Stayed here for 7 nights , a very beautiful hotel with a great location. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed every day. The entertainment was good on 3/6 nights . Food was alright - some things were really tasty but most of the cooked meat from the grill was raw . You have to pay extra for drinks at dinner . I loved the daily sessions they had to offer including the yoga and Pilates. The indoor swimming pool was very clean and warm. Lots of places for seating but nothing really for kids in the off peak times . The beach is within walking distance . No drinking water provided was upsetting and had to pay €14 for kettle and tea .

Please like my review if you like it Hotel is great. Very good for people of all ages . I’ve been here 2 times once in the peak summer (July) and in April. Not many kids in April if that’s what your looking for. Our room was pretty big , 2 bed always clean bathrooms small but it has a big sink. Our view faced the sunset looking out at an apartment good for tanning. The pools don’t allow balls except from one small 90cm one , chilly as it’s blocked from the sun. The pool is very cold hard to stay in for longer then 20 minutes, much much colder then the ocean which is a very nice day out. You have many pools to choose from and plenty of beds no need to wake up at the crack of dawn. You can use amenities from the conected Don Pedro hotel (restaurants pools ext.) There is also a in-door pool, lukewarm , hot showers and very stuffy . Was a nice swim but definitely filled with pee …… There is also pool tables, an arcade, ping pong tables bars with nightly intertainment And a green with ball games to play in a shed. You are not aloud play football or sports like it. But you easily can at night time or evening (past 5) Location was amazing 10 minute drive from Malaga airport and from belemadina Mariana. Many restaurants, bars , the beach, bike shops and bike lanes + much more. I recommend going to the beach as it is warmer then you would expect. Also bike rides , a trip to beleminda marina for shopping and dinner and walks along the beach. Outside the front of the hotel to the right there is a amazing pizza place pizza and pasta. There is a very hard working chef and waiter a man with tatoos, very lovely. Great pizza too.

The hotel looks god, but very bad service from the staff. The receptionist did not even smile and talked bad English. We have been to other hotels nearby with the same prices but the staff is so much more polite and helpful than at this place. If you don’t want to risk to run into moody staff and bad service then stay away from this hotel. Also, it is normal to get bottle of water with all inclusive but not at this hotel which means you pay for “all inclusive” but do not get the most necessary to drink at warmer days.

It is overall a good hotel with entertainments every night. The only disappointment was about possibilities for children. We chose this hotel based on children friendly. But there were almost nothing for children to play. There were just a few things only for summer. Even that is not enough to keep children occupied.

I regret to say that the hotel fell short on various fronts. The facilities were lacking, evidenced by dirty glass and plates at the food court, along with a notable presence of bugs, including cockroaches. The staff in the lobby and guards outside displayed rude behavior several times, treating guests poorly with unwarranted aggression. Contrary to the advertised all-inclusive claim, water was not included. Additionally, the hotel did not live up to the portrayed images, resulting in an overall disappointing stay. Do not recommend.
