I visited Sharm El Sheikh last week for the very first time and stayed at Mövenpick for one week, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The hotel is beautiful, especially if you’re looking for a calm, relaxing stay away from busy life and children. The architecture is stunning, the beaches are very clean, and there are so many services and activities available that you almost feel like you don’t want to leave the hotel at all.
What truly elevated our experience and made it extra special was the staff at the main dining restaurant, especially Shahinda, Mohammad Aitty and Sarah. They are incredibly dedicated, always welcoming us with the biggest smiles and the kindest hearts. They also made sure to celebrate my friend’s birthday in the best way possible, which made our stay even more memorable. Being around them automatically made us feel happy and comfortable, so a big thank you to both of them.
The food at the restaurant was amazing, very wide in variety and delicious. The chefs were generous, attentive, and very welcoming as well.
One thing that did bother us slightly was the reception staff, particularly some of the younger team members. Their temper sometimes felt high, they didn’t always listen, and their tone wasn’t the nicest, as they often tried to prove their point. However, this did not stop us from enjoying what was overall a very memorable stay in Sharm.
Overall, an amazing experience, and I would definitely consider visiting again.

I stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was very disappointed with both the services and the so-called “all inclusive” concept, which is far from being truly all inclusive or a 5-star hotel.
The sea and the landscape were the only beautiful and truly “wow” parts of our vacation.
We were informed by the travel agency that the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, and this is how it is presented everywhere. However, upon arrival, we were asked to sign for a “soft all inclusive” concept, which included only the main restaurant and drinks from one beach bar. All other restaurants and bars on the property are paid separately. The minibar in the room is also not included, which honestly shocked us — this is the first hotel where we have encountered such a situation.
It became very confusing to understand what was included and what was not. Eventually, we stopped trying to figure it out and limited ourselves to eating only in the main restaurant.
On a positive note, the staff are truly kind and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Islaam, the waiter at the Liwa restaurant, who was exceptionally friendly and positive — we have not met such a cheerful and attentive waiter in a long time.
I would not recommend this hotel to others unless you are planning to spend your vacation strictly at the beach.
The hotel should present itself according to reality, so that tourists clearly understand what they are choosing. It is unprofessional to advertise as an all-inclusive hotel while offering guests only a very limited version of it.

Great hotel with excellent service and very friendly staff. Special thanks to Islam from the beach bar and Coco, who really stood out and made our stay even better. Loved that there’s a choice of quiet private beaches or more active ones, so you can choose the vibe you want. Beautiful location, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended — we’d definitely come back!

Fabulously designed and grand hotel that has an inviting view of the Red Sea and a bunch of activities, including horse riding and diving with a fee. On some nights, they also have live piano performances at the lobby bar. The buffet dinner always offers something from the grill outdoors - super fresh!
The staff members are welcoming, especially Ahmed, the staff on our floor, and Aya at the check-in.
We walked along the coast of Neama bay, and still had to say this is the most gorgeous hotel we saw. Definitely recommend and hopefully come back soon!
