Overall, this is beautiful place. I'm glad we got city facing room(but we paid for it 🤭).
The rooms are big and spacious, the kitchen has most of the cutlery and pots for cooking. There was microwave, kettle, toaster. All there to prep a meal.
The cleaning was almost non existent. We were there for 7 days and housekeeper popped twice - once she walked on when we were talking quite loudly and were getting dressed - she just walked casually to us in the bathroom and asked about cleaning. Next time, they came in and did the bed... Not even properly... They just threw a throw and that's it... When we got to the room, the bedding, the walls in the bathroom had loads of hair. The spare pillows had spit or snot or heaven knows what on them. We have asked to replace it.
The reception staff was most of the time were very helpful.
I'd like to mention animation team. We were not involved on day activities, but we were there for the evenings. Young man that was leading mini disco was very enthusiastic and fun. My son(14y/o) was surprised, how a person can be so happy every day. I did tell him that is part of adult life, sometimes you have to pretend that you are happy, when children are around, especially at work where it involves children.
The evening shows where good. You could see that there was lots of preparation before the show. We loved 'back to the future' the most. I liked the fact that there was no dragging people from the crowd etc.
Food... It was good for the value. But it wasn't the best I'd say. Variety could be better. Having said that, for the price paid it was perfect.
Pools were good. We did not go to crowded on as it looked too busy. We went to quiet one and it was fun. We did not explore the slides as my children are a bit too old for them.
The beautiful beach is about 10mins away. To get to the beach is a lovely walk by the shops. Shops are nearby where you can get most of the things.
I would recommend this place if you are not very picky and just need a place to sleep, eat and go explore.

👎👎👎👎I can't recommend this hotel because upon check-in, they wanted to charge my husband for the already broken TV screen in the room. The hotel manager named Pablo claimed he was the one who broke the TV and lied to our face about seeing it on camera. After we asked to see the video, he was confused and ultimately didn't provide proof, just saying, "Okay, sorry, there was a mistake." 🤦🤬
Pablo even deigned to offer his assurances, but simply said it was a mistake.🤷🤷🤷🤦
This is simply disgusting; the start of our vacation was ruined. He simply wanted to charge us for an already broken TV and rip us off. There were also electrical problems in the room: the microwave was crackling, the light was flickering, there was no hairdryer, the bathroom door didn't close, there was someone else's hair on the beds, the toilet was dirty, and cleaning was rare. Upon check-in, they charged an additional €55 tax, €30 for using the safe, and a €20 deposit for the hairdryer and safe. For some reason, this wasn't mentioned on the website. 🤷
They also put ribbons on us that weren't all-inclusive, even though I paid for full-service, and I even had to prove that we were entitled to all-inclusive.🙆
The reception staff were generally poor with their customers.😡
We probably won't return to this hotel; it left us with unpleasant memories.
So be careful with people like Pablo. If there's anything wrong with your room upon check-in, immediately report it and show it to reception. This is very important; they really do try to blame their own shortcomings on their clients.
Our vacation was saved by the warm, beautiful sea and sun.

We were very happy with our stay at Bellevue Club! 💙 Great location, perfect for families with kids – everything is close by: pools, playgrounds, and beautiful surroundings. The kids had such an amazing time! 😄
A huge thank you to the wonderful animation team for children – you truly do your job with love, joy, and so much positive energy. ❤️ It’s beautiful to see people who genuinely enjoy what they do. Thanks to you, the children were smiling and their eyes were full of excitement and happiness. 🥰

We weren’t completely satisfied, but overall the hotel delivers what you would expect from a 3-star resort. It’s a huge holiday complex spread over a very large area with countless buildings. There are many pools, but they do get quite crowded.
In the main restaurant, there aren’t enough tables and chairs for everyone, so if you go late, you’ll probably have to wait for an empty table. However, there are plenty of snacks available throughout the day, so you never really get hungry. The snack options include fries, burgers, meat dishes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ice cream, and much more.
There’s also a small play area for children in the evenings, but it’s limited and quite expensive — we paid 6 euros for just 3–4 minutes on the trampoline.
Because the resort is so large and busy, the limited number of staff can’t always stay fully organized, so it’s best to just go with the flow and not expect perfect service.
The sea is quite far away — the nearest beach is Alcudia, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to walk there.
If you’re planning a beach holiday in Mallorca and only need a hotel to sleep in, this place can be a good option.
