I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room had a strong musty smell, and the bathroom was so small it was nearly impossible to shower and dry off comfortably. I had paid for one of the most expensive rooms with a sea view, but instead my view was blocked by the rooftop of the bar below and a massive statue sitting on it. I reported these issues to reception, but nothing was done. The air conditioning was extremely old and, even at full power, couldn’t cool the room properly. Since my stay was short, I decided not to make a scene, but I barely used the room or the hotel except to sleep because of how uncomfortable and disappointing it was. I know this is a 3-star hotel, but paying for one of the top rooms, I expected a much better experience. Sadly, I wouldn’t return. At the end of the day, you realize you are really paying for the location which is, to be fair, excellent. Everything you might need is within walking distance, from restaurants and shops to the beach. The area is great, but the hotel itself does not live up to the price charged for its premium rooms.

We came here as a family of 4 in 2 rooms (room 317 and 315) and were so pleased with our experience! Before arrival I had read some of the reviews on here and was expecting the worst, however, the service here at the reception, the restaurant and the cleaners are impeccable. Super friendly, helpful and always greet us through passing. Our room was cleaned and we were provided with fresh towels every day! The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach with loads of shops, restaurants and bars not even a minute walk out of the hotel! We only had breakfast included in our stay, but it was amazing! Food was alternated day by day and there was tons of variety for all, even my sister who is extremely picky enjoyed her breakfast everyday! This is my second time in Can Picafort and it was extremely enjoyable because of the hotel. The rooms are fairly decent size, for 2 people it is perfect. Comes with a mini fridge which was lovely, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a safe etc. The balcony is slightly small and ours looks out onto the sea but is facing the other balconies from the rooms opposite us (which can be a bit uncomfortable for some but honestly didn’t really bother us as we were high up). My only complaints - WiFi is available however it is almost non existent, some days it would work for a few minutes to half an hour and others it wouldn’t work at all. Every night or through the day after the beach/pool we would have to sit out on the balcony just to reach family or check our bank, but although it was annoying we made it work and prepared through the day by downloading movies/shows to watch once we were in bed. The TV is only equipped with Spanish or German channels, which for us made it unusable, but again we didn’t need to use it as we downloaded movies onto our phones. The shower is a bit small and slightly awkward to use as water gets everywhere onto the floor as the shower curtain is the only thing covering the shower, more like a wet room, but again it was fine! The pool is also not in the hotel, it is about a 2 min walk down an alleyway, however this didn’t bother us at all! The sunbeds were extremely comfy, toilets were clean, the pool was clean and quite big so it was still enjoyable nevertheless but that is something to bear in mind. Overall, our stay was amazing and we don’t really have any complaints, just small nit-picks. Would definitely stay here again!

We were a bit worried after seeing some reviews on trip advisor but still booked anyway and it was worth it for the money we had paid. The checking in was very easy, we got a lovely balcony room with stunning views on the second floor. The check out was very easy and the staff did speak English. We had no issues with the air-con, we had it on everytime we was in the room. The breakfast was good, and the dinner, there were different options each day we were there (4 days). You have to buy your own drinks at dinner time. The hotel is on the sea front, stunning views of the water and the beach chairs and umbrellas you could pay for and use everyday, there was loads of bars and other food places so close nearby along the strip and it is a very good location. (On the 6th photo the hotel is right there at the back). Only issue we did have was the bathroom as it was so easy to flood it as the shower curtain didn’t keep the water inside very well. The cleaners were lovely, we didn’t want the room cleaning but as we were leaving we were asked if we wanted towels changing. We really enjoyed it and was worth the money we paid for, we didn’t use the pool but I believe it was in the hotel the reception is in.

We recently stayed at this hotel. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — the beach is just a few steps away, which helped us enjoy our vacation overall despite some serious issues. There were a few positive moments: the reception kindly gave us beach umbrellas free of charge, which was really helpful and saved us from having to buy one. Also, when our child accidentally locked themselves in the bathroom, hotel staff responded very quickly and helped open the door — we really appreciated that. Unfortunately, there were several negative experiences that left a lasting impression. The hotel itself is quite old, our room was small, with a bad view, and we found hairs on the shower walls upon arrival — not a good start. One evening during dinner, a female staff member (possibly a manager) began yelling at a waiter in the middle of the restaurant, in front of all the guests. It went on for quite a while, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. The waiter — who had been kind and attentive — ended up walking out in his apron. Our child was frightened by the shouting. It was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Later during our stay, around 9 PM, the fire alarm suddenly went off. Our child had already fallen asleep, woke up crying, and was very scared. The alarm kept ringing for a while. We packed passports and valuables just in case. My husband called reception, but they didn’t know what was happening either. It was very stressful. And finally — the most alarming part: our child found a small, sharp piece of plastic inside their ice cream (likely from the packaging). This could have been very dangerous. (Photo attached.) We did our best to enjoy the beach and make the most of our time, but overall, the hotel did not meet expectations and we left with mixed feelings.

Very good , wifi is sadly not usable all day sometimes you can watch 5 min on low. Food is niece but too sweet and mostly not a full menu. Pool is boring, you need pay for locker(no refund). The view is great if you have ocean view and if not you are very close, recommended. AC could be cleaned, smells a bit and is a bit loud. Channel on tv could be more. Card to enter building mostly dont work. Workout room is 👍 Location is more for families Would visit again but bad wifi a minus star and the rest combined a minus star.
