We stayed here as a party or 7 in April (Mum, Dad, 2 teens, 1 child and grandparents). We had 3 rooms in N block, which initially seemed a bit of a walk to the main areas but actually we ended up loving this block. We had gorgeous sea views and the block was lovely and quiet. The rooms are absolutely brilliant, they have a really spacious lounge and generous bedrooms and bathrooms, which are very well equipped. The hotel is absolutely fantastic and we had an amazing time. The food was very good really for an all inclusive, at the end of the day they are what they are and you accept that but there was always plenty of choice. The snack bar Nautilus is good for lunch. The entertainment at this Hotel was the best we've had, the Neon party was epic! We never had a problem finding a sunbed as unlike others we didn't stick our towels on them at daft o clock and then not use them for 8 hours, we still always found 7 together. The high ropes were really fun despite us being terrified beforehand, and ended up giving us our favourite holiday memory ever...Grandad wobbling around up there is definitely one for the album 🤣. The place was immaculately kept and we saw some beautiful sunsets from the terraces. I don't know why people say there is nothing around the hotel, there is! At the end of the day you don't pay for an all inclusive and then go out everyday but if you do fancy a wander out there's plenty of little shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall a fabulous stay, thank you ❤️

Absolutely brilliant hotel! Wide range of food in buffet, including for vegetarians (although the variety for children could be increased and made a little more healthy). The room was spacious and clean (we stayed in the Landi village) and very clean resort. Every morning the staff were cleaning pavements, the main buildings and the room. The sunset bar has a gorgeous view of the sunset over the ocean. There is so much to do for children (outdoor soft play, splash pad, multiple pools).
We all (2 adults, 3 yr old, 1 yr old) absolutely loved it and will probably return. It’s only an hour transfer from the airport and the hotel staff honestly couldn’t do enough - so friendly!!

Security Concerns and Poor Staff Response Tainted an Otherwise Promising Stay
We recently stayed at Landmar Costa Los Gigantes as a family—with our children—and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience that seriously affected our holiday.
Upon arrival, we were transported by the hotel’s luggage buggy from reception to our room—a short two-minute ride. I have video phone footage clearly showing that I still had my bag with me during that ride. Once we entered our room for the first time, I placed the bag down inside. Shortly after, my partner, our sons, and I went to visit friends staying just a few doors down to quickly say hello. We were away from our room for no more than 10 minutes.
When we returned, the bag was gone.
There were no signs of forced entry, which strongly suggests the theft was likely an inside job—someone with authorized access may have entered and taken it in that brief window.
The stolen bag contained credit and debit cards, my driver’s license, a battery pack, and Meta Ray-Ban sunglasses.
I immediately reported this to reception and asked them to check the CCTV. Shockingly, they told me they couldn’t review the footage without police involvement. I explained that checking the footage would help establish whether the police should be involved—but they refused to help. The staff’s lack of concern and unwillingness to act was both frustrating and alarming.
This made us feel incredibly unsafe for the remainder of our stay. It’s very unsettling to know that someone may have entered your room and taken your belongings within minutes of arrival, and even more disturbing that the hotel staff seemed indifferent. For a resort of this size and reputation, I expected a far more professional and responsible response to a security issue involving a family with children.
Despite this, there were some positives:
• The food was generally good, with a wide variety available throughout the day.
• Our room was clean, comfortable, and large enough for a family.
• The pool was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of snack and drink stations nearby.
• The entertainment was a highlight—there’s a lively central area with a modern bar, an outdoor stage for live shows, and an indoor arcade and theatre with scheduled performances. It’s a great setup for families.
• Most of the staff around the hotel (excluding those handling the theft report) were polite and helpful.
• The drinks were okay—not particularly strong, but decent enough for an all-inclusive resort.
• The recreational facilities were a bit dated, but still usable and enjoyable.
However, a major issue that cannot go unmentioned: the absolutely awful smell near the pool bar. It smelled strongly of sewage or poor drainage, and was so bad it actually put us off walking near that area. It was persistent throughout our stay and really detracted from the poolside atmosphere.
Overall Rating: 6/10
Had it not been for the theft and the hotel’s disappointing response, this could have easily been a 7/10 stay. The property itself is family-friendly with good entertainment and dining options. But the serious lapse in security, the alarming indifference from reception staff, and the unhygienic conditions near the pool bar made it hard for us to fully enjoy our time. I strongly urge future guests—especially families—to be extra cautious with their belongings, even inside your room.

Fabulous resort! Rooms were spacious very clean and nice on the eye and easily accessible! Food was by far one of the best for choice we have experienced although towards the end as always with all inclusive you get a bit fed up but cannot complain it was good quality with lots of choice! Entertainment on most nights Elton John tribute was fantastic. The pools especially the kids area was lovely and heated very clean! Always had a sun bed available but we did go in march I would imagine in the main season it would be busy! Staff were always very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend for families we have had a wonderful 10 days it lived up to the 4 star expectations.

Absolutely amazing holiday here!! Travelled as 2 adults and 2 children (9month old and 3 year old). We stayed in block A in an ocean view suite. The food was amazing, best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. Veggie and vegan options for all meals. For lunch we always used the nautical snack bar, the paella was lovely. We spent most days round the quiet pool but I love that there were 2 options of pools. Baby pools next to both of them. Hotel was extremely clean everywhere. All staff very friendly. And for the kids they have an outdoor soft play that is covered with shade, we spent lots of time here. They also got new sunbeds and tables while we were there! More than enough for everyone.the hotel is also very eco friendly, washable cups and compostable plates and cutlery for around the pool. plus they give you water bottles and there’s loads of refill water stations around the hotel, including near the rooms.
The only downside was the lifeguards kept taking down our parasol if there was a slight breeze- the only parasol allowed up was the lifeguard’s!! Not ideal in scorching heat with two young children who needed shade so we had to go and sit inside :( so the hotel really needs to invest in better parasols.
I also wouldn’t use the Foto Event people. The photo staff are lovely but you can get the same quality photos on your phone. I thought they would be properly edited after I chose which ones I wanted (given how expensive they were!) but they were just printed there and then.
Also there’s not that much going on in the local area, we ate out a couple times but I preferred the hotel food!
But with all that being said, We would definitely come back here! :)
