Great hotel for a kids holiday. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.We visited late July and it was very busy. Sun loungers were a challenge to get by the pool(the pool attendant will find one for you) Restaurant down stairs was very good food. Rooms were a little on the small side but the view was brilliant from the balcony. Plenty of entertainment at night for the kids but the prices in the bar was a bit strong for kids popcorn and drinks. I would visit the hotel again.

Our family loves this place. The hotel is affordable for the quality and service you get. It's very well kept, very very clean. Room service is very good. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The bar is perfect and happy hour is an amazing deal. The pools are great and there are different pools for younger children. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly. There is a supermarket across the road from the hotel as well as a mouthwatering burger van which I would 10000% recommend trying!!! The food in the hotel wasn't our personal favourite so we opted for Coco's which is just down the road.

We visited last week July 2025 -The rooms are very small. The pull out bed was just about functional. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. Prices were UK level. Get a sea view! I probably wouldn't have gotten over my initial disappointment if we hadn't. -Food at the hotel was ok; some might say good. -Elevators were way too busy and took way too long except before 9am; we always ended up using the stairs so luckily we were on floor 5 and only had one flight for the main floor and ground floor pool wasn't that long down. -Hotel was always packed with Irish and UK guests so pools were a caricature; almost no space to walk around with kids going mad jumping in the very crowded pool and some adults forgetting their consideration and either not managing them, or doing the same; pool was medium sized and probably too small for the crowds. Guess its to be expected at this time of year. -Location was good for the beach but you have to walk across the road, it not right on the beach like the pictures imply. Not really a problem. -There is a convenience store on the lower ground floor which was great but there is a slightly cheaper one across the road, 4min walk past Burger king. Overall a good experience but way too expensive for what it is.

just got back,nice location, across the road DIA supermarket is cheaper than hotels mini market. room get cleaned everyday.but don't change sheet unless I pulled it out leave on the floor .8am ppl starting to line up for sunbeds. crazy busy . none residents just sneak in use sunbeds . it kicked off .but don't know if hotel does anything about it. kids friendly hotel but game room is small. trashed by kids while parents are drinking somewhere else. 2am kids running around outside rooms and hallway. jumping about.hotel doesn't do anything while parents let them kids do it.if you are looking for peace and quiet this hotel isn't for you or if you have kids but don't mind them to learning bad behaviour that from others then go ahead. I wouldn't come back again. bus stop 3 mins walk which is nice. buffet breakfast pretty much same things.cereals milk bread sausages eggs salad cakes hash browns ham cheese. juice really watered. milks doesn't have English sign which is annoying I don't know what's UHT whole milk or semi milk.one morning my sweetcorn in my salads was sour, buffet dinner every day different theme,but was disappointed with paella 😔 ohh...dont put down hotel towels for sunbeds or someone turns up without sunbeds pool staff will pull yours aways give it to them.thats little heads up.hope it helps.and somehow it's 2 single beds with sofabed.so I slept with my husband separately.😆

The hotel is mega huge, 553 rooms and only 2 pools plus a small pool for children. I am 55 years old, we fly to the sea several times a year, but I have never seen such a fight for sunbeds by the pool anywhere. The pool officially opens at 9 am, from 8 am there were already lines of people with towels. We sat on the balcony and had fun with it. Everyone put a towel on their sunbed and left, and for a very long time there were few people at the pool, but not a single free sunbed. We watched with a smile every day how the gates opened at 9 am and people ran to take the best place :-) The food was below average, worthy of the size of the hotel. WiFi tragic. Next time we will fly again to Greece, southern Italy, Turkey.
