Amazing Hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Room had coldest air-con I've ever seen, large pool with slide, great for kids and top quality entertainment.

It's a lovely hotel the staff are great and work their socks off. We went self catering and the only food we tried from the hotel was pizza and it was huge and very nice so good value for the family. The rooms are very basic but also what I'd expect from a 3 star hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable for me so I ended up sleeping on the sofa. The location was quite good, there's a small shop just around the corner and everything else including the beach is a 10 min walk away. All in all I would recommend it and would probably stay again.

Such a shame about this place, so much potential.
It is not equipped for all inclusive at all. The rooms are really spacious and nice, not wheelchair or buggy friendly as the pool and restaurant upstairs and the only ramp takes you to the other side of the pool.
No entertainment, must use another hotel but only allowed drinks on the nights entertainment is on, that hotel uses these facilities for food so it is rammed during food times. The "snack" bar is almost non existent, the staff are unfriendly and not really trained. They are also understaffed for the amount of tables etc.
Lifeguard was amazing, very diligent and one of the reception team was so lovely, shame he wasn't there for the remainder of our stay.
Food was very fresh and nice but not enough and was not manned often
No dairy free options, my son is allergic and they were not able to help and if you are celiac or gluten free there is VERY LITTLE options for you too.
If it rains the outside seating is 50% of the whole seating so it is a bum fight to find somewhere to sit at lunch.
Heaven forbid it is full capacity in either hotel, this was just the October holidays, would not return or recommend

Staff friendly and welcoming.
Good location and nice pool.
Food was good.
Nice entertaining programs for kids, they really enjoyed it, the DJ was fun.
Rooms outdated, in need of improvements, the ceiling was dirty, full of spots and cracks, illuminating was poor, veil curtains were ripped with holes, the toilet seat was broken, shower with no water pressure.
Some days the noise from outside was so loud that we couldn't sleep well, do not book any room that is facing the pool if you want a good night sleep.

For a 3 star hotel it has everything that is expected of it. It is not a 5 star hotel…. Our room was a little bit old, there were visible marks of use. And unfortunatly we were constantly listening the room next to us. During the morning we woke up really early due to that… but the food is very diversified and good. They also have Entertainment during the night, which is a good point. I had the all inclusive regime, but for example the cocktails and other drinks are not included.
We loved the location, it is a very calm neighborhood and it is very closed to a marvelous beach. We would come back 😊
