Stayed here very recently.
A lot to consider before booking here.
A very rowdy hotel after 10.30pm with the kids club on level 5. Avoid a room in levels 4 and 5.
If you have a toddler that naps during the day this is a hotel to avoid.
Unlimited rows with drunk parents at any given time 🫣
The pool was very busy, great activities for bigger kids.
Shower soap was empty.
No tea or coffee provided in rooms at all!
Didn't get the best sleep for a holiday to relax with noise pollution.
Also, with a infant on the booking, we were charged an extra €3 per night for a travel cot.
This hotel cost us over €1000 for a week.
Beautiful hotel at the same time, never ate here.
Couples with out kids I would avoid here 🥲

Garden junior suite ground floor. Plenty of room for the 3 of us, 2 adults and a young child. Guard rail provided for the bed on request. Cleaners didn't insist on cleaning if we weren't ready to leave apartment, they came back later, super. Plenty of beds at the pool, just make sure you're ready at the gate (9:00 or 10:00 depending on time of year) if you have a spot you like. Most of all, the staff were all faboulous; so pleasant and smiley, great with our child. Would recommend for families with kids. Make sure to email ahead if you've any special requests/requirements to avoid any disappointment on arrival. We did, and it made for a very smooth check-in

We recently stayed at Sunset Beach club and had a disappointing experience. Our room, which was supposed to accommodate three people with two single beds and a sofa, required us to set up the sofa bed ourselves and pick up the duvet from reception. The room was also much smaller than it appeared online.
Additionally, we were not provided with basic sanitary kits (like cotton, Q-tips), and there were no slippers available for guests. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room or by the pool. The towel policy was a bit unusual - while we could borrow towels with a deposit, changing them would incur a €1 charge per change.
The hotel was noisy at night due to other guests, and the breakfast area and lobby were also loud. Despite the booking saying the room was partially modifiable, we weren't able to make any changes upon arrival.
However, we did want to highlight that the staff were kind and worked hard. They deserve appreciation for their efforts, and we're grateful for their kindness during our stay. If the hotel addresses some of the issues we faced, it could be a much better experience for future guests.

What a fantastic oasis. The staff are amazing, shout out to Golf and Ms Lai. The room was great and daily room service ensured clean towels and a tidy room. The restaurant offered a great continental breakfast and I highly recommend their lasagne. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Good hotel on the front line. Varying sizes of rooms, went as 3 couples and all 3 rooms were very different. All rooms had small kitchen area so you can cook your own food. Good facilities, well stocked shop on the ground floor. Down sides (being picky) are bar prices are a bit on the high side, you can be waiting a while for the lifts and parking is as high as I've paid at any hotel at 14 a night. Would definitely visit again as it's in a great location and all rooms were spotless.
