When choosing this hotel, I was guided by the price-to-review ratio. On Google Maps, it had a 4.2/5 rating, which is very high for a three-star hotel. I read a lot of reviews and was almost certain that it wouldn’t surprise me in a negative way.
Rooms:
Pros: The interior is clearly renovated. It’s cozy and comfortable (Junior Suite). The bedroom is separate from the living room and bathroom.
Cons: The air conditioning was weak and noisy.
Cleaning: Each time, cleaning lasted around 3 minutes – if anything was lying on the floor, it was simply skipped during mopping. Also, there were lots of ants if anything sweet was left behind. Generally, ants in Mallorca are standard.
Hotel exterior:
Not renovated, but nothing terrible. You can relax by the pool and use it without any issues.
Staff:
The animators are the heart of this hotel, along with the reception team – they’re the only ones who didn’t make strange faces and were very helpful. I had lots of laughs with them and would definitely recommend them. In the evenings, there are live shows or events like bingo.
All-Inclusive:
A disaster – tasteless, repetitive, sometimes undercooked, sometimes overcooked. Out of 5 days, I only enjoyed one meat dish and one pasta sauce.
The quality of the drinks was laughable. Only the beer tasted normal.
Overall, I rate this hotel 3/5 – but without the all-inclusive.
If including the food, I’d give it a 2/5.

Hotel is very central to everything you need. Food was nice but not a major selection of it. Snack bar was awful, nothing on offer. No sunbed wars thank goodness! No cocktails unless paying sadly but they were nice.
The rooms... 2 of us stayed in a junior suite, 2 in the apartments. The apartments are in a separate complex which isn't ideal. Dark and abit ominous walking to it at night. Apartments were tiny, very dated, rusty, musty and mouldy. We did complain but hotel was fully booked so nothing could be done and nothing was done. Very disappointing attitude from reception. We ended up moving in to the junior suite for everything except for sleeping which we couldn't change.
All in all the hotel was handy to use for a base but basic. Definitely not for kids, nothing to do. Entertainment staff tried but I think with the lack of facilities there's only so much they can do.

The hotel room was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well equipped.
The animation team made sure that we had, fun all of them was super nice and helpful
The other workers were also helpful and kind.
Everything was in walkable distance the beach is very close to the hotel.
The food was incredible we had a big selection of food every time.
All around it was a great experince, I can only recommend it.

This is our first family holiday in a long time and we can't say anything bad whatsoever. The service frim all of the staff had been exceptional, there are plenty of activities for the children to do throughout the entire day.
The location is great, a short 5 minute walk at max to the beach where there are plenty of places to perch up for the day. The sunbeds we used were fairly expensive for the day at €38 but the location was worth it and then sea is fairly shallow for quite a distance.
The rooms were kept in good standing and cleaned everyday to a good standard. For the price of the holiday, this has been a great choice and one we would consider again in the future.

WHERE DO I STARTTTT. this holiday was simply amazing and one i will NEVER FORGETT. i only have one negative about this place, and that was the food. obviously it was great but it was a bit repetitive. if there was diced potatoes for breakfast, for lunch there would be diced potatoes in cream etc. it was SO CLEAN and even though it was repetitive, it was fresh and it was nice. that is why i have done 4 stars instead of 5, but take my opinion with a pinch of salt, i have stayed in nicer hotels. here, you get what you pay for and even more. the bar is AMAZING and all the staff there are so nice. i personally didn’t really stay at the hotel during the day and actually went down to the beach, which is A MUST DO. cala millor is only 15 mins up, and cala moreia is just around the big headland down south which i think is great! the central location was really convenient as you had loads of shops and THREE WHOLE BEACHES at your convenience. i love this place so much it is something which should be on everybody’s bucket list really. THE ENTERTAINMENT TEAMM!! AHH I COULD LITERALLY WRITE A WHOLE REVIEW JUST ON THEM THEY ARE SO SO KIND! especially sveta what a DIVA oh my gosh. if you like lounging by the pool and generally staying in the hotel SVETA IS YOUR GIRLLLL like i have been to other hotels in mallorca and there just isn’t a person quite like her. always smiling, always laughing and can somehow turn a dead crowd into a smiley, happy one (please teach me your ways how do you do it!!!!) but no seriously before i came, i read the bad reviews and thought cheers that’s the holiday ruined. BUT NO! these people are such trolls and have nothing better to do like are you being forreal. i read a review saying the swimming pool entrance is unsafe and yadayadaya but it is very accessible and convenient if you don’t want to go ALL the way around to the front. we stayed in room 501 and absolutely loved it! the cleaners deserve more recognition they work so hard to make your rooms spotless. all the staff and amenities were so lovely and i would 100% come again. my top tip is DONT LISTEN TO THE TROLLS ON HERE!! they sabotaged their own holiday AND THEY WILL COME AND TRY TO SABOTAGE YOURS!! especially on tripadvisor when i tell you i was genuinely scared walking in those doors. ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY AND MAKE THE MOST OF IT!! 🤍 also sorry if im in the photo it was the only one i had where you could actually see the room - we stayed in a junior suite.
