Very basic, outdated bedrooms, but the beds were comfortable and the accommodation staff very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast on one morning and couldn't fault the food. Lots on offer and at €12, it was very competitively priced. The staff in the hotel itself were approachable helpful. There were 3 adults in our party, but we only got one room card key and had to pay €10 for a second one. However, we would stay here again as it was more than adequate for a cheap and cheerful few days in the sun.

We stayed 5 nights half board here just last week.
All staff were very helpful and friendly, they even helped us booked a trip to theme park in magaluf and helped us with bus times etc, so that you both ladies and the man who helped us with on the first day 🙂
As others have mentioned the rooms are outdated so don't expect it to be modern inside, but you have everything you need.
I must mention the cleanliness is very important to this hotel. They washed the pool and surrounding sometimes twice a day and they corridors were always very clean. There was this very nice cleaner lady who always made talk to us and made my family smile, so thank you 🙏
Pool are amazing, we went every day! 10-15 mins walk to beach but there is a small beach right outside the hotel too.
Loads of restaurants nearby, couple of parks nearby too for kids on your check-in/ check out days and loads of seating at reception.
You don't need to worry too much about booking activities in advance as they have all the info at reception and as I mentioned they will help you book it and explain everything.
Lastly the food was amazing, so much choice for breakfast and dinner. Loved it!

Great family hotel. The indoor pool was convenient in April and if you’re brave enough like me then you can use the outdoor pool as well.
Good entertainment for both children and adults as there is someone who job it is to get people involved in the task they display on the ground floor before the entrance to the pool and sun beds.
Breakfast was the okay and you will find different types of eggs (including Spanish omelette) which is a bonus to mix it up during the week. They have sausages, beans, yogurts of many varieties, choice of fruits, coffee machine as well as juice machine. Two types of pastries each day. You also have cereal, different cheeses, meats and items I was unsure of what they were.
Pools were great and a decent size. Children’s size a little small but most children were using the indoor pool.
The rooms are outdated but have everything you will need. The kitchen had utensils, kettle, pots and pans but no microwave. Room cleaned when you only left a sign to make the room up. Clean hotel and great service. Good location to shops, restaurants, mini supermarkets as well as bars.

The hotel was nice, the room was great considering the price and everything else. I found the locals to be quite rude and unfortunately the same could be said for the hotel staff. There were a few that were great including the reception team, I would say that there was a clear dislike for the British, although this may be tourists as a whole, this was at the hotel and by a majority of locals. Such a shame, because it was a beautiful hotel in an even more beautiful location. It would definitely make me look elsewhere in the future.

Lovely hotel definitely deserves more than a 2 star! Booked this last minute for the Santa ponsa cup my son is in and honestly it’s lovely, we stayed 1 week and it’s very clean very tidy, pools are cleaned everyday and staff are lovely very welcoming and helpful and just very nice well mannered people, would 100 percent come back just for the price alone, the location is very good there is a taxi rank right on your doorstep and a supermarket straight across the road, also lots of restaurants nearby, and you can walk straight to the beach just from the pool area, all in all really happy with the hotel and had a wonderful experience here
