours from 5 pm. It is very small for such a big hotel, very very old and if you throw a little bit of water on the stove the electricity might go down.
The water bucket is an old metal bucket with holes on the side and inside there is a cut off Bier can to be used to throw water.
I have never seen anything like this, not even in a public sauna.
The breakfast we regret every Cent we paid for, a huge waste of money.
100% English oriented and not of a good quality, only one kind of sliced cheese and the coffee is disgusting. They don't garnish the buffets, everything are just put there and here you go, just eat and leave. Nit to mention some very unfriendly staff, they wouldn't greet you at all and if you went to pick up something else you might come back to an empty table, because they have removed everything.
This is a no 4 star hotel, not in this condition. It might have been 10 or 15 years ago but they clearly don't care about doing anything, it is running and bringing money.
Not worth the money.
