WHERE DO I STARTTTT. this holiday was simply amazing and one i will NEVER FORGETT. i only have one negative about this place, and that was the food. obviously it was great but it was a bit repetitive. if there was diced potatoes for breakfast, for lunch there would be diced potatoes in cream etc. it was SO CLEAN and even though it was repetitive, it was fresh and it was nice. that is why i have done 4 stars instead of 5, but take my opinion with a pinch of salt, i have stayed in nicer hotels. here, you get what you pay for and even more. the bar is AMAZING and all the staff there are so nice. i personally didn’t really stay at the hotel during the day and actually went down to the beach, which is A MUST DO. cala millor is only 15 mins up, and cala moreia is just around the big headland down south which i think is great! the central location was really convenient as you had loads of shops and THREE WHOLE BEACHES at your convenience. i love this place so much it is something which should be on everybody’s bucket list really. THE ENTERTAINMENT TEAMM!! AHH I COULD LITERALLY WRITE A WHOLE REVIEW JUST ON THEM THEY ARE SO SO KIND! especially sveta what a DIVA oh my gosh. if you like lounging by the pool and generally staying in the hotel SVETA IS YOUR GIRLLLL like i have been to other hotels in mallorca and there just isn’t a person quite like her. always smiling, always laughing and can somehow turn a dead crowd into a smiley, happy one (please teach me your ways how do you do it!!!!) but no seriously before i came, i read the bad reviews and thought cheers that’s the holiday ruined. BUT NO! these people are such trolls and have nothing better to do like are you being forreal. i read a review saying the swimming pool entrance is unsafe and yadayadaya but it is very accessible and convenient if you don’t want to go ALL the way around to the front. we stayed in room 501 and absolutely loved it! the cleaners deserve more recognition they work so hard to make your rooms spotless. all the staff and amenities were so lovely and i would 100% come again. my top tip is DONT LISTEN TO THE TROLLS ON HERE!! they sabotaged their own holiday AND THEY WILL COME AND TRY TO SABOTAGE YOURS!! especially on tripadvisor when i tell you i was genuinely scared walking in those doors. ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY AND MAKE THE MOST OF IT!! 🤍 also sorry if im in the photo it was the only one i had where you could actually see the room - we stayed in a junior suite.

We are a family of 8, here during Easter holidays. Staff are helpful. Food is not very diverse, around 9 dishes served each meal approx 2 of those being meat. We were hoping for a few more traditional dishes and a bit more variation as it's duplicated every day. The place is clean. The pools are nice. There's not much to do outside the hotel except spar shopping. Entertainment was poor, quiz or bingo each night after the mini disco. Bar staff were great. You pay 1 euro deposit for your cup and once returned you get refunded which is a good idea to reduce cups being left everywhere. Overall I'd say 7/10 for families.

Good family holiday resort, tidy and well kept area. Food selection is quite repetitive and could do with more variety. Bar staff are excellent and keep up during busy times. Room was tired with fixtures and fittings barely holding on, rust in the bath with heavy corrosion beneath the enamel. Investment definitely required in that department, house keeping are efficient although not thorough. Sveta does an exceptional job engaging with the children, and encouraging participation. Live music was particularly good.

Arrived at around 2 o clock in the afternoon to be told that our room wasn’t ready (great start ) 45 mins later got in to our room loverly clean room however no tea and coffee making facilities not even so much as a bottle of water. Anyway not a problem because it’s an all inclusive they will have coffee and tea somewhere nope how wrong I was tea and coffee only available at breakfast at 8 am The buffet style food available is absolutely freezing cold ,taste less ,fruit available is bruised and not fresh at all Spain has beautiful fresh oranges so why the juice available is from a carton with added auger the snacks that was meant to be available between set meal times was all the things that was left over from breakfast and lunch that day all left uncovered for hours on end . So I’m an insomniac and Only sleep for 2 hours so not to be able to get a drink until the hotel set time is not like any other all inclusive I’ve been to before I have to say that reception was really good and allowed me to come down and make myself a coffee at 5 o’clock in the morning. However when going to make a coffee there was no milk available. There was no one available to help me cheese and all the meats had already been left out from the night before, which was served to us in the morning at 8 am for breakfast all of the meat cheese was left uncovered when I was getting my coffee at 5 am staff are very friendly which is a good thing because food and drink and general things in this hotel really let it down staff are very understaffed waited 20mins at the bar to get a drink because the bar man had to answer the phone because the reception was dealing with lots of people coming in to start there holiday . I have stayed in many all-inclusive hotels over my years. Normally you have tea and coffee facilities in your room alongside a mini fridge with a small amount of drinks in your mini fridge more attentive staff and food that is actually edible I don’t normally leave a bad review but I’m So annoyed that the food I wouldn’t serve to a dog very very disappointed with this hotels all inclusive in my opinion you would better eating from McDonald bin

Good hotel for the price, hotel was clean, food was adequate but there was a lack of meat selections, staff was generally ok but not very accommodating when we requested to move rooms due to having 2 single beds instead of a double. Some of the drinks wasn’t very strong and felt like they had been watered down, but can’t really complain too much for the price.
