I would like to leave a review. I do not do this often, but in this case, I felt I really should.
First of all, this is a 3-star hotel, and it should be evaluated exactly as a 3-star hotel. For the price, the hotel left a very positive impression. The food was really good, even better than in some hotels of a higher category. During our stay, there were mussels, prawns, sushi, chocolate fondue and cheese fondue. For a 3-star hotel, this is more than decent.
The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. The only downside I can mention was an occasional unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom. However, it did not spoil our holiday and was not a serious problem.
The location is excellent: a beautiful beach with white sand and a gentle entrance to the sea is only a few minutes’ walk away.
As for the drinks, the beer was tasty, and we also liked the white, red and rosé wine. Cocktails and local spirits were also included in the All Inclusive package, but we hardly drank them, so we cannot give an objective opinion about them.
I would especially like to mention the hotel staff — they were always polite, friendly and helpful. During our entire stay, we had no issues with the staff at all.
As someone who has been working in the tourism industry for almost 25 years and travels a lot, I can honestly say: for this price, this hotel is a very good option in Mallorca. I would gladly come back again.
Many thanks to the hotel management and the entire team for a lovely stay!

Really great venue with an amazing atmosphere! Everything just feels right here: live music, good vibes, relaxed people, and an ambiance that makes you feel welcome right away. The concerts always bring such great energy, and you can really tell that this place is run with passion.

Have just arrived home from this hotel and I have to say we were very disappointed.
The issues that I experienced are:-
1. We couldn’t have the doors open without the ceiling fans falling down and when they were down there was exposed wires and the fans for the air con were louder. I reported this twice to staff, one male with glasses and a female with glasses, nothing was done even though I kept being informed maintenance would attend.
2. Very loud music from the block opposite some nights a lot louder than others.
3. Having to sit out in a pool bar when raining, when eventually moved to an inside bar they ran out of beer on two occasions and guests, including us, were having to buy drinks from the shop opposite. We weren’t allowed to sit on cushions either until 5pm and then had to move from any outside space in block 2 from 6pm, therefore, leaving only to sit in the cold and wet in a pool bar, which isn’t acceptable. The queues were always very long as well.
4. Not enough beds for 3 hotels in the area. When I did eventually get one, yesterday afternoon, people were allowed to play their own music loudly on their own music on top of hotel music which in all honesty was too much to bear and a lot of people.
Thai hotel is more for 18-30 year olds, not for people wanting a relaxing holiday, unless you go to the beach everyday, which I did to avoid the pool area and rowdy people getting very drunk on a daily basis. However, the cost of this at 14€ for one bed it is very expensive and shouldn’t have to if management were more involved. In the pool areas. The pool area is dirty as well and long queues for drinks.
The staff in the dining area are lovely. The reception staff don’t want to know when reporting issues like noise, pool area and maintenance issues

Wouldn't recommend. Arrived late was given an option for some left over buffet food, which wasn't a good variety, wasn't given a variety of drinks either considering paying all inclusive. The all inclusive food wasn't very good, was bog standard. Customer service wasn't great, was quite rude and abrupt at the desk, especially the night staff when arriving, wasn't very welcoming. The whole time we stayed we didn't go back to the restaurant for all inclusive as it was awful, we spent money out in restaurants during our stay. Entertainment wasn't really entertaining, was a quiz on the last night and that was about all. All inclusive alcoholic drinks were OK but we spent alot of time out as the pool wasn't great. The pool in our hotel (number 2 building) was freezing and didn't have a bar so had to leave our beds to go to the hotel over the road to get drinks constantly. Was no music or anything happening around the pool. We won't be returning back to this hotel as we feel it could improve alot more, staff could be more pleasant, hotel entertainment could be better, hotel room was basic and not as clean as what we thought it would be. Food is shocking and could definitly do better.

My friend and I came here for an all inclusive long weekend away, we had seen the bad reviews and thought they were one offs. As soon as we arrived reception staff were cold, the bar staff are honestly rude and sarcastic. If you want drinks you have to pay a euro for a plastic cup you use for the whole time, the wine tastes like battery acid, there is like 3 cheap cocktail options and one beer option for the price we paid we expected better. The food was honestly shocking, cold, raw, mislabelled food that was actually sickening, my friend and I ate here for one day and ate out for the rest of it. If you want a sunbed be prepared for selfish guests putting their towels on them and vanishing for the day, this is obviously no fault of the staff but there is no policing of this despite the signs clearly saying do not do this!! If after reading these reviews you still want to come here do not book all inclusive, go to the gorgeous beach and eat in the local restaurants you will find it much better and more welcoming. In regards to the rooms yes they are very run down but the beds are comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily.
