My 7 year old and I have just got back from a weeks holiday at this resort. We absolutely loved our week there. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped us where ever they could. Our room was clean and was kept clean they came every 3 days.. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk.
The highlight of our holiday was the entertainment team they are an amazing bunch of people especially Gabriel, Emanuel and Vera. When they found out my daughter was poorly they went out of their way to cheer her up and check on her. They all show how much they love their jobs from the pool parties to the evening entertainment. They made our holiday one to remember and my daughter is already asking to go back next year and every year down to the entertainment team.
The only negatives I would say about this resort is the mosquitoes at the entertainment arena at nights they are rife down there. The other is the food it’s very repetitive they could do with adding other things like offering slices of pizza. The meal times at the restaurant are chaos. The hotel resort is very large so be prepared if you want to cover all of it there will be some walking to do but the area is flat so it’s an easy walk.

Had a weeks holiday with my daughter Grandaughter and great grandchildren. The complex was ideal for families and children who love to be in the pool all day and have fun with entertainment group. Food was excellent something for everyone and the staff very polite. Rooms clean beds comfy.
The downfall of the place was no security on site whatsoever. People in the pool after midnight playing loud music. Reception told us that they couldn't do anything about it. It was rife with mosquitoes 🦟 everyone was being bitten. The pharmacy across the road sell very good repellent for 25 euros!!!!
Everyone enjoyed the holiday especially the children. Between May and October the mosquitoes are really bad due to the humidity and all the lakes and water around the complex. I personally would rate it 7/10

If you’re coming to Mallorca to experience charm, beauty, and relaxation – STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This hotel was one of the biggest mistakes we’ve ever made in our travels. The problems started immediately and just kept getting worse.
There were constant power outages throughout our stay (only our building). At one point we couldn’t even take a shower after a day at the beach because the hotel relies on an electric water pump. The air conditioning didn’t work at all for over 15 hours, we couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat, and when it finally came back on, more outages happened again the next day so it kept going on and off. The staff were completely unhelpful, and any complaints were brushed off with a vague “fill in the form” response and wait till the hotel manager shows up.
The manager was only available the next morning at 11:00 – which is completely unacceptable given the seriousness of the issues. To his credit, he was initially polite and understanding. But once he realized we were only staying two nights, his attitude changed drastically. Suddenly we were told we wouldn’t receive the compensation he had just promised, because our stay was “only two nights.” That logic is beyond flawed – if anything, two nights of constant disruption means at least 50% of our trip was ruined. He also had the audacity to say we should be thankful for getting a roof over our heads??
We also noticed several guests in wheelchairs who must have been affected even more severely than we were. The elevators stopped working during the blackouts, making it nearly impossible for them to move around the hotel safely or even leave their floors. It was shocking to see such a complete lack of contingency planning for guests with mobility needs.
On top of the technical problems, the hotel itself is in terrible condition. Everything feels neglected and dirty – disgusting finishes everywhere, worn-out furniture, and a generally unhygienic atmosphere. The entire resort is oversized and soulless, with long, pointless walking areas that just add to the frustration.
This place might have been decent decades ago, but now it’s nothing short of a run-down, trashy resort that belongs in a past era. We regret ever setting foot here. Don’t make the same mistake.

I went to this resort in the graduation trip. We had some problems but the staff there solved it fast. The food was really really good. A great variety and options. The pools were clean and the other enjoyable free space was good too
I really would like to go back, but without the noise and misbehavior from other students

We just got back from our stay and… surprise: it was actually great! 😄
I’ll be honest—I was a bit nervous because of all the negative reviews I read before coming. But luckily, it turns out some people are just professionally dramatic.
The hotel is what it promises: a solid 3-star experience, and if you keep your expectations realistic (this isn’t the Ritz), you’ll probably enjoy it like we did.
✅ Positives? Plenty:
Our room was spacious enough for our holiday chaos, and surprisingly quiet at night.
Pools had the right temperature and no late-night party animals ruining the peace.
The snack bars were lifesavers, especially when someone in your group is always “just a little hungry.”
The chiringuitos (little bars) around every corner were a dream. All-inclusive actually included cocktails like sangría, mojito, and piña colada—which were surprisingly good.
The staff? Super friendly and always helpful. The entertainers tried their best, and we appreciated the effort!
🍽️ Food? Let’s say… you won’t starve.
It’s not a gourmet paradise, but for each mealtime, at least 3 out of 7 dishes were solid. If you get the timing right (breakfast before 8 is your friend), you’ll avoid the stampede and actually find decent options. After 9:30? May the buffet odds be ever in your favor.
And yes—if you want a really nice dinner, I’d recommend treating yourself to a restaurant outside the complex one evening. You deserve it.
🦟 A few honest notes:
Mosquito spray is a must. You’ll need it, especially at night. Either bring it with you or buy it there—there are plenty of shops both inside and just outside the complex.
You’ll be walking. A lot. This place is big—forgetting something in your room means a mini pilgrimage. Wear comfy shoes and be ready for some steps.
Our room’s AC didn’t really work (a steady 28–29°C), but we somehow survived. The hotel offered another room, but that one was the same. At least they tried!
Oh, and the little cockroach in the shower was already dead when we arrived. So… problem solved? Pet not included. 😅
But again—for a 3-star hotel? We were pleasantly surprised.
It felt safe, relaxing, and well-located. And despite the flaws, we’re already thinking of coming back. Maybe we were just lucky—but sometimes luck is all you need for a good holiday.
