I’ve been to Tenerife countless times and have always stayed in different hotels and locations — until now. We had a perfect stay at the Landmar. It’s a fantastic hotel and ideal for families, with something for everyone regardless of age. From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well maintained, and genuinely enjoyable. The children had an amazing time and absolutely loved it, and it’s a place where both adults and kids can truly relax and have fun. We all enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked to return in 2026.
And just incase the staff see this,
we're hoping for H block again, top floor if possible please 😉😂

Relaxed, high-quality stay with exceptional staff ⭐
This isn’t a stereotypical “Brits Abroad” hotel — and for us, that was a big plus 🇪🇸✨ As Brits ourselves, we found the hotel calm and relaxed, with mostly European guests and no loud party atmosphere. Perfect for a quieter holiday.
Excellent value for money and it met our expectations despite fairly high standards. Wi-Fi was outstanding throughout the entire hotel — fast and reliable everywhere 💻
We stayed as a family of three (mum, dad & me, 28) and it worked very well. The location felt very safe, with a 10-minute walk downhill to the beach 🌊, nearby shops, and Lidl/Mercadona close by 🛒
Reception has a real wow factor with sea views 🌅 and staff were friendly and efficient throughout. A special mention must go to Orlando, the restaurant manager ⭐ — his leadership really showed. Jose W was also fantastic: friendly, efficient and genuinely interested in chatting with guests. Both made our stay feel personal and memorable.
We upgraded to a duplex apartment (€175 for 7 nights) which was spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean 🛏️✨ Excellent air con, strong Wi-Fi and a fridge that actually kept things properly cold.
Food was well managed despite the restaurant being busy. Plenty of gluten-free options, dinners always hot and the snack bar paella (especially fish) was excellent. The Ciao restaurant was a highlight — great food and outstanding service, again thanks to Orlando 🥰
Facilities were ideal for a January stay: plenty of sunbeds, a warm quiet pool, a well-equipped gym, plus free tennis and beach volleyball 🎾🏐
Overall, a calm, well-run hotel with genuinely excellent staff. We’d happily return ❤️
Thank you Team Los Gigantes!

We stayed at Landmar Los Gigantes as a family of five from Northern Ireland, travelling with a 5-year-old, a 4-year-old and an 11-month-old, and we had a really good holiday.
The hotel is very pram-friendly.
Lifts everywhere.
Wide paths.
Easy to get around without feeling like you’re constantly battling stairs.
The pools were great.
Loads of space and ideal for kids.
They never felt overcrowded, which was a big plus with young children.
The hotel was very clean throughout, which always matters when you’re travelling with little ones.
We weren’t sure how we’d cope with buffet food for two weeks, but it worked really well.
With three young kids it made life much easier, and the food quality stayed consistently good with plenty of choice every day.
We stayed in Landi Village and the room was awesome.
Spacious, comfortable and well set up for a family.
The Landi Village breakfast was a highlight too.
Victoria at the exclusive breakfast bar made great crepes and smoothies and greeted us with a smile every morning.
Manu from the animation team was good with our child and kept them engaged, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately our baby became very unwell during the holiday and ended up spending five days in hospital.
The Jet2 reps — Hania, Rebekah and Danielle — were exceptional.
They even took a bag to my wife in hospital, travelling from the south to the north of Tenerife.
That kind of support made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
Overall, it’s a great option for families, especially with young children.
We felt well looked after and would happily return.

We was 5 nights in this hotel with my friends , food was amazing , every day something different! Location very good ! Beach really close about 10-15 min walk. Room also very nice , you have everything want you need , cleaning every day of you need ! Stuff is very friendly ! If you going just with friends just to let you know that this hotel is for kids as well , so in the evening will be some events but not like disco ! We can’t complain ! Swimming pool very warm and all bars working well ! Paella was nice in a beach bar . Also is amazing view from this hotel and nice walk to the yacht club and another beach !

Priorities for us are entertaining a small child and feeding a coeliac (gluten free) adult and the hotel has been perfect. Everything is immaculate, it's incredible. The heated pools and outdoor softplay are excellent. The hotel is so spacious, well catered and I was very well looked after as a coeliac. A special mention to Orlando, who looked out for me each meal he was on, knew exactly what dishes I could and couldn't eat, respected that I had to avoid cross contamination, which I really valued. But big praise to all the chefs, restaurant staff, cleaners, maintenance and other staff, they work hard and do a great job. Thank you!
