Really lovely part of Majorca, not too far from beach. Resort lovely, with plenty of pools to choose from. We were located near the water park which was great for the kids, only downside was some of the slides not working. Also, the kids club was in the furthest pool away from the water park, so didn't really make sense. Food was fine. Not everything open, but maybe due to time of year. Would be interested to see in the summer months. Lovely family holiday location.

What an experience. I've read some bad reviews but..... I disagree massively, we had an amazing 1st family holiday , staff were great and very friendly, and the entertainers were amazing. So full of energy. What a team they are. 5/5 just for them. All the shows were great for our entertainment but our most favourite was the "musical express" which the entertainers did themselves. We will be returning in the future. Thank you for helping to make our holiday rememberable

After reading the reviews i was prepared for the worst, but was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. This is a very large hotel complex so it’s understandable that the rooms might not be always perfect and the staff under pressure. However if you can look past that its a very well kept place and perfect for a family holiday. Right now its not full so i can imagine in the height of summer it might be different. Food is ok, i would recommend either half board or just evening meal. It can get quite busy at the buffet and the food is not too varied. We stayed in a 2 bedroom basic room with a view of the street. But we hardly spent anytime there so im glad I didn’t pay for a room with a view. Entertainment was ok, the usual for a hotel this size. There are mosquitoes, the hotel is right next to the marshlands and also a lake. However they are only a problem at early evening, cover up and use bug spray. Conclusion. I would definitely come back here, and would recommend it for families with younger kids.

Mixed review This is the first time Ive felt the need to provide negative comments within any holiday review. Let’s start with the positive: • Great location • Fedra 1 building, floor 9, fantastic views • Clean modern room (Deluxe 2 bed apartment) • Plenty of pool options and lots of sun loungers so no need to hold with towels early in the morning • Lots of spar shops on site • Great soft and alcoholic drinks available from the bar Negative: • The site is huge, for those with mobility issues this could cause difficulty • Our room was approximately a seven to ten minute walk from reception. We checked in at 1am, when arriving at the room our key cards did not work. We left our teenage sons on the balcony with our luggage whilst we walked back to query this, the receptionist was extremely rude and advised I’d caused the issue by putting the (four) room cards near my phone. He created four new room cards, when arriving back at the room, these also failed to open the door. We had to call reception back to tell them of the issue so they sent for maintenance. It took an hour and a half from arrival to actually get in to the room. The door mechanism was broken and was fully replaced on the second day. • Whilst our sons were waiting for us, one of them was bitten. This then resulted in a visit to the emergency doctor on site for emergency treatment. Not a great start. • Lifts broken daily • No hot water two days out of the seven • One restaurant provides the all inclusive and one other restaurant (The white and black) which was chargeable (25% discount for all inclusive guests). All other restaurants were closed! • Take citronella candles, incense, spray as you ‘will’ be bitten • The marketing for this hotel is miss leading which is disappointing Sorry to say I would not return

The staff were so pleasant and friendly, very helpful. Very talkative which was great. Entertainment team were amazing kept every one happy and were very good at what they did. Variation for all ages. Would highly recommend watching them and giving tip if you can they always said hello walking past. Really lovely people.
