Had a nice 4 day break with my wife. After reading reviews i was kind of apprehensive but it was a nice enough hotel. It was clean and tidy, Rooms are a bit on the small side but clean, food was decent with lots to choose from. Location is bang next to club strip so can be noisy at night but you should already expect that with it being magaluf. The 2 big downsides are the arrival TAX and then there is no drinks provided at all for the evening meal (not even water) so you have to buy drinks if you want them with your meal. Overall its good enough and I'd happily visit this hotel again

Do not stay here unless you are on a Stag/Hen Do or you’re just looking for a drinking session over a weekend, it was on me for not viewing where this hotel was located before booking with Jet2 however what isn’t on me is the rude staff, terrible rooms, the so called double bed which is just two singles pushed together that’s not a double bed. Also the lack of sound proof in this room is astounding considering how close to the nightclubs it is like the wall are definitely made of paper or something. I took my partner with me and she’s 6 months pregnant and we where just palmed off to a small room on the same side as all the nightclubs like do they not see who’s checking in before they assign you a room there where groups of lads and girls just here for a good time that where given more private rooms than us at the other side of the hotel where it’s not as noisy, never ever staying here again and would warn anybody who goes to Majorca to avoid this place

We stayed here for a week. After so much bad reviews I expected less from this hotel, but we had a great stay. LOCATION - Great location in the Magaluf centre, many bars, restaurants, close to 2 beaches. Max 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach. ROOMS - Our room was clean, modern. Cleaning every day, towels were changed every day or at least every second day, we didn't use as many towels as we had. The only minus that I noticed about the room - when you taking the shower and using a lot of water, the water can start flowing on the floor because there is no curb. NO ants in our room. In general, the room 517 was fantastic, it's on the corner so you get a perfect sea view. During our stay (on september) it was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. It is definitely NOT as others write that the hotel is full of drunken youths banging the door, screaming etc. or at least they are not in the hotel. Only two nights we heard noise. FOOD - the food was very good, every day something new for the dinner. Everyone will find something to eat, there is a lot of choice! Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday, BUT still you have a lot of choice of different meals. On the dinner you have to pay for drinks including water/tea/coffee, but on breakfast they are included (of course except alcoholic drinks). A lot of desserts.

I just came back from Palma de Mallorca and I was in this hotel for 7 nights (09-16 September). With all this bad reviews I didn’t know what to expect, but it was what I though. This is 3-stars hotel, nothing luxury and they don’t provide you anything additional for free. You have small room with air condition, bathroom, balcony, cleaning once a dat and clean towers. In the hotel the employees do what they must do and nothing more. Yes, it is noisy but this is because this is not your private house and there are 20 more rooms on the floor and people are trying to enjoy their holidays their way. In my package I had breakfast included and every day the breakfast was exactly the same as the previous day, kind of English breakfast, some salads and ham. Location is more then perfect. You go out from the hotel them turn right and In 1 minute time you are on the main street with all the bars and restaurants. The only attraction in the hotel seems to be the swimming pool and I think from most room balconies you can watch it. Lobby is very simple and they offer you snacks (burgers prepared from the left overs on the breakfast). When I arrived the Lobby bar worktime was 10:00 - 22:00 but few days ago became from 12:00. Coffee have very affordable price €1.50 but now is €1.80. Many of you wrote the air conditioner doesn't work but i fact if you keep your balcony door closed everything is fine. They have water. On my floor, 4th floor I had to wait 1-2 minutes for hot water to come and everything was fine. My biggest problem was the bathroom because it was unreal. The size of the bath is 2 sq.m (pictures are attached) and If you start taking shower you will start pushing the water battery and change the temperature because you don’t have space to move your hands, and every time the shower pipe goes up and open the celling then you need to push back the shower down : ))))) Inside the selling you can see lots of cables which is scary and risky for bathroom.. another problem is the elevator. For hotel with so many rooms on every floor you can’t have only 2 elevators for all the guests and clean ladies. Of course if you need mini fridge they offer for a week or day for something like €5. To use the safe box you also need to pay I think the same prize. I can’t confirm for the ice cubs or internet but it was written somewhere In the hotel information paper that you will get on the reception the Wi-Fi internet is free. I will not go back to the same place anymore and hope this information will be helpful to some of you.

The first thing I didn't like was that my flight was delayed 5 and a half hours. I got to the hotel at 4 am and they didn't wait for me with a cold dinner like elsewhere. This was not the first time in my life my flight was delayed, but I never experianced something like that. WiFi is slow but free, you have to pay for the useage of the safe, while in other hotels you only need deposit and use it for free. There is no refrigerator in the room. If you're lucky, you can rent an old mini fridge for 40 euros a week. Refrigerators are standard equipment in most 3-star hotels and usually they are free to use. The only positive is the cleaning staff because they make their best. Food so-so. Although it is quite tasteless, but it is not bad. The hotel is in a very noisy place, a party area... It is impossible to sleep without sleeping pills and there are a lot of screaming vandal guests there..... At night, the music blares in the rooms,also on the terrace and outside on the street as well... Walls are thin, everything can be heard from other rooms.Uncultured entertainment is going on. And the sea is dirty in this part... Overpriced and not good. The room is small. The air conditioning worked for me, but not in every room. For my part, never again Mallorca
