Amazing holiday with our 5 and 7 year old. Rooms are standard but clean. The best part of the holiday for us was the animation team. Our kids are autistic and they managed them very well, we felt safe leaving them with the staff! They are all lovely and friendly. We joined in in the entertainment games and the evening sessions too. Food was nice and variety of drinks. Close to the beach and the variety of pools was great. Very good for a 3 star!! We'll be going back.

I just spent a wonderful week at this hotel with my family! Everything was perfect! Very child-friendly, with great programs with animators every day. I recommend it 100% and we will definitely be back.I just spent a wonderful week at this hotel with my family! Everything was perfect! Very mixed experience about this hotel. On arrival we checked in, we got a free room upgrade which was lovely. Walked to the resort and swiped our room key only to open the door and see there was already a family staying in that room. We went back to reception and they gave us a different room. Room was spacious and nice with beautiful views. We did however get a lot of ants in the rooms, in our clothes mostly and the kitchen facility. Rooms were cleaned every other day however the beds weren’t changed the whole duration of the stay.
The breakfast at the hotel was disgusting and it was like a cattle market trying to get food and find a table with people pushing each other. We ended up not going to breakfast after 2 attempts. There was a snack bar, was nice but had the same stuff on everyday for lunch which was burgers, hot dogs, chips, hake bites and a small selection of salads. Evening meal was nice and had plenty of selection although we did eat out of the hotel for a couple of nights.
The first night of our stay we went to the show garden, disappointing as the entertainment was ‘king of Bellevue’ where they used the audience as entertainment. The next night we went and there was a male and female singer on, they were ok but very depressing for being on a holiday. After this we gave up with the entertainment.
Pool area was lovely, most sunbeds were snapped in the middle but could still use them. Lifeguards let the place down massively! Different pool rules applied for different people depending on who you were. Some nights they came to tell you the pool was shutting at 5:40 and other nights it was 5:50 depending on if they wanted an early hometime!
Resort itself was beautiful and close to the town. The town does have a lot of road works going on outside of the resort.
Overall was an alright holiday but unsure if I would return again.

We are a family of 4. Dad, mum and two boys aged 6 and 9 when we attended in July 2025. Our short, 4 day trip was a wonderful experience, so much so, that we have booked to visit again in 2026. For the majority of our break, we stayed by the poolside drinking a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks (the parents did, at least 😂). A premium selection of beer and spirits were available as well as Coca-Cola, Fanta and other sparkling soft drinks. We went as all inclusive and although the food did not change too often, we didn’t mind this for a few days. The pool bar offered burgers, chips and drinks, self-service, all of which were kept immaculately clean.
The staff were friendly and the facilities on site were all great. We stayed in Diana II, and although our room provided everything that we needed, I must state that the room had a few issues. The first was that in the bathroom, there was a socket that had a gap between it, with exposed wires. Though outdated by today’s standards, the kitchenette looked great, although we didn’t use this at all during our stay. Potentially the worst issue was that we could hear through the wall next door in the room which did pose an issue when their baby was screaming until 2am and did not allow myself or my wife to sleep until this had stopped. We did welcome the mosquito net on the sliding door to the balcony as the area has a lot of mosquitos.
We didn’t bother too much with the entertainment, but went once and the kids enjoyed it for about 45 minutes before wanting to retreat to the hotel room.
The location of the hotel is great, a fairly close, walking distance to the Alcudia Strip and the beach allowed for an evening outing to browse the shops and to enjoy some of the local bars and entertainment.
We met a few other people at the hotel who had come for the first time and some that had returned with children of a similar age, this was great for our kids to socialise and talk about things they were interested in. The place was comically compared to ‘Butlins Abroad’ which I found to be an apt description.
After all, it’s a budget, family friendly hotel, offering a selection of pools, water slides and play areas to gorge upon for young kids and older ones alike. We can’t wait to return this summer!

Kids club and entertainment by the pool was fantastic. The children loved it and entertainment team were brilliant.
Rooms and overall amenities were clean but a bit tired. Food is average but you get what you pay for and no one went hungry!
Staff all friendly and hard working.
