Relaxed, high-quality stay with exceptional staff ⭐
This isn’t a stereotypical “Brits Abroad” hotel — and for us, that was a big plus 🇪🇸✨ As Brits ourselves, we found the hotel calm and relaxed, with mostly European guests and no loud party atmosphere. Perfect for a quieter holiday.
Excellent value for money and it met our expectations despite fairly high standards. Wi-Fi was outstanding throughout the entire hotel — fast and reliable everywhere 💻
We stayed as a family of three (mum, dad & me, 28) and it worked very well. The location felt very safe, with a 10-minute walk downhill to the beach 🌊, nearby shops, and Lidl/Mercadona close by 🛒
Reception has a real wow factor with sea views 🌅 and staff were friendly and efficient throughout. A special mention must go to Orlando, the restaurant manager ⭐ — his leadership really showed. Jose W was also fantastic: friendly, efficient and genuinely interested in chatting with guests. Both made our stay feel personal and memorable.
We upgraded to a duplex apartment (€175 for 7 nights) which was spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean 🛏️✨ Excellent air con, strong Wi-Fi and a fridge that actually kept things properly cold.
Food was well managed despite the restaurant being busy. Plenty of gluten-free options, dinners always hot and the snack bar paella (especially fish) was excellent. The Ciao restaurant was a highlight — great food and outstanding service, again thanks to Orlando 🥰
Facilities were ideal for a January stay: plenty of sunbeds, a warm quiet pool, a well-equipped gym, plus free tennis and beach volleyball 🎾🏐
Overall, a calm, well-run hotel with genuinely excellent staff. We’d happily return ❤️
Thank you Team Los Gigantes!

We visited the hotel in Feb half term with our boys aged 7 and 10. It's a fantastic hotel which caters for families so well.
We used the main pool but the quieter end slightly away from the music which was perfect. The pool was warm enough if you kept moving but my 7 year old would get cold after a while. On poolside are 3 little cubicles: 2 child toilets and a shower cubicle. This was great as my son has eczema so we could shower him off after the pool to get the chemicals off and warm up. There were always plenty of sun loungers which is a massive positive, we would never get to the pool before half 10 earliest and always got 4 together with parasols just not at the front. Obviously some people reserve them but there wasn't any need , it's just annoying.
Next to the main pool is a toddler paddling pool and next to that is the pool for the water slide. Half the pool is roped off for the slide but the other half is for anyone to use and only 1m deep plus a separate paddling bit. Children have to be over 1.10m to use it and it is only for children but was great. There's a lifeguard at the top letting them go one by one once the landing zone is clear.
We missed the pool party but on another day the animation team had a long pool mat running across the pool for the kids to run along which my 2 loved. They didn't join in many of the activities but did try the poolside archery which was fun. From what I saw of the animation team they were very good and engaged really well with all the kids. There was lots going on every day although it wasn't always clear what was when / where.
We didn't use the 'quiet pool' but walked past several times and it did look lovely too. It's where the pool snack bar is which does have a good range of food which means you don't have to go up to the restaurant at lunchtime.
The kids loved the mini disco in the theatre area (indoors) and again, a special mention for the Animation Team and Landi here, all do a great job and look happy to be there.
Downstairs in the main building there's an arcade area including pool tables, table football and lots of arcade games which helps entertain the kids for a while so you can sit and have a drink. Theres also a few souvenir shops. Overall a fab holiday, we've already booked again for next year!

We stayed in Block C and had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was very clean throughout our visit.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Jossiane from Guest Experience, who gave us great information, made sure everything ran smoothly, and even helped make our daughter’s birthday really special.
The buffet could get quite busy at times, which was the only downside.
Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it for families!

Fantastic hotel. Although it is a bit further out the hotel has so much more than many. The pools are brilliant, hotel is clean and staff take pride in keeping it that way. Perfect hotel for kids with loads for them to do. Food is good and plenty to go round even when busier. Only small thing to mention as a brit is theres no English breakfast tea so pack your tea or nip to the supermarket 5 mins up the hill.

This establishment is comfortably a cut above other 4-star hotels I have visited. The service and cleanliness are truly irreproachable, and the main restaurant offers high-quality, diverse, and delicious food. I particularly appreciated the clever, simple initiatives to reduce food waste, which is a rare and welcome effort for an all-inclusive.
However, these logistical points definitely need attention. The "wild" reservation of sunbeds with towels is unmanaged, unlike in other hotels of this category. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi is very sluggish, the on-site ATM charges exorbitant fees—reminiscent of Southeast Asia—and several arcade games are dysfunctional, simply swallowing coins.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend it.
