We recently stayed at this hotel. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — the beach is just a few steps away, which helped us enjoy our vacation overall despite some serious issues.
There were a few positive moments: the reception kindly gave us beach umbrellas free of charge, which was really helpful and saved us from having to buy one. Also, when our child accidentally locked themselves in the bathroom, hotel staff responded very quickly and helped open the door — we really appreciated that.
Unfortunately, there were several negative experiences that left a lasting impression. The hotel itself is quite old, our room was small, with a bad view, and we found hairs on the shower walls upon arrival — not a good start.
One evening during dinner, a female staff member (possibly a manager) began yelling at a waiter in the middle of the restaurant, in front of all the guests. It went on for quite a while, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. The waiter — who had been kind and attentive — ended up walking out in his apron. Our child was frightened by the shouting. It was completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
Later during our stay, around 9 PM, the fire alarm suddenly went off. Our child had already fallen asleep, woke up crying, and was very scared. The alarm kept ringing for a while. We packed passports and valuables just in case. My husband called reception, but they didn’t know what was happening either. It was very stressful.
And finally — the most alarming part: our child found a small, sharp piece of plastic inside their ice cream (likely from the packaging). This could have been very dangerous. (Photo attached.)
We did our best to enjoy the beach and make the most of our time, but overall, the hotel did not meet expectations and we left with mixed feelings.

Very good , wifi is sadly not usable all day sometimes you can watch 5 min on low.
Food is niece but too sweet and mostly not a full menu.
Pool is boring, you need pay for locker(no refund).
The view is great if you have ocean view and if not you are very close, recommended.
AC could be cleaned, smells a bit and is a bit loud. Channel on tv could be more.
Card to enter building mostly dont work.
Workout room is 👍
Location is more for families
Would visit again but bad wifi a minus star and the rest combined a minus star.

This hotel is, without a doubt, one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. We stayed here at the beginning of September and were thoroughly appalled. The reality of the hotel is a far cry from the misleading pictures, and the staff were astonishingly rude.
The half-board option does not include drinks with dinner, and we were charged an outrageous 3 euros for a small 500ml bottle of water. When we brought our own, we were treated with blatant disrespect—a staff member named Miguel snapped his fingers at us, as though we were pets, and ordered us to leave. This forced us to sneak sips of water like children hiding in a school cafeteria. The buffet was no better. The food was monotonous, with the same dishes served nightly, and the occasional, uninspired changes to a small food stand. Breakfast was equally bizarre, offering carrots and sweetcorn instead of beans.
The rooms were another disaster. The balcony was so cramped that sitting down was impossible, and to make matters worse, the bed sheets weren’t changed for six days. The air conditioning reeked of raw sewage, making the room unbearable at times. The shower was equipped with a flimsy curtain that flooded the bathroom, and the soap dispenser didn’t even function.
The hotel’s facilities were practically non-existent. There was no pool table, no ping pong, no entertainment—nothing. Anything you’d expect from even a basic hotel was missing. The indoor pool and gym weren’t even on the premises; they were located in another hotel nearby. When I tried to use the pool, I was confronted by a rude staff member who questioned why I was there. She told me the pool closed at 7, despite it only being 6:30.
The outdoor pool at this hotel is genuinely reminiscent of a prison yard. It's fenced in with iron bars and is about the size of a small house pool, far from what you’d expect at a resort. To make matters worse, the pool is locked at night, so forget about lounging on the sunbeds and enjoying a peaceful evening under the stars. The whole setup feels claustrophobic and unwelcoming, adding to the overall disappointment of the stay. The terrace / roof is also closed and locked extremely early.
There is absolutely no reason to stay at this hotel. I wouldn’t return even if someone paid me. How this hotel has a 3-star rating is beyond comprehension. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs—it is truly not worth a single penny.

Me and my daughter were here for 4 nights not too long ago. Thanks to Andrei in the reception, we got a nice room with a great sea view. He was very helpful and a kind young man; the staff were friendly in general. The bathroom is a bit small and old, and the door doesn't open fully, which is a little bit of a problem. The food is fine. We enjoyed the holiday overall.

It was a tough experience, first of all in our bathroom the water floated after every shower, also in the room the water floated from the bathroom, we had to spread the towels on the floor to collect the water and throughout the stay we do this thing which is not acceptable. Also we complained to the reception and we receive this answer “Do yo want a mop to clean?” Which is not respectful from a hotel to answer like that to a client. We went to the reception 3 times in a row and nothing changed for our room or our stay. It was HORRIBLE. Second time the air conditioning worked badly, in most of the time doesn’t work.
I would like to tell you that you don’t resolve these problems in the last 2-3 years because I’ve seen in the others reviews the same issues and you said “Yeah yeah we will resolve, thank you for your feedback…” nothing changed the same problems are in these days.
