Transfer time was around 1 hour 30 mins from palma, checkin process was quick informative and easy. Friendly receptionist. Pool is a bit on the small side for the use of 4 blocks of this hotel. Haven't found any evening entertainment within the hotels. The food there was a small selection but you will always find something you like. Plenty fresh fruit and pastries throughout the day from the pool bar. Bit of a later start to breakfast compared to some hotels. Breakfast starts at 8am, lunch 1pm and evening meal 8pm (dont quote me on evening meal times as the day just got away from me) perfect location, staff friendly. Plenty choice for all inclusive drinks. Yes there is cocktails however pina Colada only so your sorted if you like pina colada. Vodka slush was my go too. Day time entertainment thoroughly enjoyed the aqua gym. Budget friendly hotel and perfect location. We even got thr best room in our eyes in the whole hotel as it had its own terrace with sun loungers on so no getting up early to get a sun lounger. If you're coming in the height of season definitely get up and put your towel out if you're planning on having a day around the pool. All in all perfect little girls trip. Would come back.

It didn’t start well—the air conditioning wasn’t working, and cockroaches were coming out of the tap in the shower. Fortunately, we managed to swap the room within a day, but only after a tough battle with the lady at reception.
The location is pretty good, close to the beach and facilities. The food wasn’t spectacular, but the sushi was a nice touch.
Kevin, who works behind the bar, is an amazing fellow—funny, hardworking, and always positive. You need more people like Kevin. Because of Kevin service have gotten 4/5.

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but this one truly stands out — especially thanks to Elena, the entertainment lady. I have honestly never been more active in my life! From water polo to table tennis, darts to pool, she had me joining in with so much energy and enthusiasm. Elena is simply amazing — warm, welcoming, and full of fun. She made me feel right at home from the very beginning and made every activity enjoyable. Thanks to her, my stay has been unforgettable, and I can’t recommend her or this hotel highly enough!

What a perfect holiday location for a week away. As soon as we checked in we was welcomed and even still had some basic food available after such a late flight and arrival. Just 30 seconds from the beach (depending on how fast you walk) the rooms were clean and comfortable air conditioning was perfect. New towels available whenever oh requested. During the day great service and food from all member of staff. Elena was the star of the show with daily activities around the pool and the evening entertainment at the bar. Arrived on a Thursday and room was not ready until 2, was told to leave our suitcases in the locker room - locker room has no door, so it was not safe leaving it there, however lockers were there for a chargeable rate. Paid 4 euros for 1 locker which fit one large suitcase, my friend had to do the same. Also was able to use the shower room to freshen up after our journey.
On entry into the room we noticed it was quite small, no full length mirror which we usually like, balcony was a nice size with a nice view. However during the night you could hear the toilet flushing from the room next door, it was super loud and felt like it was coming from our bathroom.
There is a bar called “Bluesea side” around the corner from the hotel, it is not included in the all inclusive but guests receive 10% off drinks. The vibe was good, right next to the strip and a good place to start off the night. A little hiccup the first time we went there - ordered drinks, needed to use the bathroom and asked the staff where the bathrooms were, me and my friend went to use the facilities and once back to the table our drinks were gone - still half full. Went to speak to a member of staff and they said “you left the table” and my reply was that I did mention to a member of staff that we will be shortly back. Drinks were re-made which was expected.
Food was okay, there was variety and it did change during meal times (lunch, dinner).
The hotel is split into “blocks”, so getting sun loungers was a task. Nevertheless, Elena from the animation team was amazing. She’s so friendly and welcoming. Everyday there were different activities (table tennis, pool, darts) and at 12 o’clock each day there was aqua aerobics which we really enjoyed, followed by water polo.
Overall, hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms could be updated a little, and perhaps another member of staff could be useful on the bar during busy times, as sometimes the queue was a bit long and waiting in the sun was not ideal.
