Lovely staff on the reception we arrived late so the staff on reception opened up so we could have something to eat.The food what can i say everyday was excellent food hot and plenty of choices staff work very hard and friendly. we had an apartment over the road from the hotel loved it. Plenty of room. Kitchen area was good to have fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates, pans you do need a kettle though. Staff serving the drinks very nice, you need to be quick for a sunbed. Clean towels daily beds made cleaners so nice. Nothing much for young children. Having the beach down the road is a bonus.. Overall very good holiday.

Photo 360 was a very fun feature to have! Lovely hotel staff and great atmosphere. However, the hotel needs some very clear maintenance work both in the pool and surrounding area as there are times missing and broken floor.
We booked a family room, expecting to sleep in the same bed as my husband but he ended up sleeping on the sofa and myself on a single bed in the living area while our children had the single beds in the bedroom. The sofa bed was supposed to turn in to a double however, there was a single pull out underneath that was filthy, torn and with no sheets on it.
The food was not the best although, this was a budget hotel but breakfast was the same every day with no change in cereal option sat all and cooked breakfast. Lunch and dinner was always the same just alternating. There was supposed to be unlimited snacks but it was just a few sandwiches that had been made up from the left over breakfast. The unlimited ice-cream was like slushy milk and not very nice. The unlimited drinks were very limited! No cocktails included just vodka, rum and martini with a soft drinks mixer and beer.
The entertainment was good for the first 3 days. Valerio, the entertainer was fantastic however, he left after 3 days leaving no entertainment during the days and evenings, not even music playing around the pool area.
Cala millor is an absolute beautiful place to visit and I can't wait to come again however, I will be staying at a different hotel. I am also not looking forward to staying in the Bluesea hotel in Tenerife next year due to this experience.
With a little bit of work, this hotel could be absolutely amazing!

Very good location, close to the beach and other amenities. The food on offer was very reasonable, we stayed for 5 nights and a different option was offered each day for lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was the weakest of the meal times but still suitable.
We did stay in the apartment building across the road from the main hotel, the room was nice and had a little kitchenette and a balcony. However, the lift in the building broke multiple times in our 5 night stay. Staff were quick to fix the lift usually within the day. Despite this, this was a challenge as my grandmother who suffers with pain in both her hip and back did find the stairs challenging (we were on the 3rd floor) this did at times exacerbate her pain. I would recommend to others with similar conditions to stay in the main building as it has 2 lifts or stay on the ground floor of the apartment building.
For the Bar, you need to have one euro for a cup to get a drink. The Alcohol selection was slightly limited and cocktails are not included in your stay. This is ofcourse a surprise to those who booked all inclusive. I do recognise that Spain as a whole is introducing measures to ensure that guests are not drunk or disorderly during their stay. I would like to suggest that maybe the hotel could introduce one cocktail a night included in their stay as I believe this is a fair compromise.
Overall, it was a good budget hotel and I enjoyed my time staying here, and I would book with this company again

Hotel basic but clean, staff were lovely. Food was basic but you get what you pay for. I found lunch the best. Entertainment Alex was amazing in the evening, fun video with music and bingo. Great guy!! Fantastic location, 5-10 walk minutes to beach, bars and local shops which were very reasonable. Lovely restaurants on front, food delicious and bars overlooking the sea.

The location of the hotel is great!
Unfortunately on arrival we were given a room with 2 single beds for 3 of us, and when we requested another room the receptionist told us there was nothing he could do and that I could wait for the manager who may or may not turn up. They offered a trundle bed that wouldn't even fit in the room!
Luckily another guest offered to swap rooms with us and saved the day! Had it not been for them hearing us at reception I dread to think where we would have slept.
We received no apology of offer of assistance and were extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and care in this situation. I had even emailed the hotel prior to arrival to make sure we had enough room for the 3 of us and was told there were no 2 bedroom rooms, when in fact there are!
The air-conditioning in the room was not fit for purpose and it would be awful in the height of summer.
The food was not amazing. Not a great choice and appeared to be reheated from dinner to lunch and vice versa. Breakfast was good but we struggled at lunchtime and dinner. In addition there was no selection for children really other than chips and pasta.
There are only 30 sunbeds for the whole hotel and apartments, and 4 umbrellas which was not enough and unless you queued for a bed at 8am you were lucky to get a sunbed!
Usual people leaving towels and disappearing for hours but the lifeguard did remove after an hour or two to free up beds.
You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel and despite the issues we had it was a nice break away but things could be improved!
