Checked in 3 rooms on saturday, 2 adults 1 child in each.
Myself, my husband and 8 year old daughter were on the balcony on sunday night having a game of cards. A guy a floor up and few balconys around started whistiling to get our attention. We looked up and he went into his room got a chair, stood up and stripped down and started playing with himself infront of us, my daughter included. He thought this was really funny.
My husband, and 2 brother in laws ran up to his room and receptionist opened the door for them (which could have ended very badly but did not)
We called the police and staff from hotel.
There was 3 members of staff, Nasir, Alejandro and Javier. They were absolutely useless.
The police came and said he couldnt be arrested because he was on his own balcony (which i can understand if he didnt stand on a chair and continue to whistle and touch himself infront of a child)
The police called an ambulance because he was intoxicated.
The police told us this and we asked the hotel if he could be put out, the police said its the hotel decision to put him out and they said he would be out the next day, the only way he would be back in hotel is to get his stuff and would be accompanied by security then told to leave.
My daughter was terrified and wanted to go home.
We settled her as we thought that was the end and we wouldnt see him again.
My husband then went to the shop the next day and seen him casually walking around the hotel and we went to the reception.
Again, absolutely useless.
Said he wasnt getting put out and we need to see a manager, which is impossible after 5pm.
We said what happens if he does something worse like pull a child into his room their response was 'oh well nothing we can do'
We went the next morning Tuesday to speak to a manager, the receptionist walked into the back room and came to us to say she wasnt there.
I could see her hiding behind her computer so i lifted my phone to call easyjet (who also left us in this hotel for 2 days) to tell them to which she ran out saying you cant take a photo off me.
She then confirmed she was the manager and she seemed to know alot about the incident that she was not there for. She would not let us speak, she got really angry with us as if it was us in the wrong and then accused us of damage to the hotel that we didnt even do.
I think her name was Estrelle or something along them lines. She was also laughing, did not take the situation serious at all. We were told they would move us rooms UNDERNEATH the man. Which wasnt good enough.
We left and went up to our rooms to book a new hotel ourselves.
Whilst in the middle of packing we got a phone call from reception to say she wanted to speak to us, we thought maybe the actual boss of hotel was in so we went down.
She had the man who flashed my daughter in the back room and wanted us to go in so he could apologise. But not 2 hours before said he done nothing wrong????
She is clearly dillusional if she thought that was going to help the situation.
She proceeded again to get angry at us because we wouldnt accept his appologies when my 8 year old is traumatised and doesnt want to go on holiday again?! She kept shouting at us saying "he has problems" !!!! I replied to her "we all have problems but we dont flash children" she told us then to go away. Which we done happily.
Honestly wish i could give MINUS10000stars cus this hotel was an absolute disgrace and no one is allowed to make decisions when it comes to something serious.
The manager pretends they arent there so they dont have to deal with issues.
Wont give any numbers of higher staff and will not even pretend to care. Not one was i asked how my daughter is.
Ive also asked for contact details of anyone who speaks english. No response.
Ive emailed twice, no response

It was a lovely location and nice staff. It's a little dated environment, but clean. We have enjoyed (party of 8 friends) our time there and some local walks around the coast.

This hotel needs renovation, but just cosmetic, decoration is really authentic and looks like you expect. The location is perfect. You can walk along the bay to the center beach, get some coffee at the local cafeteria and watch beautiful nature.

Stayed here for 10 days with another couple. On arrival the desk staff very friendly. We where on the 2nd floor no problem getting to rooms. The rooms where very clean comfortable beds. The view was lovely of the sea and pool, nice pool bar. Spotless hotel house keeping good. Now the downside the security staff at night where rude spoke to people like children. We are seniors and the way we where treated. Followed people to their rooms, banged on doors to be quiet. So many said they would not go back because of this. I no we won't and such a shame alovely hotel and spotless other staff very nice. Took the good of the holiday😡

Very clean basic rooms. Friendly staff especially Daniel the lifeguard who always stopped for the daily chat and made sure everyone was safe. Breakfast was nice. Location is great with all the coves and the beach being so close. Great shower and comfy beds. Sea views are magnificent. No plugs in the kitchen area. Air con was a bit poor and when we were waiting on our taxi out of there at 3am to the airport were a couple of young women screaming at eachother. Other than that it was very pleasant.
