Well what can I say we stayed here may bank holiday weekend we arrived 1am in the morning and they did have drinks and sandwiches waiting for us but then it was all down hill from there.
There was a group of 7 of us one had there own room and then we had 2 more rooms which 3 of us shared
Location was good 10 min walk to a beautiful beach shops and restaurants which was good for us as even though we where all-inclusive we needed the restaurants. We paid over £600 each for 3 nights.
The pool was tiny and was not adequate for the guest I will add a video of the entertainment so you can just get for yourselves. The 2 room bedrooms only had air-conditioning in one of the rooms when we asked for a fan we were told to come back tomorrow we had 2 breakfasts and 3 drinks the whole weekend. The food was exactly the same every day and was always cold. When we asked if they had a luggage room on our last day the said yes downstairs but didnt say it was lockers at a cost of €7 each looker. We ate out everyday and every meal due to the poor quality of the food. I could go on about how the bathroom was dated and not clean and the dirty shower curtain. The beds were comfortable so that was a bonus but I can honestly say all we did was sleep there and definitely wont be returning to that hotel but please dont be put off the area as there are some lovely hotels and lovely beach and the restaurant and services in the town was great x

All in all for the price you pay this hotel is pretty perfect; the staff are so lovely and helpful, all areas of the hotel are very clean I.e toilets, rooms,communal areas,restaurant,bar & pool area. The pool is very cold, however, even on hot days. The food is primarily carbs with various sides; rice, chips, pasta.. chicken fajitas, lamb, turkey.. salad available for all meals plus fruit, bread, tea, coffee & fruit juice.
Deposit for cups for all inclusive drinks(1euro) can be refunded after use. 5 minutes walk to the beach front where there are plenty of Spar shops, restaurants, cocktail bars & more! Our main downfall was the lack of entertainment. Our holiday landed on a bank holiday and therefore we only had 2 genuine nights of entertainment.. the 3rd night was a gent charging euros to take 360 videos of you with pals.. also different staff would give different answers to information regarding entertainment.. again, might be because it was a bank holiday. All in all though it is a lovely, friendly, clean and welcoming hotel and would definitely recommend!

People complain about the food. I paid 230 pounds for 4 nights here. 2 people all you can drink and three meals a day. Now I wasn't expecting much but I was literally wondering what on earth people had to complain about. Good variety, rice, fish, stews, chicken, pork, breakfast had everything you'd want or need, all tasty, they have pastries cereals full English toast etc. There was nothing to complain about. I think people are just too picky to be honest. I sat next to a woman who said the rice is bland. Boiled rice. I had to get up because I was sick and tired of people's attitudes. Anyway, the staff are lovely. I locked myself out, the reception gave us another key immediately telling me not to worry, I said I'd pay them for the service, receptionist waved it off don't worry bout it it's fine he said. How kind of him!!
The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels changed. There was one socket in our standard room so take a plug with more than one charging slot. You get them off of temu for 1.20. if you need more you can get a little plug that you can attach three of them to for 80p.
Spacious, showers are great not to harsh not too light, always hot water. It's very close to the beach as well so you have restaurants and everything you need on the beach front. I couldn't complain about anything. My second time here, I miss it to be honest because you do get attached to the staff when they serve you every day. Planning on going back in a couple of months.

We love this hotel. You get what you pay for. Rooms are clean, hotel is clean. Always plenty of variety at meal times to find something you like. Lacks entertainment but you are so close to so many bars its not an issue for us. Staff are hard working, friendly and always happy. Relaxed atmosphere. We return annually and will continue to do so

Food was shocking.
Charge and deposit for towels.
Deposit for cups.
Patio doors didnt lock.
Safe you pay for.
Someone tried to get into our room, tried to call reception, phone wasn't connected. They were surprised when we said we weren't on holiday with someone who does not speak the same language.
You hear when everyone in their room flushes the toilet or goes in the shower.
There were chunks missing out of the bathroom. Tiles missing on the balcony.
The cleaners asked us if we actually wanted our room to be cleaned.
Fire alarm went off, took 45 minutes to turn it off, no urgency from staff and no one came to tell us not to worry.
Aircon leaking. In multiple rooms.
Black mould in the pool.
Sun loungers broken.
Entertainment is not every night.
Best part of this holiday? - the journey home!
